Recent Review: The purchase and installation of the oven and microwave wall unit went very well. The service started with helping us choose a  high quality unit that would replace and  fit in the same cabinet space occupied by an older broken unit.  Miles came out to our home, made measurements and went over a variety of products and combinations of products that  would work.  In the end there were three options we could choose from given the limited cabinet space we had.  Miles steered us to a combination that would be the best fit for the cabinet even though it was the least costly of the possible options. Once the oven and microwave arrived, Miles coordinated with a second company to make the necessary modifications to the cabinet and electrical work and help with the installation.  Everyone was top notch and very professional. The modifications went as planned and the unit was installed perfectly in a short amount of time. The wife is very happy with her new wall unit which makes the rest of us in the house very happy.

Recent Review: He was very punctual, very friendly and professional. Found the problem with our oven right away. He explained that the faulty computer board that needed replacement was an expensive part but that once replaced it should provide service for at least as long as we've owned the oven so far (13 years).  Given the fact that we're not in the market for a new oven yet and that a new oven would cost at least ten times as much as that part, we opted for the part.  It's nice to be given straight facts so as to make a sound decision.  I will definitely call this service provider again next time I have similar issue.

Recent Review: $400 sounds like an awful lot for these 2 jobs, but it was actually pretty reasonable. Our oven is a Gaggenau, purchased and installed at least 25 years ago. It's a wall oven with a side-opening door which had started to sag a bit. Worse, the gasket around the door got loose and finally broke. I called several appliance repair outfits and had found only one that could do the job, but they wanted so much money that I thought I might have to buy a new oven instead. When I called Cat Services, the woman on the phone was very helpful in tracking down the unusual part I needed. The repairman, Guy, came as scheduled, replaced the gasket and tightened the door. Guy also, and quot;while he was hereand quot; looked at my relatively new washing machine, which had just started leaking. Mysteriously, it would sometimes fill with water when I wasn't using it. Guy diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back, as scheduled, a few days later to fix the machine. He also suggested ways to keep the problem from reoccurring.

Recent Review: Drove to store to select new appliance. However, unable to find a model that fit esthetically into existing cabinetry. Therefore ordered replacement control panel. Salesman, Bryan, was extremely helpful though he had lost the sale of a new oven. He contacted the service department to have the part ordered. Presently waiting for the part to arrive therefore cost of service is approximate.

Recent Review: THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND AS HELPFUL AS POSSIBLE. THEY NEEDED TO MAKE SEVERAL SERVICE CALLS AS THE FIRST TIME A DEFECTIVE BOARD WAS POSSIBLY THE CULPRIT. THEY CONTINUED TO BE RESPONSIVE THE SECOND TRIP OUT AND THIRD. FINALLY THEY REPLACED THE SENSOR BOARD ALONG WITH THE OTHER TWO THINGS AGAIN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR DILIGENCE.

Bill arrived on time and seemed very knowledgeable. He finally found the defective part, but needed to take the oven out further to fix it. He couldn't do it alone and left, I thought, to order the part and return to fix it later. A few weeks went by when I didn't hear from him. I called him and he just said he wouldn't be able to fix it. A simple phone call to tell me this would have been more professional. He should have told me up front that the job was too much for him.

The appointment was easy to schedule and the communication that day was fine. After the technician found the problem, I paid the company the labor and service charge and he said they would get back to me with an estimate. He leveled my washer (for another service fee) at this time. I waited two weeks for an answer and finally called to find out that the 'ticket' was mistakenly closed. They finally did order the part and I scheduled another day for the tech to come out. So he came - and the wrong part was ordered. So! On visit #3, the correct part was finally installed. The tech was very professional and knowledgable, but the company did have a major lack of communication here. However, overall, I would use them again.
