It went great! The owner and service tech were both friendly and professional. They arrived on time, explain ed what they were going to do and had us fixed up in no time. They were happy to answer my questions, I would recommend them to anyone and definitely will use them again!

The repairmen were punctual and nice, but they had no clue what they were doing.   They guessed at what the problem was, removed the wrong parts (compressor), could not re-install the  compressor the next day because they threw it in the trash pile at work the night before. The replacement they ordered was the wrong model (they blamed the wholesaler). Then, finally, the "guy who knows what to do" arrived - after the 2 repairmen called  him a dozen times.  So he gets involved and decides to replace a valve/filter thingy. 2 weeks later they were finished, apologized for all that went wrong, and left.  At that time I had cold air blowing and all was well. Now, with warmer weather here (six months later), I turn on the AC unit and get nothing but hot air.  After 2 hours of operation, the "check" light was illuminated on the thermostat. There's no way I'm going to call Van & Co. again.   For what it's worth, my folks have had a very similar experience with Van & Co. It seems the company has gone down the drain since the owner died and the widow sold the business.

Fine, had to postpone appointment several times due to not being above 70 degrees in earlier months on day scheduled. Have to have that for a/c checks in HVAC units.

DBOB CHAMBER HEAT-AIR COND APLN
After multiple visits the repairmen attached an "auto-fill" device to the geothermal heater because the loop was leaking water "somewhere".  After the work was completed the repairmen went to their pick-up truck to wait a few minutes before going back to the attic to check for an installation leak.  So I went to the attic and found the leak that was "somewhere in the loop" that they missed.   To make a long story short, they removed the unnecessary auto-fill apparatus and credited me money for the part. Yet the bastards sent me an invoice for the labor!  Labor for work they did, but was not needed. If you hire them, be prepared to pay several hundred dollars in "stupid tax".

ANickerson's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
used Nickerson Plumbers for all sorts of projects and have been well satisfied. I have 160 acre cattle ranch with watering troughs fed by well and over 5000 sq ft 3 story house on rural water system. I have eliminated all other plumbing, and heat and air contractors as Nickerson crews do it all for me in a professional and cost effective manner.

AB & L Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
Overall, it was one of the most positive experiences in the building process. Kyle was very informative and knowledgeable about their products and made some recommendations on the best systems for what we were looking for. Band L was very informative of what was going to happen and when throughout the entire process. They were on time, friendly, clean, and were very careful around other construction materials and products in the house during construction. We found they were VERY tidy on the jobsite and didn't leave a mess. Little did we realize this was NOT the norm for construction trades people! We were most impressed with the quality of work. Always striving to install the best products available, we received new valves and controls for our radiant flooring that are more reliable than previous versions. We were so pleased with the work Kyle and his team of installers did that we won't look elsewhere for any of our HVAC needs.
