Recent Review: I've used them for something else once. I'd use them. They did a nice job. They're punctual and they did good quality workmanship. The price was good. Just one technician came out. They provided the faucet. They came out the next day or a day or two after. They were pretty quick.

Recent Review: Ed was recommended by a friend.  He arrived on time, installed the 220v outlet then moved on to the bathroom sinks. He 1st had to replace the shutoff valves & suppy lines for both sinks.   I had already purchased 2 new faucets, but the drain kits w/them were substandard (plastic, small diameter, etc). Ed left for the day & I purchased another faucet w/metal drain kit.  Ed returned the next day  & installed the new faucet/metal drain kit in the 1 bathroom & in the second bathroom he installed 1 of the faucets but left the original drain alone (its finish was in much better shape than the other drain).    update:  the replaced drain leaked - when I discovered the leak I called Ed - he returned & fixed the leak at no additional charge.   So far no more leaking.

Recent Review: I live in a mobil home outside Erie. I am 73 years old..so no kid. I had my home winterized, water drained and turned back back on in late April, I guess some of debris clogged the faceut  so I had very little water on the hot side coming. out,  It is a brand new faucet , when the man that winterizes the house had replaced the existing one.. so it new.. I did not know how to open it up and clean it out. so I called  H Jack Langer out of the yellow pages. Told him my problem, Little water comming on the hot side and weak on the cold side..   He/they,,,,, yes two plumbers with a white bucket,,  they thought it was a clogged drain.. did not listen!  anyhow . I told him the problem even told him , in my opinion,  that it had debris  in the facuet but I did not know how to access it.. I told him the little  turn off vavle under the sink was not shutting it off all the way and he would have to use the main. I showed him where was located under the home.. they removed a few sections of skirthing an  shut of the main. They never replaced the skirting  they just left it open. I had to get the park man to put it back  The only problem was a clogged diverter.. ( the little plastic thing that diverts the flow to the hand held sprayer was clogged}  I told them not to put it back, as we hardly use it..)  for this they ( I guess they were both on the clock)  stayed in my house for at least a hour,  they made a big dean of changing the washer on the little turn off valve under the sink .  What I did think was unprofessional was they did not ask to check the water pressure in one of the bathrooms.. I had to show what I expected..at least as good as the rest of the home,  we never have much  pressure in the trailer park anyhow..  the plumbers were nice enough and clean.. but I feel $252.00 expensive   I should have got some sort "what will this cost me" before  and bids .. but I thought ; a small problem.  the guy put back the siding the next day. so I am hoping skunks or coons made a home under my home. and they never told me the would not replace it... will I use them again  NO!

We had Eric from Reliance come in and install a kitchen faucet kit that I had purchased at a local Big Box store and then found I did not have the tools or expertise to do it myself.  Right off the bat, Eric found that the shut off valves beneath the sink were not operative.  This was a problem because (as we soon learned..), we did not have a main water shutoff valve for the entire house anywhere inside. This valve is located beneath the manhole cover for our water meter, which is located in our front lawn at least 50 feet away from the house and at some distance down into the hole at that.  I have no idea who designed this system like this and I don't think I want to know, I'm just glad they aren't a currently practicing paramedic, surgeon or airline pilot.. Anyway, with some Herculean effort, Eric was finally able to reach the main shutoff under the manhole cover. We shut the water off and bled the other faucets in the house so the work could proceed.  Within an hour, Eric had the new faucet installed.  This really bowled me over given I had spent 10 hours over the weekend under that sink and never even got a single lock nut loosened. At this point, given the non-functional condition of the shut-off valves under the sink and the complete lack of common sense, consideration of safety and damage control in the design of the water shut off system for the house, I had Erie go ahead and replace all three of the shut off valves beneath the sink.  This roughly doubled the cost of the entire job (from $250 for the faucet replacement alone to approximately $500 including the replacement of the three shut-off valves) and was not money I really wanted to spend, but somebody has to demonstrate some clarity of thought. This someone was obviously not going to be either the previous owner of the house or the public works department of the city where we live, since one of them designed or mandated that the system be designed in the unsafe and inconvenient way that it was.  So, I guess it has to be me. In any event, Eric arrived punctually at the house around 1:15PM and was done with all the work, including the unanticipated replacement of the shut off valves by about 3:45PM. He was friendly, cordial, knowledgeable, professional and is obviously very good at what he does.  We are pleased with the quality of the work we had Reliance do for us and we were pleased with the professionalism and expertise of Eric, the Reliance plumber who did the work.  We would unreservedly recommend Reliance to others in need of similar services and plan to use them again if and when we have additional plumbing work to be done.
