AParamount Flooring
We highly recommend Paramount Flooring. We have engaged Paramount flooring on three occasions, for two homes. Jason and Devin most recently completed a major home renovation for us. This project included: refinishing hardwood flooring downstairs, new hardwood flooring upstairs, paint, trim work and rebuilding a staircase. The project turned out absolutely stunning! We left town during part of the renovation. Paramount kept us posted with daily progress photos. Upon our return home, we felt as though we had arrived at an Extreme Home Makeover House. We couldn?t believe this was our house! The renovation surpassed anything we could have possibly dreamed of in our most vivid imaginations! Paramount has also repaired hardwood floors for us. We had an old floor furnace in a 50 year old home. We removed the floor furnace, leaving a large hole behind. Paramount matched the wood, repaired the hole and refinished the floors. The end result was absolutely amazing. One would never know a floor unit was originally there. We will use Paramount Flooring for all of our future hardwood flooring needs.

Exceeded my expectations.  They were on time for estimate and when they scheduled a time to come do the job they were on time.  Perfection in all of their work.  They did such a great job, I am now hiring them to remodel my kitchen.  I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

DPremiere Painting
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CONTRACTOR.  His business description states, " Billing; We take a material deposit at the beginning of the project(no more than 20% of the total project) & recieve the final payment when our customer is completely satisfied with the project." and also his contract, which he hand wrote in, states "Material deposit requested, Paid upon completion".    I hired this contractor (who was not the least expensive) because he could also do some interior wood work and painting and could get to me soon. I was relatively pleased with the quality of the paint job until I found out that what had been done up to that point was not the primer coat, but the finished product. Construction debris (boards, paint cans, worker's lunch trash, caulk tubes, etc) was left on my driveway for several days until I asked to have it removed before the weekend.  I was given excuses, but they did remove it before I got home Friday night. Little attempt was made to clean up at days end, with ladders and equipment scattered all over the yard. One evening he texted me that the job was complete and he needed payment immediately.  The job was NOT complete and he had not even started the interior work. He began threatening me and continued until nearly 11:00 PM. I decided to release him from the rest of the contract minus the fee for the unfinished interior. They left numerous paint  and caulk drips on the front porch, back patio, and shrubs. They broke a landscaping light fixture, damaged plants, got overspray on the light fixture at back door, left a paint handprint on an upstairs window, tore a screen, and cracked the corner of another window with the ladder. They left paint cans and trash in the back yard, and left my hose out with paint all over it. There is a ring of paint on my wrought iron table where they put their 5 gallon paint can.

They (Tile by Tony) transformed a very boring kitchen into a beautiful one. They performed their jobs in a very professional and efficient manner. All workers were very helpful and courteous. All workers cleaned up before they left each day. Tony, the owner, checked in each day to be sure everything met his approval and ours. We highly recommend Tile by Tony and will definitely use them again for any future projects. We can't say enough good things about this company.

Everything went great, all work was performed as spelled out in the contract both in time and money.  Robert and Brandon are both a real pleasure to work with.  Their paint crew also did a fantastic job of high quality and cleaned up completely behind themselves.  This is the second good sized project that 3D has done for us and it certainly won't be the last. Way to go 3D - you're certainly #1 on my list !!!!!!!  I'll be calling again come Spring time.

ATSG Renovations
We were generally pleased with the work.  James Lambert and his employees were easy to deal with.  The paint on the porch trim began peeling off after a few weeks and James quickly sent someone out to fix the problem with no hassles.  That impressed me more than the problem upset me.  We would use The Service Guy again.

The communication was excellent, I was kept informed throughout the project.Arrival was punctual and the overall project duration was reasonable, not rushed, not dragged out.I appreciated receiving a complete written proposal/scope of work. The SOW was very detailed and I felt that both parties the commitments and expectations were known up front. The results were professional,a minor issue discovered during final inspection was rectified correctly.

FMoss Construction
Larry Moss is a friendly guy and very responsive (at first). When the water leak through the ceiling was first discovered, I had my roofer see where the problem might be. He and another fellow looked and noted that it was actually coming in through the rotten siding next to the second floor window which had the design of being an "insert" into the roof line. I had a couple of contractors come out and showed them the problem. Individually, they identified the leak as coming through the siding at the window area, just as described by the roofer. They gave me prices and I chose one of them. He was busy for a couple of weeks and would call me. After follow up by me with no good results, I looked for another contractor and asked Larry Moss to come out. Larry was prompt and reviewed the problem. He indicated he knew how to fix it based on his 40 years in the construction business, and said he'd seen this problem on many other houses. He said he'd send me a cost proposal and did, I accepted it, and he called a few days later and said his schedule opened up and he could do it right away. I said please do, but half way through the job I found he wasn't using the materials we had discussed.  Disagreements proceeded. I said I'm not a contractor but the other guys who looked at it said the materials should be either cedar or hardy board due to the water contact. He insisted the OSB he had already installed was better.  After that I found he hadn't installed trim to close gaps between the siding and the roof. He agreed he should have and the next day I discovered he was installing pine. I said I don't know that much about what should be used but pine sure didn't seem right. Despite his arguing about it, he got some cedar and installed that for the trim. The trim around the window though was already installed with the pine. He also didn't install flashing along the siding as he said he would. His response to that was that there was flashing behind the OSB he installed and that was sufficient. When he finished the job, I paid him, and two days later the rain came down and back through the ceiling below. I called him, but he didn't call back. I wrote to him and got no response. I called him 10 days later from a number he wouldn't know, he answered it, we talked about it and he said the problem wasn't where "I" said it was. My response was that I'm not a construction guy and relied on him. He said he did what he said he would do so get someone else.
