Recent Review: We started our service shortly after moving into our new home in July. Jesse rescheduled our install three times (should of been a red flag). Two weeks after having the system installed, the keypad began beeping and showing an error message, we reached out to Jesse who took a good week to come and replace the battery pack. There is an app you can download on the phone to arm and disarm the alarm. We went on vacation in August, upon pulling into our neighborhood, we logged into the app to disarm our alarm, only to see that our alarm had been going off for 6 hours, no notification, no call, NOTHING! We reached back out to Jesse who said it was a tripped sensor, said he would come take a look and never did. In October we decided to put the system to the test. We stood in the house, set the alarm, opened the front door and closed it. The alarm was going off for 20 minutes, again no notification, no call. We reached out to Jesse again who said it may be a faulty keypad and that he would once again be by to check the system. He gave us a day and time to come by, no showed. I reached out to him and he said "I was at your house and no one was there". Someone was there ALL day, not sure why he couldn't pick up a phone and call. Gave him yet another chance and arranged for him to come out the following day, an hour and a half past the scheduled time he was supposed to be by, I reached out again and he said he was on his way, waited some more no show. We cancelled the service and requested returned payment for all the months that we were paying for a service that wasn't ever working!!! It has been two weeks now and we are still waiting on the check he claims he has placed in the mail. BEWARE, spend the extra money and get a system that truly works, with owners who are more organized and stick to their word!
