ATLC work was great as usual. The work was high quality, on time and a fair price. A fair estimate was delivered on time. The work was done prior to shed construction which was a must. The team that was sent to do the work was excellent as usual. They do excellent work, they provided recommendations, we discussed the work to be done and these are people that I feel extremely comfortable having around my house and family.

We had ten contractors bid on our backyard patio project.  In addition to being one of the lowest bidders, Brian was the only one who clearly understood our vision for an artistic, yet functional, outdoor living space.  As an engineer, I was impressed by Brian's technical competence, as he answered my questions about drainage, reinforcement, expansion, etc., to my satisfaction.  However, it was Brian's creativity and sense of aesthetics that really set him apart from the pack.  Unlike most of the bidders, who seemed primarily concerned with the cost per square foot and with checking another job off the list, Brian was clearly focused on the quality and appeal of the finished product.  He worked closely with us to perfect the size and shape of the patio, even as he laid out the forms, and provided honest feedback when he thought he could improve upon our ideas.  He used curved lines to soften our otherwise square house and yard.  (The patio doesn't contain any straight edges).  He incorporated nine colors in the concrete (rather than the standard two) to achieve a very natural look that complements our siding perfectly.  He suggested a unique, asymmetrical design for the steps leading from our back door to free up more usable space on the patio below.  He used a stone face and slightly darker hues on the steps to make them look like slabs of natural stone.  He was attentive to every detail, such as the direction of the saw cuts and the sheen of the sealer, to achieve a stunning result. Our original plan called for a simple curved retaining wall to help tie the patio into a hillside that runs parallel to the house.  However, we threw a curveball at Brian when we changed our minds and decided to replace the wall with natural boulders.  He ran with this idea, transforming the hillside into a magnificent hardscape that gives the impression of a sandstone outcrop.  Brian spent an entire Saturday morning with us, carefully maneuvering giant boulders into just the right position.  (Several of them weigh well over a ton).  He was patient and receptive when we asked him to tweak the placement by a few inches.  He cleverly situated a few boulders so that they double as seats for the patio.  The formerly unremarkable hillside now has a lot of character and perfectly complements the flow of the patio. Throughout the project, Brian and his crew were professional, courteous, and accommodating.  They arrived to work promptly each morning, didn't cut any corners, and left the site reasonably clean each evening. Overall, we are thrilled with the finished product.  The patio and hillside have received numerous compliments from family, friends, neighbors, and other contractors working on the house.  One visitor commented "This looks like something you'd find at a mansion in Hollywood."  Another asked if she could move in next door so that she could wake up and look out at our beautiful backyard each morning. One very minor criticism - Brian fell a bit behind schedule in starting our project, in part because of the weather, in part because of equipment problems, and in part because of delays in several of his other projects.  If this happens to you, be patient and persistent and stick it out.  You won't regret it!  Brian truly succeeded in turning our vision into a reality.  Our patio and backyard are more beautiful than we ever could have imagined.

He charged me $2500 for one day, I liked his work so asked him to come back, and he worked for another half day for $500. From pricing around his prices were average. However, whenever I called him he called me back right away, and showed up within 24 hours to give me a check right away, then called me 24 hours later to tell me the price. I was really impressed with his speed at responding. While he was on site, he called me down ½ way through to make sure they were doing it right. We tweaked our plans a bit, then he called me back down again to make sure I was happy with it.

The work performed was outstanding. Very professional crew and the owner was there every day checking on progress and quality.

I have used him before and he has done the plumbing work and he has installed the pipe for the natural gas furnace for a very reasonable price. He finished the work in one day and did a fine job. I liked his price, responsiveness and the quality of work.

I have used them several times and they did a fabulous job. They're professional and have good quality of work.

My new home builder only goes back 50 ft. I had them finish another 100x100 section and seeded it. Looks great.

Marich took care of every fine detail in all his excavation work and poured a beautiful floor in our new two bar garage, was timely and extremely efficient and affordable!

Kerkan Excavating Inc. was hired by the contractor who we hired to waterproof the perimeter of our 1995 home.Ken Kerkan is the skilled excavator that was brought in by this company that we hired. Ken did the job in a neatand timely manner and is very meticulous.

I can't say enough about Tru Plumbing.  They are truly an A+ operation.  There is never a good time to spend money on plumbing, but Tru Plumbing made my experience much more pleasant than what it could have been.  From start to finish they were very professional and honest throughout the entire way.  AJ, Mike and Don were all so great to work with.  As a new homeowner, I noticed that my kitchen sink was not draining, the basement toilet was slowly flushing and the basement shower was backing up.  AJ and his staff came over and broke the news to us that we had several tree roots growing through our terracotta pipe in the basement. Mike and Don showed me proof by letting me look at the camera and the damage was easily evident. Instead of being money hungry, AJ offered me options, but also gave me his honest recommendation.  He offered to grind the roots up, but explained that this would not be a lifetime fix, but he recommended that they excavate in my back yard, install an outside trap and replace the terracotta pipe with new PVC pipe.  Mike and Don jack-hammered the floor up and took out the old pipe up my stairs in 5 gallon buckets.  They masked everything off and were careful not to leave what could have been a mess. They showed me everything they were doing along the way and were very willing to explain things to me. They did a great job patching the concrete and even replaced the pipe stack up to my upstairs bathroom since it was terracotta too. They did an excellent job and I felt so relieved when the job was finished and thankful that we went with Tru Plumbing.  It has been almost a year now and there have been no problems since. I would recommend Tru Plumbing to anyone who needs work done. You won't regret it!  My wife even mentioned to AJ that she thought our furnace wasn't kicking on. AJ offered to take a look and found that our furnace filter needed replaced. It was an easy fix, but just shows you how they are willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
