Recent Review: Pyramid responded the same day that I called and recognizing that we are elderly they had the furnace installed within three days. The air conditioner was installed two days later. It is so great to have warm air flowing and not to have the fan blowing 22 hours a day.
Recent Review: Although Steven Conner is a busy man, he has consistently given my heating and cooling needs personal and very thoughtful attention. I've got a house that was poorly designed and last year he worked on improving the flow of heat with an existing (new) heat system with great results. This spring he installed an air conditioning unit that fit into an impossible space. Steven is great and now I wouldn't call anyone else for my heating and air conditioning.
Recent Review: Very good experience. Prompt, very polite, on-time. I would not hesitate to call them again. They replaced the switch and (for free)increased the air flow in my house by rewiring some switches.

Very well. He gave us simple ideas for improving air flow and the repair was relatively inexpensive.

We had scheduled with them to come on a Monday. We had a friend come over to the house, as we were not able to be there. We called because we have some space limitations in our crawlspace. They rescheduled for Thursday. I took that day off work. He came in and was very nice, but he just evaluated the situation, he didn't actually fix it. He said he would not be able to fit in the crawlspace. I then had to take another day off work. Overall, when he did fix the problem he did a very good job.

FPyramid Heating & Cooling
We've had used them for 12 years, at first it was great, staff were knowledgeable and competent. In the last few years, services had drastically deteriorated. These were the problems I encountered which ultimately led to the early termination of our service contract with Pyramid heating. 1. I was complaining about the electronic filters were still dirty after their service, so their solution to the problem is to turn down the speed of the air flow, which was suppose to be at optimum level. The air flow now is minimal, now my room temperature on the main floor has a 2-3 degrees difference, which did not happen before. 2. Pyramid heating quoted me $800 just for labor to put a warranty replacement humidifier in, where all plumbing and electrical is already in place. So they need 7-8 hours of labor to put in the humidifier in?? Where everything is there already?? I asked them this question and their response was that it would take $800 just to put the replacement unit in. 3. The reason that I need a humidifier replaced was because their technician who came to service the unit, broke it. And they try to charge me for replacing it. 4. Maintenance work done in the past few years were not good quality, I have complained about it several times, promises of improvements were made but never kept. 5. When I tried to terminate the service contract because of bad service work, it took months, and not until I threatened to call the General Attorney's office, did they return my call and issued the refund. I would not recommend Pyramid Heating for any kind of work, their work is substandard, and not honest in pricing.

Fantastic! Not only did Jim perform the work requested, but he also identified an air flow problem to the upstairs of our home and modified the system to direct more air to those rooms.

As far as I know, it was fine. I didn't have that much interaction with them. However, the furnace seems to be running fine and I haven't had any issues with the air flow.

Pedro and the team at Integrity Air did a wonderful job. Figuring out a plan for rebalancing the air flow in our three story house required multiple trips to our home and a lot of pre-planning- and it paid off. My home is much more comfortable. All of the workers who came to the home were communicative, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them and use them again myself.

Technician arrived about 30 minutes early, but called 15 minutes before arrival so we were prepared. I explained to him that our A/C was working for the most part, but seemed to be pushing less air year over year. It was unable to cool the house to below 76 degrees when it was 90 outside. He quickly warned me that this was likely normal and that there probably wasn't much he could do. I informed him that the unit had no issues with 100 degree days when it was installed and he said that units get less efficient over time. I was skeptical of this vague and broad statement, but I'm not a professional. He inspected the unit and asked if I changed the filter. I informed him that we change it every 30 days and showed him where the filter was located behind the return air grill. He then pointed out that there was another filter inside the furnace itself. It had not been changed in 6 years since the unit was installed as we were not informed of it's existence. He opened the rest of the unit up and we agreed that it needed cleaning in a bad way. He brought down his shop vac and cleaning wipes. I brought down my air compressor which he also used to aid in the cleaning process. In the mean time, my wife went to the store to get a new filter for the furnace. The cleaning job was satisfactory, but I expressed my concern that the evaporator coils were likely also very dirty. He said that he wasn't too concerned about it and that I could have them inspected during a regular maintenance visit. I asked if he could take a look and he said he didn't have time. This was my only frustration as when I called for service originally I stated that I though my evaporator coils were likely clogged. Nonetheless, they were the only company that could come out in two days. Everyone else was 4-5 days out so it's hard to complain. :) Overall, the tech was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He only charged me for the trip ($44) and 30 minutes of labor ($44). This was very reasonable in my opinion and I will definitely be calling them back to do a regular maintenance visit. On his way out, he did recommend that i get my ducts cleaned (by another company) to improve air quality, etc. However, my ducts don't look all that dirty to me and online research suggests that there is much debate on the value of duct cleaning. He didn't provide any specific reasons why my ducts needed cleaning, but seemed really keen on a particular company to do it.
