Recent Review: I was told by another co. that it would cost $4850 to replace bad parts in my heat exchange. So I was calling and asking for prices to replace system instead or repairing my old heat pump. Well Morris Heat and Air came and looked at the heat exchange and told me they could repair for less than $700, So Mr. Morris replaced the bad parts and work with my crazy schedule to repair my exchange for $680. I am very impressed with his honesty, knowledge and professionalism. He answered my questions about some of the other things that his company offers like the energy audits and the sealant they use to seal holes in the duct system. I am very happy with the job and the services that he performed. I would recommend Morris Heat and Air to friends and family.

Recent Review: I called this company, based on satisfaction with work done earlier in the year, and one other company that I had also had work done by in the past, for estimates on the new system. Ken Tedder came out to do the estimate, and I was very impressed with his thoroughness, and his patience with my many questions! I told him I was particularly interested in a brand that they don't normally sell, so he did a lot of research on the make and model in question, and provided me with literature on it.  He didn't try to force me to install their main brand, which I appreciated. The other company's estimate was perfectly adequate, and their representative very pleasant also, but Ken was just over the top. The installation went smoothly except that they had been supplied with the wrong thermostat.  When they got the correct one, it was easier to install, and worked like a charm (except for a minor glitch, that was operator error on my part!).  Although it was a more expensive thermostat then the original, they didn't charge me any extra, and came in right at their estimate. I upgraded from an old 10 SEER unit to a 16 SEER heat pump with a two stage compressor, matched to an air handler with a variable speed blower.  This set-up qualified me for a $400 rebate from AEP/PSO, and also qualifies for a Federal Tax Credit. I can really tell a difference in the comfort level in the house since I had this done. I would happily recommend Elite Service to anyone.

AAirco Service Inc
When Airco came, the salesman asked some basic questions, measured the area to be heated and then asked me what kind of problems I was having with the unit. He asked if he could get his tools and take a closer look at the heat pump. He spent about 20 minutes checking it over and then told me he was sure the unit could be fixed to my satisfaction and he thought investing in a new unit was unnecessary. The next day an Airco serviceman came out, and 21/2 to 3 hours and $221.00 dollars later, the heat pump was running like a champ. The sequencer was replaced. It has been 2 weeks and the heat pump has never heated better! My previous heating and air company could never keep the pump running for more than a few days and after the 4th attempt in as many weeks, basically cried "uncle".

AA+ Service Inc
The workers showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. Very professionally done, as always. We have used Martin's for over 20 years with no complaints. They are very responsive to emergencies as well as yearly inspections. The workers are friendly and skilled and offer creative solutions. On this occasion they replaced a heatpump that we lost in the Mannford fires..

ABlue Hill Heat & Air
Isom called 30 minutes before scheduled arrival and arrived on time. He identified the issue quickly and took some additional steps to identify the root cause. He then took the time to show me and explain the problem in detail as he completed the repair. Excellent experience and I would recommend Blue Hill Heat and Air. I will use them again.

1. Bid stated that they were to replace all the room registers. (faceplates) They didn't do it. 2. Condensation drain wasn't properly installed. Carpet got wet. I fixed it by putting a large rock on the end of the pipe so that the water would be directed downward 3. Condensation drain was noisy. Put the pipe end directly over the middle of a large drain. Since there is a trap there it always sounded like someone peeing. I thought every guy new to direct it down the side to avoid noise? I made this change myself too at a later time. 4. Didn't and quot;stageand quot; the electric heating elements. The back-up heat NEVER came on unless I switched to emergency heat. Shortly after our installation I was told about the ability to have the back-up strips to come on one at a time as supplemental heat was needed. This was not even offered. We're replacing this unit now. Guess who didn't get invited to bid on the job. I would have written this sooner, but I'm a fairly new member of the list and the necessity to replace the unit brought it all back to mind.

Excellent. The guy did a great job. He was very polite. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling because the water line was on the second floor. He made the hole as neat as possible. Cleaned up after he was done. I've used DavCo before for our geothermal heat pump and to replace a hot water heater. Ever person from DavCo that has been to our house has been great. Very happy with the company.

They were quick to come out and get the details to fabricate the new air filters. We bought one of our HVAC systems from them when our old one died last year. They were quick to show up, got the new unit installed quickly. Great price - lower than what we paid for the first replacement system. We got a new heat pump and converted to gas heat. Would highly recommend them.

ABAKER HEAT & AIR
My heat pump went out which is not good at the start of the warm season. I was anticipating sweating a lot and didn't want that. I called several companies for a quote after having my unit checked to make sure that it was out. I received multiple quotes. Starting at $2200 to replace just the outside unit and leave the 12 year old inside unit, this is the cheaper option but after MUCH research not the best thing to do, all the way up to $14,000. I was given the name of Baker Heat and Air by a co-worker. It was her uncle and she swore by him. Said that he was wonderful and a very hard worker and and quot;wouldn't do you wrongand quot;. That is exactly what happened. I had decided to let him come to the conclusion that the system needed to be replaced. I told him that it wasn't cooling. He was very thorough with the examination of the unit. He said, and quot;oh man...it is dead for sureand quot;. He didn't charge me the service call because in his words, and quot;you're going to have to spend some money to replace this and we'll just forget about the service calland quot;. He looked at everything and pointed out the exact same things that the $14,000 quote found as well. Return box wasn't sealed properly and many other things. He said that he would take all the info/measurements and get a quote to me the next morning. He came back with an estimate of $5550.00. I agreed to the price and he started a couple days later. His first task was the return box. That took him all day but it was FLAWLESS! It was the type of craftsmanship that a Grandfather would put into a rocking horse for their grandchild. It was perfect. He then installed the inside and outside unit the following two days. It took him a little longer since he was working by himself. He was extremely polite and very thoughtful of our home. He cleaned up very well and made sure that there was zero screws left in the driveway. He actually came in under his estimate. His original estimate was $5550.00 and his final dollar amount was $5535.42. I know that I have a new Heat/Air guy for sure!! If you want a good reliable person that won't give you the and quot;runaroundand quot; then call Baker Heat and Air. He's the type of guy that would shake your hand and call it an unbreakable contract. On a side note...he reminded me of Si Robertson. :)
