Actually I did not have a close up experience, but the leak occurred over the Memorial Day weekend, and I didn't want 24 hour service, I just wanted to simply make contact, and say, hey come Tuesday I will need a plumber, it's not an emergency, but I wanted to make sure I got on somebody's list. So I called them on Monday morning, and they had a call service, you know, somebody that takes messages, they were very pleasant and polite, they didn't know if somebody was in the office yet or not, but they would give them the message. I explained that need to let me know they got the message and put me on the list or whatever. So I heard nothing all day, so I called later in the afternoon, they had no idea if anybody was in that office or not, they would take the message again, but they had not been told one thing or the other, and I said, well I thought they were 24/7, that's what their ad is, and they said, well, we don't know, nobody told them anything. So I said, okay, and I never heard from them. So that's not good. I did not get a response, but they do have an answering service. I never even got a call saying, oh hey sorry we missed you, so communication is bad somewhere. If you're going to advertise that your 24/7 somebody needs to answer the phone, or pick up the phone and return messages to customers so they know they've been heard, or they'll get on a list, or whatever, but to just not do it, that's not good.
