Talked to Jill on the phone and an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate was set up for a little over a week away. After waiting a week, I got a call on Sunday (two days before appointment) saying that they didn't know that we lived so far away and that they wouldn't be able to come out and still make their next appointment. He asked if I'd be willing to describe what needed to be done over the phone. We were out of town at the time and therefore couldn't give exact measurements and details. Since I was flabbergasted and instantly out of my element, I handed the phone to my husband to try to explain what we needed to have done. So they never came out and physically saw or measured anything. Something like a week to 10 days later, I got an estimate via email. It was between $8,000-$9,000! And that was with us supplying all of the materials. The plumbing and electricity was already there. I feel that we lived too far away for them to bother with. (We're about 50 miles from OKC.) I'd have rather they just told us that as opposed to being treated like we were. I was so excited to finally get that room finished and I had plans for numerous other projects for them in the future if this worked out. I'm so completely disappointed. Actually, disappointed doesn't even begin to describe it.
