With over 5 years of experience in building with fiberglass in the Philadelphia area, we have many satisfied customers who can attest that we pride ourselves on craftsmanship, workmanship and quality. We understand the importance of effective waterproofing. Moisture is enemy number one for homes. It can cause ongoing and expensive problems by rotting wood, encouraging mould and pests such as termites. Dmitry Gorbunov is a professional builder specializing in fiberglass. Recent Review: Although they didn't respond to my online inquiry, they were very responsive and professional once I called. We were completing the job for our rental property and they were fantastic about scheduling quickly before the new tenant moved in. The owner came out to do the estimate and was thorough about explaining the process and all of our options; even providing instructions for us to strip the old refinish job ourselves if we chose to in order to help us save money. We opted to have Miracle Method complete all parts of the process and were thrilled with the results! The technician arrived within his given time frame, explained the process again, was very professional and took care to keep our house protected from any of the refinishing products. We were given written care instructions for reference at the end. The tub came out like new and the slip resistant finish is a must have. Our new tenant is a friend and we wanted nothing less than what we would use for our own family. She is also verey happy with the results. I would absolutely use this company again!

Recent Review: Rather than totally gut my 1990’s Toll Brothers bathroom to the tune of $30K , I decided to do a poor girls remodel and change the vanity , sink, lighting plumbing fixtures and paint for a fraction of the cost. The jacuzzi tub had a waterfall faucet that I wanted to replace with a faucet and handshower. When I removed the waterfall faucet , I was left with three plumbing holes but I only needed two for the new trim. Cameron did an excellent job filling that center hole. It is as if it was never there. He matched the color on a 25 year old tub perfectly. I did not expect it to be as invisible as it turned out. I am so pleased with his work. He’s a nice guy too. I am going to ask him back to reglaze my other tub since it got scratched on a tile job last year.
Reviews in King Of Prussia to Repair Fiberglass Showers
ACustom Services By Martin Jann
Marty Jann called me the morning following my inquiry and discussed my request. He quoted a fair price and we scheduled the work for the following Monday. As promised, Marty called me on Sunday to confirm/remind me of the date/time. He also called when he was on his way and arrived on-time, as scheduled. Marty and helper set up ventilation and took an hour or two to clean the shower pad, remove old caulk, mask the walls and surrounding floor, and apply multiple coats of the acrylic finish. When finished, Marty showed us the work and reviewed a page of care instructions he left with us. As of 3 weeks later, the shower pan still looks terrific. My wife and I are very happy with the work Marty and his crew did for us as well as their responsiveness and on-time arrival. I later called Marty with a question and he returned my call within 10 minutes. I recommend Custom Services by Martin Jann and will call them first when we have our bathtubs refinished....or even if we remodel our other bathrooms.

ADocs Plumbing & Remodeling
Doc is excellent! Finding a contractor in Philly with honesty, integrity, and pride in their work is very difficult. Most home owners in Philly understand this. Doc was professional, courteous, communicative, and did the job correctly. It did go a little longer than planned, but that's to be expected with an old house and having to replace and fix previous crappy contractor work. His pricing is spot-on! Doc doesn't mess around - HE KNOWS HIS CRAFT. He is a master plumber and craftsman in the truest sense. You can't go wrong with Doc, and you know you'll get a fair price and be working with someone that will stand by their work. I will be working with Doc again for sure. I'm already saving for our next project.

DMaster Flooring & Remodeling
I initially purchased the $399 floor tile special they had on sale but ended up having them redo my shower too because it was time. When he initially came to the house, he brought tile samples and we picked what we wanted. Then he came back with an accent tile that he thought would look good, which we agreed he would provide. When we were finally able to get the dates scheduled (after weeks), they finally came with several workers. They were quick the first day and told us it would only take 2 days for the work. The first day they removed gutted the bathroom and set to work on the floor. Day 2, they didn't bring enough accent tile and I had to go to the home depot and find the same tile that was on close-out and only had 2 sheets which I paid for. When they were about halfway done, they brought me in the bathroom to see the progress and it looked fine. Late in the day, they brought me in again because they were almost done with the job. BUT they forgot to add the insert in the shower which we agreed upon. So they cut out a tile and left a hole for the insert. We then agreed that they would come back the following day around 3:30. When they left, I looked at the progress again and the accent tile that was laid in the shower wasn't laid flat (it was actually sinking inward due to only using a partial piece of backer board). My husband called them as soon as he got home and was told to rip it out and they would fix it. Day 3, they showed up around 7:00pm due to working another job that day and then traffic to get to my house. They worked for about 2 hours and the job still wasn't done so they came back a 4th day. Day 4 (Saturday) the job was finally done. Now: The grout in the shower is cracked and falling apart in both corners and round the shower faucet. The caulk between the tub and tile is cracked. The grout on the floor tile is spanning from wall to wall width wise. Mind you, there are only 2 of use in the house (no children, no pets, no nonsense) so our bathroom really doesn't get heavy action. Needless to say, I am not pleased and personally do not reccomend.

BBrian Emmons Remodeling LLC
The experience was positive overall. Brian was responsive and honest. He made sure his crew completed enough of the remodeling project in a week so that I could at least use the bathroom again (my home has just one bathroom so I had to move out temporarily). His crew took care to keep the mess confined to the bathroom which I appreciated. Brian also didn't complain about a last-minute change I made when I asked him to move up a light fixture by a few inches or when I abruptly decided to switch medicine cabinets when I realized the one I'd bought was too big. Brian's painter was very meticulous and careful to do a neat job in a small bathroom filled with lots of corners and tight spots. The completed bathroom looks good overall and has gotten compliments from visitors. Normally I would give an "A", but I have to take some points off for the following: First, the sink's drain started leaking not long after the job was finished. I have a service contract with a plumber who was due to come to do some annual maintenance on my home's plumbing, so I asked him to look at it and double-check everything else. My plumber told me that Brian's plumber took a shortcut with the sink's drain where he improperly connected the new PVC pipe to my home's existing copper drain lines. So I had to pay my plumber to correct this. Second, Brian's crew did not properly align the shower valve with the cover plate. When the handle is in the "off" position, it doesn't line up with the "Off" engraved onto the plate. Yes, I know this is nitpicking to a certain extent, but you expect a pro to be paying attention and *not* make these kinds of mistakes. This is the kind of mistake I would've expected if I had attempted to do this project myself. Third, I noticed the ceramic tile has sunk in a bit around the toilet's base. This means they probably should've allowed another day for the tile to set before putting the toilet back. I appreciate Brian trying to get my bathroom back in working order ASAP, but now the only way to fix this is to rip out the floor and start over again. It's the little stuff that was overlooked, so just keep a close eye on things and ask questions if you use Brian's services.

The roof was done very quickly and looks good. The work area was left clean and the debris removed. I will call Jim and Mark for other handyman jobs.

Great job. Work done for my mothers home, who is a senior citizen. They were responsive and reassuring to my mom, who is always resistant to hiring contractors. Job was done within a week of providing a quote. Preparation and cleanup after the job, was outstanding. Thank you for your patience with my mother.

ACustom Services By Martin Jann
Martin did an excellent job on refinishing two bathtubes in our home. Originally, when he came to perform the work in May, he found problems with the shower plumbing and suggested that we repair them. He highlighted all the plumbing problems that needed to be fixed. As a result, the job was then postponed to June. In both visits, Martin came on time, completed the job very well, cleaned the place, gave instructions on how to take care of the refinished bathtubs. He is very professional and thorough in his work. I will definitely use him again for bath remodel and/or tub refinishing.

ACarolina Creations Pools & Landscapes Inc
We received a recommendation for Carolina Creations from our realtor when purchasing our home in Holden Beach, NC. Art Miller worked up a quote for the work and was very forthcoming with potential areas where additional (external) costs could come in. For example, stormwater plans and implementation, survey, septic tank removal, etc. Some of those things ended up happening and some of them did not -- I really appreciated him being up-front and explaining them in detail... made me feel more prepared for the unexpected. During the course of construction I was kept up-to-date on things, and felt like I knew what was going on even though we were many miles away. Worth mentioning is that the delivery of the pool was delayed, and there was a risk the project would not be done in time for our first renter. Art pulled out every stop, adjusted the plan, and allowed me to use one of the pools he ordered for another customer in order to get it done in time. We did have one unexpected expense come up (not terribly significant) that was forced on the project by the township that I had to cover. However Art felt terrible about that and I feel like he made the cost up along the way by eating a couple other expenses that popped up (ie. extra sand needed, gates, etc) instead of "nickel and diming" me. For that I felt grateful, and it strengthened the trust I have in Art and his company. The project ended up beautiful -- better than I imagined. I will also be having this company do the yard and pool maintenance for me. I really like the way they do business, and would most certainly recommend Art and his company to anyone looking to build a pool.
