Recent Review: I'm very, very pleased with them and I have called them before and I will call them again. They're very professional and very kind. It's usually two young guys who come. They do a good job, they work hard, they behave professionally. I've had the best result with stain removal from my carpet with Blackmon Mooring. When I used to work outside the home, the company I worked at, Blackmon Mooring was the company that we called to have our office carpets cleaned and they were just very, very good. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who asks me who I use. I've been very pleased. I had them clean the carpet in my family room, my formal living room, my dining room, and my hallway that leads back to the bedroom, I had them clean all of my porcelain tile and all of that grout in between them. They do some sort of steam brushing cleaning thing and honestly when you walk into my house, it just smells better. I was having some company and so I called them and they were able to accommodate me and they came and they did and I've been so happy that they did such a wonderful job in such a busy season. Because of the square footage involved in the carpet cleaning and I may have had a protective scratch guard thing put down and then I also had all of the tiles steam cleaned, it was around $636.

Recent Review: I was referred to this guy by a friend of mine. I have a large walk in shower that I was ashamed for anyone to see. My grouting between the tiles was gross looking. I think I tried every cleaning product on the market to no avail. Don showed up on time. (Yea on time) and removed all the old grout, cleaned, and re-grout my shower. It looks absolutely brand new! I highly recommend

Recent Review: I set up an appointment with Travis in November of 2014 but couldn't get him out here until January due to a remodel being done to my house. Travis was patient and didn't continually harass me about coming out.  I can't believe the difference the clean and grout color and seal change made. The floors look brand new. The price was definitely reasonable. It cost less than $2100.00 for almost the entire house...about 2400 square feet . It took about a day and I was able to walk on the floors that afternoon. I highly recommend.

Recent Review: The work was done in a Daycare Center, requiring the work to be mostly done on the weekend and during non-business hours. They came out Saturday morning to look at the job and to see what was to be done. Plans were made to provide the cement to level the cracked and uneven floor. Supplies were delivered and the work was to be started on Sunday morning. Knowing that the Center had to be open and the bathroom functional by business hours on Monday, Reece Tile sent two really super nice, professional, installers out to start on the work. The floor was so un level parts of the floor had to be built up about three inches on one side and one corner was level already with the adjoining room. The floor was in such bad shape they had to leave for more materials to fill in to feather out the cement before the tile could even start to be laid. The original job was going to take approximately 5-6 hours, but when the installers started on the project, they realized that there was more to my uneven floor than they had originally realized. The installers worked into the late evening to accommodate getting the floor and the room ready for occupancy by Monday morning. It was impossible to get 2-3 inches of cement all leveled out and dried before the tile could be laid. At that point, we knew it was not going be usable come Monday morning.      Reece Tile did get the bathroom tile laid, but the tile was not set enough for them to start the grouting process. The guys came in early Monday morning to grout the bathroom, so that we could use it that day with the children. Late Monday afternoon the guys came back to start laying the tile on the hardened cement. This process took several hours, they worked until late in the night, after 11 p.m. The guys knew I had to have this room in my Center and worked around my schedule to get it done as soon as humanly possible. These guys were awesome. They showed up again on Tuesday morning and starting in with the grouting process and again spent hours leveling and perfecting the design so that it was completed in the most professional way possible. The job looks awesome, these guys took time away from their families to accommodate the difficult task of getting all this work done in the safest way during the time my business was open and went out of their way to work late into the night to finish this project, What was suppose to have been a easy and limited time job, that turned into a disaster to these guys, they really made the best of things and completed the project immaculately and to my satisfaction!  I am very please with the finished product that Reece Tile provided me.  Now, I want all my floors redone!!!   Thank You Roy Reece and his crew!!!

Recent Review: Overall it was completely awful! He did not have any sort of contract for us. He quoted a price and then sent a bill of the not completed job for $2,000.00 more than the original quote. He delayed the project over and over and when he was in the middle of the job. Called with bogus excuses in a falsely sincere way (making it even worse) Very bad and disappointing experience!

Recent Review: When I called John he told me he was booked for several weeks which I was actually glad to hear because that meant he was a popular contractor.  Even though he could not actually  start my job for several weeks he came that week to look at my flooring and reasonably quoted the job.  He even met at several flooring places to look at tile with me, ultimately I decided on a tile from Lowes and helped John helped me know how much to buy, and helped me know how much concrete board, and grout that I needed.  It was very helpful to help me to have him at the store with me since he had seen my home and  knew all the correct dimensions, I never would have thought to figure in what he called "waste" because I have a lot of corners and angles in my home.  We gathered up all the supplies and Lowes stored them for John.  When he was ready to begin my job he went back to Lowes and picked up my supplies for free, this was a big deal to me because Lowes is 30 minutes from my house.   Once he began the job he was on time every day, which was a big deal because I had to be at work on time.  He asked me what hours I wanted him to work, when I said it didn't matter to me, he suggested beginning at around seven and working into the evening.  He was prompt at 7:00 am and each evening when I got home he would ask if I minded that he stay and continue working, it did not ever bother me that he was there working, but I liked that he offered to leave when I got home from work.  He was left in my house alone each day, and I never felt uncomfortable about it.  I did have one surprise one day when I came home, John had showed me a CD of his work when he came to quote the job and I loved the borders he did in other peoples homes, but I did not want to pay for a border.  I told him to keep it as simple as we could as I was planning to sell the home, and did not want to incur the extra expense of a border.  But when I came home from work he had installed a border in my laundry room made out of the "waste" from my tile, it looked incredible.  He finished the job in the time that he said, he moved all my appliances back into place.  I was pleased with this contractor and with his work.  I would recommend him to a friend, and actually already have.

It looked fair after the work was done. Some of the grout wasn't done well. I touched up the grout. Four years after the work was done, the grout around the drain started to break up, and one of the tiles was broken. I pulled up those tiles and the cause was obvious. There was no morter on the back of these tiles and they were loose. Six tiles had been laid after the morter had started to cure. One of these was broken. There were some spare tiles left, and I decided to fix it. Reece Flooring offered to do the repairs, but it would have been at least three weeks before they could get to it, and I really don't trust them to do it correctly.

The job started great. Removed old tile and prepped for repairs to shower floor pan. repaired shower floor and cemented in new shower floor. So far everything is very good. Did not show up the next day, no call or notice of any kind. Back to work next day with out any reason for No Show day. starts to reinstall new tile. Now things start to go wrong. Grout lines do not match up in corners. Lines are not the same, they range from almost no line to 3/8" wide. Almost finished with tile and it's payday for his guy so I make my 2nd mistake, I pay him because he promises to come back tomorrow to install shower door and fix some of the grout issues. This is Thursday. Friday is another no show. Monday his tile cutter/grout guy shows up to install shower door. I did not let him in the house. I installed the shower door myself which is the best looking part of the job. I am a retired swimming pool contractor so I could have done the job myself, but it would have taken much longer as I am 73 years old. Also I failed to mention a smear of black grout above the top r/h corner of the shower door that runs 6" up the wall. I have taken pictures but don't know how to send them. Also the price is labor only because I provided all of the materials.
