Work was performed as scheduled in a professional manner. Estimates were given and adhered to. Outstanding supervision and communication.

This is the third time I've used Willco for both carpentry and painting jobs and have always been impressed with their responsiveness, organization and quality of work. I called Primo (the owner), we set an appointment and he came out, discussed what I wanted to have done and took it from there. He provided a bid which I found very acceptable. His assistant Travis called to work out the carpenter's schedule and then the painting schedule. They were prompt, organized and completed the work in a timely fashion.

BSUN DOG CONSTRUCTION
Went good and very quick and prompt. The window was a little different from the other in the house but it works out ok. I was mostly impressed with how quick and communicative they were.

DHines Siding & Remodeling Inc
We were selling our house and this contractor was recommended by our realestate agent. She said they had a good rating on Angies list and she had a client who had used them with good result. We called and the owner came out right away. Despite what our realestate agent said, I could not just hand him the house inspection report and he would interpret what needed to be done and do it. We spent more than an hour looking at the house with me insisting that he at least look at the inspection report, which he seemed to only briefly glance at. It could have been two hours total he spent there. I thought he could have done the repair in that time. They said they would get it done right away since we were selling our house and had a deadline, which I appreciated. However, when the workmen came they came to the door inspection report in hand and asked me what needed to be done. I could hardly believe I would have to explain to a couple of workmen (who didn't seem to speak English well) what took me a couple of hours to explain to their boss. I also noticed they had crossed off part of what was written on the estimate without reducing the price. So I called their boss and he said it was normal for the workers to ask the home owner what needed to be done. I thought OK, I'll go along with this. What choice do I have? I need this done to get the house sold. So finally, after I'd repeated everything to the workers that I had discussed with their boss, they finally got to work. They dissappeared down the street and came back after awhile with a big old trailer that took them several minutes to back into our driveway. As they unloaded their equipment it seemed their shoes were filled with lead. In fact they seemed to be draging their feet from the time they got there. I thought oh well, it shouldn't matter, I have an estimate and they wouldn't bill me for time beyond their estimate. Boy was I wrong. The next surprise came when they sent me the bill. It was more than twice their original estimate, and my wife and I performed the painting that was needed to finish the job. But, we were selling our house and really didn't have any choice. So we paid the bill and moved on.

ACARPENTRY HOME SERVICES LLC
Great experience! Rick was able to provide us with service quickly, which was important since we're in the process of selling our home. He was professional, provided me with all the necessary paperwork and disclosures, and walked me through what he would do for the repairs. He went above and beyond what I expected, even painting the replaced trim to match the existing trim. You can hardly tell that there was any repair work (except that now it looks so much better)! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great carpentry services.

AJ & S Home Maintenance LLC
Responded quickly to my phone inquiry. Explained his schedule and the likely time he would be able to make the repairs. He began the work sooner than he expected, always keeping me informed about scheduling. He began the work before offering a full estimation and once the estimate was received it seemed high. However, the work was done much sooner and at a highly reduced price. Was careful to inform me of any other "surprises" with my siding. Very satisfied. I would call him again.

CBRIAN SPRINGER HOME MAINTENANCE
Brian was very congenial and did a decent job but his followup was pretty poor. He told us he could repair a couple of casement window cranks and also re-grout a tile shower. We had half a dozen other jobs for him. Brian often doesnt return phone calls. It was impossible to confirm the initial appointment with him, which, although it was made 3 weeks in advance, he spaced out. He was fine once he got on the job, but after payment for the initial work, he seemed to completely lose interest. Im not sure what his problem was.

FAffordable Handyman & Remodel Service, LLC
Emailed and he responded and he suggested he could come to our house and give us a quote on July 18 at 6pm. My husband got off work a little early to come home and meet him but he did not show up and did not call or email. I sent an email asking if there was a problem and why he didn't s show up or call/email and got no response. Job still not done. Ended up hiring a recommendation of a friend my husband works with.

AADVANCED ALTERATIONS & INSTALLATION
Chris did an excellent job installing semi-custom kitchen cabinets, woodwork and exterior trim details. He is extremely punctual and does very high quality work. Chris is easy to work with, has excellent communication skills. His bid came in less than the competition. I would not hesitate to contact Chris again for more work and look forward to working with him again should the need arise.
