Recent Review: UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND A POOR COMMUNICATOR. Bill talked a good game right up until the work started. He tried to cut corners by reusing old outlets, ceiling fans, door hardware, etc. He constantly made promises that he didn't keep and then made up lies to justify his poor performance. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING EASY BATH SOLUTIONS and please don't believe the lies he will post in response.to this review.

Reviews in Conshohocken to Remodel Small Bathrooms

AThe Philly Homesmith LLC
My husband and I recently purchased a home in Philadelphia and hired Paul for the redesign and remodel of our kitchen as well as both full bathrooms. We received multiple quotes, and while we were lucky enough to have a personal recommendation from a friend for Paul, we would have hired him anyway. Paul is extremely creative and thoughtful in his process, and we were looking to create a truly custom feeling home. From the very beginning, Paul was prompt with his responses and upfront with his timeline and pricing. Paul made so many amazing suggestions about the design and really helped us make decisions that were beautiful and functional for our spaces. When I was having a hard time deciding on which tiles I wanted to have installed (turns out I loved a lot of them) he really helped keep me on track and made great recommendations about where to view the different tiles. He also helped us track down a great price on some pretty specific navy blue cabinets we were interested in for our kitchen. During the demo & installation, Paul was on site every work day. He worked with a pretty small group of guys who he personally knew and had worked with before, which was a very comforting situation. After demo we discussed design and layout (the kitchen had a few options) and while we did make some changes, Paul was flexible while still being upfront about what could fit in our discussed timeline. Throughout installation, any issues that arose Paul discussed them with us promptly and always offered solutions. I cannot express how truly happy I am with the outcome of our home, but also how much stress was avoided by working with someone who is trustworthy and clearly cares about what he is doing. If you are more interested in working with someone with a showroom with limited options, Paul is probably not for you. If you are excited by the idea of creating a truly custom home, definitely give Paul a call!

I had a very outdated bathroom upgraded and updated. Completely gutted and rebuilt in a very timely manner. They even updated some electrical in other parts of the house while the walls were open. Rob and Sammy did such a phenomenal job and I am very happy with the finished room. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with suggestions. I have had other renovations done in the past but this was by far the best experience. Would definitely hire again for future projects.

AANDRE SIMONE KITCHENS & BATHS
Though some unexpected problems came up in our never before remodeled bathroom of our 80-year-old house, André had the expertise and skill to handle them. He worked with the painting and glass contractors to finish the bathroom before Christmas, and everything looks beautiful. We would not hesitate to hire him for a future job. He returns calls quickly, and finishes the job he starts before moving on. We enjoyed having him around, and the bathroom is beautiful.

AMartin's Home Improvement
We initially retained Martin to redo the kitchen, and we chose him because of price, flexibility and lack of hassle. Martin did all the carpentry work for the kitchen remodel, including plumbing the walls and fixing a termite-damaged floor beam, and he also did all the plumbing work. Work was done very well. Because of the good work, we then asked Martin to remodel a bathroom, and that was done very well, and included tile installation, new piping etc. That went very well. The prior work held out, and so we asked Martin to replace the roof. That roof work was done very well also. On the first day, Martin had about 10 people working on the shingle-part of the roof work to make sure that work was done before rains came. A following day his people did the flat part of the roof. We have now had some heavy rains, and I checked and everything is fine. No damage to the guttering system. So, very happy and would recommend.

Uncompromising craftsmanship! My husband and I found our experience working with KB SQUARE and Cengiz to be enjoyable, inspiring and professional. Cengiz is not only experienced and efficient, but also creative, detail oriented and cost conscious as well.     We hired KB SQUARE to install our new kitchen that soon turned out to a full main level remodel. We spoke with many contractors, but their experience, millwork ideas and approach won out. Cengiz was able to help us accomplish all of our needs; form and function, working within the space constraints, blending an old addition to the rest of the home. I?ve been impressed with KB SQUARE Team?s determination to provide the highest possible quality for a particular budget. They have an attention to detail and authenticity of design, Cengiz is also not afraid to voice his concern over design decisions if he feels there might be a better solution. (***The ceiling in our family room was quite low, so he created a modern interpretation of a box beam ceiling to hide the low beam, creating a beautiful design element out of something that started as a flaw.***)     The whole project turned out even better than we could have imagined. KB SQUARE listened to everything we wanted, and their design ideas were absolutely perfect! They worked extremely well with other contractors. KB SQUARE Team was efficient, an excellent communicator and very enjoyable to work with. The details of the millwork are superb. Now our kitchen functions exactly the way we wanted it to, it looks amazing and luxurious; after remodeling, the whole main floor looks very impressive.     KB SQUARE is able to handle complex and high pressured projects smoothly and within time and budget restraints, always punctual. I would work with them again and again and again at anytime. We would highly recommend KB SQUARE and Cingiz.

ACintex Enterprises LLC
Wow!! After having less than reliable contractors I was very skeptical about my next project, but then I met Vince of Cintex Enterprises. He was very professional, organized, knowledgeable and timely throughout the project. He worked with me step by step always keeping me informed, giving me a start date and completion date that he kept to!! The work was done very well with the end result a beautifully remodeled bathroom that exceeded my expectations. In addition to Vince I was guided through my decisions and purchases by Vince's lovely wife Cindy. She too, would set up appointments in showrooms and meet me to go over purchases and coordinate choices. It was truly a pleasure to do this project because of the Cintex Team!! I highly recommend them and plan to use them again for my future construction needs!!

AAmerican Craftsmen LLC
I chose American Craftsman to completely remodel my main upstairs bathroom. I also had them repair a piece of the downstairs ceiling that had been damaged from a leak in the bathroom. And I had them replace a toilet in a second bathroom. The entire experience was fabulous. First, other estimates I received required me to buy the components for the bathroom at places where the companies would then make money off of my purchases. American Craftsman sets up the process differently. I chose and bought each of the components – such as the tile, cabinets, sink, toilet, and faucets. I also selected the paint color. Kenny from American Craftsman guided me through the selection and purchasing process. Kenny also gave me his discount on the tile, took the time to show me how to use discount websites for the other components, and then took delivery on the parts and held them until they were installed. Second, the installation process was terrific. The crew of American Craftsman is professional, friendly, and respectful. They laid down protective sheeting all the way through the house and up the stairs every work day. They cleaned up every night and again when the whole bathroom was completed. I have a dog that they not only didn’t mind, but actually took care of while I was at work. American Craftsman does not subcontract out their work. Each section was completed by an American Craftsman expert in that area such as tile or carpentry. And a terrific employee named James worked at the house every day and told me each evening what would be occurring the following day. Third, the final product is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. I also want to mention that my bathroom was remodeled in August, 2017 and I’m writing this review in late April, 2018. My point is that I still love the bathroom remodel after using it for eight months. That’s important because I’m not going off of first impressions. The bathroom has been used by a lot of people, the bathroom has been cleaned, and I still love the remodel. I highly recommend American Craftsman for bathroom remodeling. I believe in this company so strongly that I would them again myself.

ALynch Contractors Inc
The crew was very punctual and completed work in estimated time.  The bathroom remodel was not planned, but when a significant leak developed in the second floor bath (unrelated to any of LCI's work), Joe was very accommodating in quickly planning and executing the remodel. We intend to utilize LCI for an upcoming project based on their excellent performance.

AFamily & Friends Builders
We met with Billie, the owner of Family & Friends in Dec 2013, about four months before signing a contract. At our  first meeting we discussed with Billie what we wanted; a complete remodel of our bathroom. He took some measurements and gave us ideas on the remodel process. We appreciated that he was upfront and told us that he would put us on his list of projects when some of his current projects were completed.  In April we made an appointment with one of his office workers to review the contract; there was one item that was not included that Billie had discussed with us. Billie was called and the item was added to the contract and we paid a deposit. Several weeks later we received a call when the work would begin. The bathroom was stripped down to the studs. In rebuilding the walls, I discovered the heat/air vent had been covered over. When the error was brought to the attention of Family & Friends, it was corrected quickly without a hassle. During the project the workers arrived on time, cleaned the area at the end of the day and were always courteous and professional. Whenever we called the office with a question,  the staff were courteous and professional. We were responsible for purchasing the wall and floor tile (Family & Friends picked up from the supplies and delivered to the work site),  the bathroom sink and toilet. We also purchased the lighting, mirror, towel bars that were installed by Family & Friends. Overall, the experience from start to finish went well and we are very pleased with our remodeled bathroom.
