Recent Review: It went well. Alex was great to work with on planning and options for construction. Kyle performed much of the work and coordinated the services of subcontractors, who were skilled at providing high-quality finishes and handling a few design curveballs that made our job unique.
Recent Review: Kitchen vinyl was replaced, Bathroom vinyl along with new toliet new sinks and tile work in both bathrooms. Bath tub resurfaced from Pink to white and basement bathroom was re-sheet rocked and textured. very nice work overall!
Recent Review: I contacted 5 contractors and got 5 estimates. I chose David Green because he promised to do the job in 10 days. Others needed 3 to 4 weeks. I could have had the job done for 5% less. This is a basic bathroom with two upgrades; tile floor and granite counter top from Lowe's. The job took only 9 days. There was work done every day except the weekend. The shower was out of commission for only 3 days. Replacing the shower required cutting a large hole in the living room wall. The counter top is supposed to be factory sealed, but it absorbed water in several places. I sealed it with Miracle 511 Impregnator. The only problem I have had is that one of the towel bars pulled off the wall. This was because of a very poor design of the towel bar. It had only one screw holding the clip to the wall and a small set screw holding the bar to the clip. The screw pulled out of the wall on one end and the set screw failed on the other. I am sure David Green would have fixed this if I had called him. I decided to go to Home Depot and find a much better designed towel bar that will not pull off unless I try to do chin-ups on it. The project was well organized and went smoothly. I doubt it could have been done faster.
Recent Review: VERY WELL! Communication was superb and open: complete with floor plan change, décor selection from tiles, to cabinets and counter tops, flooring, paint fixtures, handles, etc. The subs did fantastic work and were professional to be performing their tasks in our home. Pavel and Polina worked with us as though our home was their home.
Recent Review: Joe and Rocky were very professional, the communication throughout the job was clear and concise. The work was completed correctly and on time. They even helped me track down a better shower base. The one I had purchased from Home Depot would have worked but the appearance was less than ideal for a tiled shower. Joe called a couple of the plumbing supply companies they use and found one for me at a good price. All around a great experience, would definitely hire this company again.
Recent Review: We are beyond ecstatic with the decision to go with Hardline Design over the other contractors we interviewed. Adam was quite responsive to our needs throughout the entire process, even when we had last minute changes to our plans, and communicated easily any tweaks he felt would add value to the project . The remodel from start to finish went without a hitch, was completed on time and on budget. Adam has a very proficient and knowledgable team working for him and they made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of each day much to our delight. We are looking forward to working with him again on our bathroom upgrade.

Recent Review: Our primary goal was to use local businesses whenever possible. We had never been involved in a remodel experience and Dave helped us with a design that was practical and kept us within a budget that matched the value of the home. The kitchen is beautiful and we are looking forward to doing our bathroom next.
Recent Review: Ron did a phenomenal job on our Master Bath remodel. The results are beyond our expectations. Ron was always here when he said he would be, was very communicative of what to expect every step of the way, and delivered within the timeline he quoted at the beginning of the process. We will definitely hire Ron for any future remodels.
I hired Prototype Architecture this year to redesign my horribly outdated kitchen, add a half bathroom next to the kitchen, remodel my falling down rear porch, and add a sunroom to my 1920 s Craftsman bungalow. Prototype exceeded my expectations in every way! From our initial meeting through design through construction, Prototype was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my ideas and then incorporated those ideas into the design. They had extremely inventive solutions for solving our problems (lack of space and awkward configuration of the existing kitchen) and came up with ideas I'd never even thought about and I've lived in this house for over 10 years! The design blends seamlessly with the traditional design of our house, you'd never know that the sunroom is a modern addition. And the rear porch is three times as large as it was originally and it looks great with the design of the old house. Prototype has great connections with contractors and suppliers and even passed their "designers discount" directly on to me so I could save money on the tile, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures. Prototype's fee came in lower than estimated and the project was designed to fit within our budget. (The total cost of the construction was $125,000). I would definitely hire Prototype again.

We found Ron on Angie’s List after receiving bids from two other contractors who had been recommended to us by acquaintances of ours. What a difference! From the very beginning Ron was responsive and timely. He also was respectful of our design choices and did not immediately dismiss our thoughts on our bathroom remodel (like the other two contractors had done). We felt Ron’s quote was very fair. It was also wonderful knowing that we could turn over a key to our home and feel completely comfortable. Both Ron and his assistant, Mark, were a pleasure to work with and we would hire them again in the future.

ABSC General Contractors Inc
Brian and his team were amazing. I had heard endless stories about delays in construction times non-responsive contractors and final costs way over budget, BSC General Contractors was none of the above! Brian was in constant communication and clearly laid out the budget and revised often. I was 7 months pregnant during the remodel so was on a clear deadline for finishing the work, Brian assured me it would be done on schedule and he stuck to that. I would certainly hire BSC again and would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Charles recently completed a basement bathroom addition in our 1920s home. Our basement was already finished, with a bedroom, family room, and office, but lacked a bathroom. Charles was able to convert an existing pantry into a full bathroom. Charles listened to our interests and needs, while understanding the challenges of our small space, and created a wonderful bathroom for our family. While Charles performed a lot of the work, his subcontractors were all very professional and produced some great looking work. Throughout the process he was communicative and responsive and the project was completed within his initial time estimates. Overall, a great experience and would definitely hire again.

Excellent! Every phase was well planned and completed with expertise and care. Zandy is a superb communicator and when we experienced challenges (such as black mold inside the roofing) - he recommended several "fixes" and once agreed, implemented a solution quickly. Initial design was great. All his subcontractors were on-time and high-quality. We are thrilled with the addition of an upstairs bathroom to our 1914 farmhouse!

I was in need of a bathroom renovation badly because mine was straight out of the 90's with the huge shower insert with two benches inside. The tile I had on the floor was outdated and I was looking to modernize my master bath. When I set up the first consult appointment it was very spot on with the overall price. I knew (in a contract) exactly what I was getting with no surprises. I had the original shower taken out and disposed of, all new piping with the plumbing, a porcelain tile shower installed with fixtures, a custom niche in the shower, a bench built out of the same shower tile so I could shave my legs or sit down, clear and frameless shower doors, and all new tile flooring installed. The workers were very timely and cleaned up after themselves every night. I got text updates and pictures of how the process was going and had numbers where I could directly talk to whomever was in charge of the project. I always felt like I was in good hands and everyone I met was extremely professional. I loved the fact that I could talk to someone if I had questions and that everyone was so friendly! I would definitely recommend Evergreen Renovations to anyone looking to do home remodeling or renovations. I am extremely happy with the work that was provided and the people!! My roof is getting to the end of its life and I will certainly be using them again for all of my home improvement needs.

Collin gave us the estimate and any changes with add on we requested was highlighted and he made sure we didn't exceed too much from our budget. He gave us the space to remodel.our bathroom the way we wanted. No marketing , no pressure! Work was Professional and very clean. They would ensure after the end of the day, they leave the house neat and clean just like nothing was happening! With this huge remodel work going on, none of us were affected with the dusts and exposed to the fumes. They ensured and took extra care to handle the remodel.so.well.keeping in mind kids are around. Work was completed as promised despite the additions and small changes! Can't wait to boast about our bathrooms! Would highly recommend to anyone who plan to remodel their bathroom in the near future! Thanks Cook LLC and team! We are missing you guys walking around...

CNW Residential Inc.
(1) Prep Shower area with Corner Bench. (2) Sub Flooring and Tile Prep. (3) Tile Shower and include Corner Soap Shelf. (4) Tile Floor with Grout. (5) Install new Toilet. (6) Install Grab Bar in Shower. (7) Install Vanity Light Bar and Bath Fan. (8) Install Frameless Shower Glass. (9) Install Granite Counter Top with undermount Sink and Faucet. 15. How did it go overall? Tell us the story from start to finish (10,000 character limit): The project has a few errors and some of them have been corrected. (1) The Shower Wall has a 1/2" Tile piece on both sides where the corner tiles meet. This could have been avoided. (2) Trimming is not flush with tile work and has chipped pieces. Some were corrected. (3) There were 4 chipped Mosiac floor pieces that needed replacing in the shower. (4) Drainage in shower is not in the middle of the floor, which leaves the space by the toilet smaller. (5) Plumbing of the sink had to be corrected because of improper installation. The sink drain is still not installed straight and has a rubber washer showing. (6) Shower Grab Bar was not prepared for installation as quoted. (Where the specifications require 2x4 stud re-enforcement for support by law). (7) A sunken Floor Tile at the bathroom entrance is not level with the others and catches at the feet. Please note: I have tried to contact Phillippe to address issues that need correcting. Unfortunately, Philippe has not returned or responded at all. We first contacted Angie's list in Febuary and now again out of concern and disappointment.

AGOLDEN RADIANCE LLC/ RESTORATION & RENOVATION
Last year we decided we wanted to turn an awkward space upstairs into a bathroom, but we weren't quite sure how it would work. Alex came by for several consultations and work began shortly thereafter. The layout changed and improved as the work continued. Alex and his team were always full of great ideas to improve the functionality and allure of the space(adding built-ins, custom counter space...)and they were always open to our ideas and suggestions as well. Alex is very knowledgeable, understanding, and easy to talk to. We spoke several times a day as the work progressed; he always kept us informed of what the day would bring and what we could anticipate when arriving home. The bathroom turned out to be the most incredible space in our house, every day we step into it we are thankful! We were so pleased with the work that we kept them around for another week to add built-ins to another room. Overall the work took longer than originally anticipated and the final cost was higher, but that was due to several time consuming additions that we requested. We could not be more pleased with the wonderful space that was created. I would highly recommend Golden Reliance to everyone.
