ARob Goode Painting & Pressure Washing
I had Rob power wash a foreclosure property we purchased. Our neighbors said the previous owner had never had her home pressure washed! it was a 13 year old house, so you can just imagine how dirty it was! Rob responded the day I called him. He came out that same day and gave me a very reasonable bid. I thought I was in for a lot of painting, but after Rob finished, it looked like a new home! It just needs some paint on the balcony (wood) now. i think I will hire Rob for that job too! I could not be happier with my "new" home! He even gave me a better price for being a Angie's List customer!

ACarpet Care Tampa Inc
We had an outstanding experience!  I called one day to inquire and the next day he was at our house to give us a cost estimate and he started and completed the job the very same day! We were so impressed because he was able to remove stains in our carpets and grout that no other service had been able to in the past! It was evident he really cares about his customers and his work!  He also did an amazing job on pressure washing our entry way, side walk and driveway! It's the cleanest it's ever been! We couldn't have asked for more!

AVargas Painting LLC
Called Jorge after reading reviews here. He came by the next day and gave the best of 3 estimates ($950 paint and labor inclusive)  for the small amount of work I had on the roster.  He came by the next day and pressure washed the exterior.  Then the February (2013) rain/snow came and we had a hard time finding a full 24 hours of temperatures above freezing without rain.  The last week of the month gave us a clear window and the work was completed quickly. Through miscommunication, the front door got the wrong color. We talked and settled on a plan: I bought the paint, he repainted the door. Most agreeable.

APrecise Home Specialties
It was a big job - 2 story house - it takes guts to paint a chimney on the top of 2 stories. Jonathan and his crew (Noe, Walter and Juan) did it all in 5 days. They arrived on time everyday and worked hard. At the same time they were extremely polite and responsive to all our requests. And they knew what they were doing. The house and workshop looks great. The only non-A rating I gave above was a C for price. Jonathan was straight about this from the first day - there are less expensive house painters in Tulsa, but I think you pay for what you get.

AAffordable Paint & Drywall
Affordable Paint and Drywall were fantastic. They showed up when they said they would, they finished a day early, they were perfectly pleasant to deal with and they came in under the estimate (basically did my Juliet balcony gratis). These guys provided the kind of contract labor/service I hope i would provide if I was in thier business. If you have teenagers, tell them to watch how these fellas operate...professional, class act. My wife was pleased that they addressed her politely, by name, and that they started the job, worked 4 days straight, and were done.  No gaps were made to get other jobs started.I left the issue of price as Not Rated because I didn't really shop around, so I can't compare. I can only say, I'm happy with the result for the money I paid.

DAPI CONSTRUCTION/NATIONWIDE RESTORATION
I contacted the person identified in the add as the service provider by leaving a message on the answering machine which answers all calls to the company as far as I can determine & waiting aproximately 12 hours before being called back (even though the answering machine message indicated that a team was on duty 24/7 & I should expect a rapid response to my message). When finally speaking to Mr. Ortiveros, who ID'd himself as the owner of the company I told him about my having purchased the "Big Deal" painting package  and was calling to schedule an appointmen with him to initiat the project. He stated that he had alot of work going on & it would take awhile to get started with mine. He got the address of my property and said he would try to go by there and check it out & asked me to call him on Thursday or Friday of the next week to discuss scheduling. I called the contact # on Friday of the following week & again left a message.  I didn't hear back from anyone untill mid week the following week when a man ID'ing himself as a" crew chief"  called and said that he had looked at my house and that he could begin the project if I could pay an additional $950. I told him that the deal as advertised should be more than adequate to paint my house & separate garage (which was a total of no more than 1250 square feet of floor space). He said he would have to discuss this with the owner of the company. I then sent a copy of the original add for the" big deal"  to the owner by email & asked him to contact me with an answer to the question of whether or not he could do the paint job according to the specifications in the add. He contacted me by telephone several days later stating that he could do the job as described in the add with no additional cost & I agreed to scheduling prep work on my house  to begin the morning of June 11, 2012. I went to the house that morning expecting to meet the "Team" who was to start the prep work. No one showed up , so after waiting from 8:30 am until 11:00 am for someone to arrive I called the company contact # , got the usual answering machine announcement, left an urgent message requesting a call back asap & explanation as to why the prep work did not begin as scheduled. later that afternoon I got a call from a woman who said she was the office manager for API Construction. She stated that she was unaware of the work being scheduled to begin at my house that morning , but the paint crew had run behind schedule on last week's project and would be finishing that  the rest of the current week( 6/11-15/12) & work should begin on my house the first of the following week.  Monday of the following week I was at the house @ 9am. Again no show. I call, leave message etc. long story shorter the work on my house finally began the week of June24-30. The actual painting began sometime in early July but occurred only a day or 2 at a time with weeks between painting days & no communication with me about the hiatuses. (except a belated return call after my leaving multiple urgent messages asking what was going on). The prep work of scraping & chipping peeling flaking paint off before painting was done haphazardly & many large areas were left untouched before painting over the peeling & flaking painted surface. I am goin to scrape those areas myself and touch up the places where the paint coverage is inadequate. As far as repairs go they did reglaze a few windows whic needed it badly & that i doappreciate , however ther were several areas of rotted wood which needed to be removed & replaced which were just painted over. All in all it was a painful & time consuming ordeal and the final product leaves much to be desired.

AAffordable Paint & Drywall
We had checked with friends and neighbors for recommended painters. We thought it a good idea to join Angie's List, too. After receiving a couple of estimates here and there, we found Affordable Painting & Drywall on Angie's List. We left a voice mail message, and it wasn't long at all before Bryan called us back and agreed to come give us an estimate at our convenience. On 7/27/2011, he arrived promptly and performed the estimate according to our requirements. We had some questionable looking trim around the chimney box, and a couple of pieces of lap siding needed replacement. We were impressed by Bryan's demeanor, knowledge, attitude and professionalism. He asked all the right questions for information he'd need to know to perform the work, and he had all the right answers to our questions, without hesitation. He also told us what to expect in the way of scheduling should we decide to hire him. Long story short, we awarded Affordable the job a few days later. We took it as a good sign it would be some time before he could start our home, due to the fact he was busy and business was good. We were comfortable with our decision. Because of his work load and our vacation plans, we mutually agreed to have the work performed in September. Bryan kept us informed every step of the way. He and/or his buddy, also a Brian, came three or four times, and did the work in stages. Each time Bryan would call ahead and confirm what was happening, and then follow up by either showing up as prescribed, or touching base with us if plans changed, even if it was due to rain. We can't say enough about their work ethic, attitude, cordiality, communication skills, etc, not to mention knowing what they were doing on the job. One day they power washed the house. Another day they removed the compromised cedar trim and lap siding, then installed new material. While we were traveling, they came back and caulked the new wood, especially up and down the chimney box, and applied primer to the bare surfaces. Then, after finally enjoying some rain showers for a few days, and letting everything dry out sufficiently for the paint to readily adhere, Bryan and Brian held true to their promised show-up time on 9/20/2011, and went to work. They taped around windows and doors and light fixtures and footings, covered shrubs and our spa. Hey, we had drained the spa before they arrived, and they even helped us move it out of the way! They caulked a few final spaces, applied primer, and then sprayed and brushed the color we'd chosen. As they neared completion, they asked us to inspect their work and advise them of any questions or comments we had; anything they might have overlooked, etc. Let us tell you, we were 99.9% satisfied upon our initial inspection. After pointing to a few minor things that caught our eye, they attended to them, and we were soon 100% pleased with the work. The house looks fresh and bright, and we definitely think their job will stand the test of time. It was done properly, skillfully, and completely, We usually believe in the old adage, "If you want something done right, do it yourself." But this project has been an exception to that rule! There's no way we could have done as good a job as Bryan and Brian. A+ from estimate to completion!
