It wasn't a very good experience. I think they took advantage of - my husband was dying at the time, and I think they just took advantage. I can't say that the workers weren't good, because they worked really hard. We had a shower put in, a handicapped shower and the floors were soft, when you step in it it gives, and it wasn't safe for an elderly person, it just was awful. If there is any soap or anything at all, you're on a slope, and you slide. After they did that, when they did come out to look at it, my husband had already passed by then. It was just not a good time for me, and I didn't press it. But they didn't do a good job, and they kept putting me off, and putting me off. It's still the same as it was. So I am either going to have to replace the shower if it can't be fixed, or. I had a door, they put in a screen door for me, or a glass door, and a window. Those three things. They didn't do the window, there's about an inch of sill coming out about an inch from the wall. My husband was gone, so there was no help. I'm just going to have to leave it like it is until I can afford to fix it. We had used them before to put our windows in, they had done a wonderful job on that, so we thought they would do a good job on that too. It was very shoddy work. I think that's because there was no supervision, and they were kids. They didn't finish anything what they started. We had had the toilet changed and after they left it was so wobbly you couldn't even use it. So he had to fix it, and this was when he was really sick. And we had to fix that together so it could be used, and the shins are still there. They didn't finish anything they did. When they put the new toilet in, you know on the bottom there's the spot where they put the bolts to hold it down? They didn't put the covers on it. I called up, I think I finally quit calling around the first of the year because the just didn't take my calls. I guess they have call id and they could see who was calling and they wouldn't answer my calls. I just would hate for them to deal with somebody else that way. It was a bad time, and they knew it. They knew I wasn't going to push to, you know, get it fixed. It was mainly a lack of supervision, because those kids really worked hard to do that, but it was just that they, they had no idea what they were doing, they tried. And that to me is the owner's responsibility. They needed more supervision or at least some direction. As far as the kids who were doing the job - they were nice kids, they were courteous. As far as the owner... After it was done I got another estimate, I could have had it done by somewhere else for half the price. I would not recommend them to anyone.
