Recent Review: What happened:We needed to replace our in ground pool liner. I called 6-8 different retailers in our area to get quotes. Hot Water was one of them. We only got an estimate from them for replacing the liner and doing fix ups to our pool. Did we choose this company: We choose not to go with them because their quote was very low compared to the rest of the retailers. It made us question why it was so low and it made us uneasy. See other reasons in last paragraph. The visit from the company:A gentleman and lady showed up and only measured the width and length of our pool. They did not provide anything to us in writing on the spot and they also left their measuring tape behind at our home (it was returned to them). They did not take specific measurements, which meant they were going to need to come back to do so and take longer to order the liner. They also did not bring samples of liners or patterns with them to our appointment (took place at our home). They were nice and seemed to know what they were talking about. They were offering to give us the same thickness of liner as others, to replace gaskets (but not face plates), to patch the cement where needed, to remove the old liner but they would not dispose of the liner, they would not fill the pool for us, also not included was replacement of wall foam. Over all, we would go to their store to purchase supplies if needed. In the future will we call them again: yes. What we did not like was, they just were not as professional/organized as other companies, very low estimate. They were also not going to dispose of the old liner for us and that would cost us extra money with our trash man.
