Recent Review: From start Tony was very Pro and he left very professional. Job basicaly very well done, with no problems. Quick to do the job , very professional in my eyes.Easy to work with, calls in helpers for jobs he is not capable of handling such as the electrical aspect. I like that ..it showed to me he is not a man that bites oiff more than he can chew and wants to make sure the job is done right and professional. Likable, very likeable guy.

K & B HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC
Recent Review: From estimate to completed work they were easy to deal with (Dave). When they gave me a timeframe when they would start the work, they kept to the dates and were prompt and cleaned up each day. I will be hiring them for the drop ceiling in my basement. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other bids.

Howell Remodeling Inc
Recent Review: I had gotten a couple estimates prior to meeting Tom Morsek, owner of Howell. I liked Tom immediately and could tell he had my best interests at heart, talking me out of things he didn't think I needed and/or making suggestions. The project was a BIG thing for me to tackle on my own, but Tom made it much easier. Chris, the workman, was prompt, efficient, skilled, courteous, and communicated what needed to be communicated. The two sub-contractors (is that the right word?); the electrician and the plumber were also skilled and efficient. Ryan the electrician came out twice in the evening to get his work done so as not to hold up progress. When I asked Tom when work would start on the project, he said probably in 6 or 8 weeks but that "when it's your turn, it's your turn" and it was worth the wait. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Howell again and highly recommend the company.

Harach Contracting
Recent Review: I met with Patrick Harach to discuss some work to be done.  He contacted me promptly and was pleasant.  He measured my kitchen and my garage roof as well as the rain gutter on the garage.  He gutted my kitchen to the bare studs and rewired, ran new plumbing and insulated the walls before installing new drywall.  The job was completed well from the tile floor to the cabinets and drop ceiling. He even replaced the back door and a window.  Once the kitchen was complete I had him replace my garage roof.  He explained to me the benefits of using a synthetic underlayment and upgrading to a lifetime shingle.  The roof was torn off and everything was cleaned up and all garbage removed.  He then installed a 25ft seamless rain gutter.  It was a good experience and i would recommend Harach Contracting to anyone needing anything done.  I had recieved 3 estimates and his was in the middle.  The price was fair and well worth the quality result.

Randy Morrison Construction
Recent Review: With all the work indicated above, Randy and crew did a GREAT job...  and Being it is an older home, there were a couple extras, like where we extended our living room to the front porch the floor was a little rotted, it needed replaced and some other little unexpected extras, but nothing major.  One of the interior workers did an awesome job with everything from the drywall to the trim work around all the doors and windows, put down a floor in the kitchen as well as new counter top.  The pet of the project would have to be having the dishwasher installed? in the alcove.  It just seemed like wasted space so I just thought, why not.   We had to have Randy's team back out for a couple minor things, they were out and fixed what needed very quick and without hesitation.   I worked for a contractor in the past (office monkey).  I've always taken a contractors schedule with a grain of salt, never has a project finished on time...  And my current position requires scheduling after the contractor leaves, I inform our client to add one month to the end date provided by the contractor... Randy and crew were done within a reasonable amount of time.
