Recent Review: This is the second time I have used this service different handyman each time. I live outside of Tulsa. This handyman worked here for three of four half days in order to meet other customer needs. We discussed this and I agreed. Estimate was a bit less than final payment due to cost of supplies. Receipts were provided.

Recent Review: i was very pleased with the installation of the shower doors. He worked in a very timely manner and was very respectful of the rest of our home. Kept things very neat and cleaned up everything when he completed the job. I have had many people compliment on how nice they look. I was very pleased with the work and would certainly use his services again. I would rate his work 5 stars.

Recent Review: This was a big project and they worked diligently at it. There was some one working every day. I was told ahead who would be coming and at what time. They always showed up when they said they would. There was none of the typical do something one day and then not come back again for several days. I was amazed at how little mess there was even though they were tearing out so much. At the end of every day everything was swept clean before they left. It was refreshing to find people that take such pride in their work. Tony came almost every day to make sure everything was going well and point out anything he didn't think was up to par. These were the nicest people and did a really good job. Any questions I had were addressed promptly and with respect. They didn't give condescending excuses, but always answered with a positive "we can fix it" kind of answer.

Recent Review: Very pleasant and he repaired the shower. Only issue is he came to see the problem and during that visit merely screwed on (without the use of tools) a shower attachment. Took all of 60 seconds. He charged me for two service calls. He could have done both procedures the second visit. He did not say he charged for an estimate or to access the problem.

Recent Review: Final product was very good with a few minor glitches and minor quality issues, but overall good job and good experience. Job was interrupted by snow storm and work seemed rushed at times.

Recent Review: Jeff Brand, the owner did a good job on the front porch railings and hanging the Kitchen cabinet knobs.  That's it. I had scrapped part of the house's old peeling paint (exterior).  That is the only part of the house that got scrapped; he litterally painted over obvious peeling paint.  He painted the interior side of the exterior doors, poorly, and only one coat, so you can see the old dark paint - it looks like a 9 year old painted it.  When my wife attempted to point out flaws in his work, he dismissed her saying, "You could knitpick my work all day long, but this is a rent house."  1. The poor quality of workmanship, I could find flaws for a good part of a day. 2. This is a rent house, which he was paid $2300 to finish.  Should the purpose of the property have anything to do with the quality of work? - No. I am also missing paint and caulking from the jobsite.  Mr. Brand told me the paint went bad, yet he did not give any proof of this.   He was supposed to put a second coat of polyurothane on the kitchen cabinets and didn't, or if he did, he didn't sand between coats, so the surface is rough to the touch.   If you need a deck built, might consider JMC Inovations. If you want paint and finish work done, I would not use this company.

Recent Review: I would like to thank Michael, Lesley, Thomas and Beto...They did what they said they would do in the time they said they would do it.  It was fairly painless and they were very neat and considerate of our home and our time. As with most things, detailed planning and getting everything (every last detail) on paper (in your contract) and materials ordered in a timely manner is the key to a smooth job.   Understand that they are NOT a design service.  They can offer suggestions, but if you are looking for interior design service, you need to seek out that service.   I was having trouble deciding on all the tile.  Lesley suggested that I go to their tile supplier, Emser Tile.  It made all the difference to have Chris at Emser put the tile look together for me.  The key to tile selection rests on having your vanity cabinet and granite selections already made and bringing those samples with you.  It makes it much easier to put the tile selections into the mix. They do not do their own cabinet work.  You will be referred to Premium Cabinets to make your cabinet selections.  You will need to pay them separately.  Joy Marble will pick up and install the cabinets.  Premium Cabinets has lots of selections and they are very helpful and interested in helping you achieve your look. The only glitch, if you can call it that, was in our shower.  We had originally discussed having a large two-tier niche put into the largest wall of our shower.  When Tom and his crew got into the shower work, it dawned on him that that shower wall is actually on an exterior wall, and if you pull out the installation and put in the niche, there is a high probability that in the winter, your soaps and shampoos are going to freeze in there, not to mention how cold your shower will be. We also needed some minor electrical work and some basic plumbing work done with this job.  Joy Marble supplied the sub contractors for that.  All were extremely professional and their work was good. I would hire them again, and as soon as I save up some more pennies, I may have them come redo my powder room.  It was a pleasure to work with them.

The subs on this job completed all work in a timely and professional manner but  Marc Knotts the owner of the company has yet to pay them - and the shower door installer is about to put a lien on our property.  He continually asked for more money.  Subs were about to walk off the job the second week because Knotts still owed them from a previous job but agreed to stay because we were nice people.  Knotts on the other hand was rude, unprofessional and clearly has financial problems.  He belittled and argued with the subs and threatened us with legal action when we asked that he obtain lien releases from the subs.    We paid him in full and now heaven knows who else will come back to us for money.

Richard met with us and visited the project location two times prior to reaching agreement for the work. His price is reasonable for the amount of work needed to be accomplished. We got a hand written value with all steps of the work described for the work, this was helpful for the home owner who is in their 80's and the plan needed to be fully understood. He was courtious thru the whole process and worked as long as there was productive work daily. He finished the bathroom rebuild on schedule.loor and shower entry area
