Recent Review: Victor was very prompt and professional and we are very happy with our new water softening equipment. We first encountered Certified Water Services when we moved into our house a few months ago and need advice on water treatment and well disinfecting/chlorination. The hot water tank had a "magnetic" device that was very ineffective. It was very obvious that we needed to have a real water softener installed. Water deposits on glass shower doors, white mineral deposit on shower heads and faucets as well as spotted glasses and stainless steel coming from the dishwater demonstrated the need for a water softener. Victor was very prompt and professional and we were very happy with his services. As a special promotion, Victor also installed a free reverse osmosis water filter - he installed the water filter in the basement and then connected the lines to the refrigerator water/ice equipment. We were able to remove the small, internal refrigerator water filter and just rely on the PUR reverse osmosis water filter system. The primary benefit is that a larger of water can be filtered and stored in a separate tank -- it requires less frequent filter replacement (usually annually is sufficient). Certified Water Services does not service well pump equipment, but when we were without water, we called Victor for a recommendation. He provided the contact information for a Well Service professional who responded immediately and got our water flowing again very quickly.

Recent Review: Rely impressed me today with their dedication to customer service. They were responsive, providing requested service same day and even made the time when asked to also do the routine service maintenance while they were there. The technician has been with their company and to my home before and is knowledgable about the system, personable and patient in explaining the work being done and answering my questions. I felt very valued as a customer and will continue to use Rely for my water system and plumbing needs.

Recent Review: Pretty well. Called and scheduled a appointment for a home visit to test my water and propose water treatment solutions. The first appointment was missed due to illness, but no call or notice was provided. Rescheduled for another day and another salesman. Has the water tested for hardness, iron and TDS. An estimate was provided for a softener and a reverse osmosis unit. Did not get the water softener due to the price compared to units performing a similar function. Did have the RO unit installed. The technician was on time for the appointment. He installed the unit in a very neat and tidy way. A new faucet was provided specifically for the RO unit and it was hooked up to the refrigerator. The technician left the house as neat as he found it. The company did a followup visit approximately one week later to test the effectiveness of the RO unit. By the test, it is reducing TDS in the drinking water by 95 percent. One problem is that the water feed into the refrigerator and ice maker seem to surge. It did not do this before the RO unit was installed. The company could not explain this; however, it has not prevented us from getting water or ice from the refrigerator. Overall, the experience went reasonably well.

Recent Review: Our home water supply comes from plastic pipes, is questionable as far as safety and tastes terrible. I called Suburban Water Technology to come out and evaluate my home for a drinking water reverse osmosis unit. The rep was very friendly, informative and not at all pushy. He gave me the facts on his products, my options and the prices. There was no pressure to buy, just his card and an invitation to call for an installation appointment if I felt their product would be of interest to me. After researching the company and their reverse osmosis machine (fully made in the USA), I decided to purchase their product and was scheduled very quickly for an appointment. The installer was personable, professional and did the installation neatly and quickly. The unit has functioned flawlessly for us and delivers plenty of clean and good tasting water whenever we need it. There is no noise and we have plenty of water for all our drinking and cooking needs. I could not be more satisfied with both their product and service. We are also very happy not to have to haul all the countless gallon jugs of water from the grocery store any more that we did for more years than I like to remember!
Recent Review: We have well water. I think the initial system that was put in wasn't sufficient. We ended up having them come back and add additional components. So, I think it could of been better if I don't know, maybe do some better analysis and understanding what our water system was like. It probably isn't completely their fault, but either way it seems like we had to have them back a couple times to get some issues fixed that our water system wasn't filtering properly, so we had to get them in. Ultimately, they had to actually replace a tank, which they did and that part was excellent. The initial consultation and analysis on the water system, the well water we had was not complete. The price was good.

They came in to give an estimate for updating the water treatment systems. He told me my systems were not within code & would have to be updated if I chose to sell the house. I had no reason to question him. He said if they did the update & annual water treatment servicing of my UV, sediment, RO & water softener it would cost me less than the company I usually used for the annual service plus the cost of updating to code. Turned out not to be true. It cost a lot more when the bill was presented. Their annual service was more than the other company. About 6 months after they "brought my water system plumbing up to code" I started to have serious problems with my water systems & skin reactions. The sediment filter had to be changed 5 months earlier than normal. I can't prove that they created the problems, however when I called them to let them know there were problems after their work they have still not returned my call many months later. They didn't have any problem calling to schedule the next annual service. When I reminded them they failed to return my call when their last service created problems they again didn't return my call.

Smooth! Not cheap, but in this case I believe I got good value for the money. They were always quick to respond, timely, thoroughly professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to diagnose an unusual condition (some sort of iron eating bacteria) and had a solution installed in two days. The system consists of filtering, softening, UV sterilizer, and ozone injector. Works like a champ. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

They came to our house (on time) and offered several different options. We planned the installation location and date. EPA came back to the house on the scheduled date and got busy. They're super friendly and went to great pains to ensure that they didn't make a mess. The set up and installation went; as planned and I am totally impressed. I love the American made Hague system. It is real "quality and value." We immediately saw, felt and tasted the difference and couldn't be happier. Thanks EPA Water Consultants!

James and his team installed a Water Softener. The process and outcome were exactly what we desired. His team educated us on the solutions, the process and then showed us how to use the equipment. We are extremely appreciative, as our water is exactly what we want now. We are looking to add a reverse osmosis system next.

The first time we had a leak and they did that. The second time we called them for a water treatment but they charged us money and after they left we realized it was still broken. I felt like they were rude. They fixed one thing and didn't fix the other. They came eventually but i didn't feel like they were super attentive.
