Recent Review: We had an old pipe in the kitchen wall rust and burst leaking water everywhere. Morris Remolding and Repair fixed the pipe and water damages making sure mold would not surface. Installed new tile flooring we chose replacing the water damaged wood flooring. Decided to remodel the kitchen during the repairs. So we asked Morris Remolding and Repair to install new counter tops with tile back splash. Mike the repairman did an excellent job we love our kitchen! Would highly recommend this company. We just hired them on to do more remodeling in the home we just bought. Including a new archway, pantry and painting the interior of our house. Mike is a super friendly and knowledgable guy. Really cares about making his customers happy. Prompt and professional.

Recent Review: As background we met with 3 contractors recommended on Angieslist. We met with all 3 and felt all 3 could do the job but pricing varied and 2 off the 3 didn't provide great detail. AAHR pricing was similar to one of the contractors but what stood out was the detail in the proposal. All the materials were called out to include manufacture and model #'s. The tasks to be performed were called out and a schedule was also provided. This separates the guesses with facts of what is to be done. We choose AAHR. We met and agreed to the work in late April with a start date of 23 June. We were called the week before and cautioned that the start date would be a few days later. Chris King the owner had a meeting with our craftsman Darryl to make sure we knew who would be onsite. Darryl arrived on the 26th of June and began demo of the bathroom. We did not do a complete remodel but close. The master bath whirlpool, vanity, mirror, vanity top, shower, toilet and floor in the toilet/ shower area were all removed and replaced. We also had a Rinnai instant hot water system installed directly below the master bathroom in our mechanical room. Our house had the water heater installed at the opposite end of the house and it always took a long time to get hot water. The removal was done carefully and Chris King in his proposal to us laid out all the materials planned to be used. We were offered the opportunity to substitute what we wanted and just remove the costs from the material list. We did substitute a few items that we wanted to use. The project was finished with the exception of the exhaust fan for the other bathroom and a few small odds and ends like mirror delivery being late due to the mirror being damaged in shipping and not AAHR fault. I used the term craftsman to identify Darryl the onsite worker because work was done was precise and with very good quality and construction. I am an engineer by trade and know what good construction looks like. We worked well with AAHR and had no issues throughout the process (except like everyone else we would like it done faster). AAHR finished just a few days late of the 5 week schedule which was excellent compared to all of our other remodeling efforts. Darryl returned and installed the exhaust fan/ light a few weeks later when he had time between jobs and that was not the master but a main bathroom. When more personnel were required like carrying the bathtub to the master bath added help was provided. All in all this was an excellent experience. I caution anyone undertaking this type of remodeling to know that they will need to have the home completely cleaned and ducts cleaned too because of dust. Darryl was very careful and installed an exhaust fan the entire job but it is just a fact of life to plan for this. Cost for the work was slightly under budget since we purchased a few items otherwise we would have been exactly on budget and very close for schedule too. Highly recommend AAHR and would use them again.

Recent Review: I hired Dayton Home Remodeling on the recommendation of a friend who was very pleased with the bathroom remodeling work they had done so I did not get price estimates from other companies. My bathroom required extensive remodeling right down to new drywall and ceiling. I wanted a niche built for my tv/entertainment area in the living room that required ingenuity and creativity. The staff at Dayton Home Remodeling is very knowledgeable regarding latest trends, processes, and materials. Jeremy and Matt were a pleasure to work with. They worked with me on every detail of the remodeling process to ensure the finished results met my expectations. Their complementary skills and knowledge are evidenced in the completed remodel. Dayton Home Remodeling is very helpful and flexible when you have an idea of what you want but not sure how to get there. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results.

AQuality Home Renovations LLC
Quality Home Renovations did such an amazing job remodeling our master bath that we went on to hire them to completely remodel our kitchen, great room, and master bedroom. We also had them install new exterior doors and hardwood floors. Their prices are very reasonable. Ben, the owner, understood our budget and worked to stay within it. He pays attentions to every detail and is an extremely talented craftsman. He had great suggestions that we never thought of, but he always left it up to us if we wanted to implement them. He also was helpful with directing us to great resources to purchase cabinets, countertops, and flooring with designers to help us pick everything we needed for our kitchen. We were impressed with the quality of work of all the craftsmen that work with Quality Home Renovations. They all did an amazing job and kept the project moving. We were always kept well informed of what the next steps were and how long they would take to complete. We felt comfortable with all the workers that were in our home. The guys that work for Quality Home Renovations are pleasant to have around and I never worried about them being in our home when we were not there. Our experience with Quality Home Renovations was excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will recommend them to all our friends and family.

ARestoration Resources LLC
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the excellent  and professional work that was completed by Restoration  Resources in reference to restoring my home after the water demage. They thoroughly evaluated the situation, discussed and explained what needed to be done, kept me informed and consulted with me throughout the entire restoration process. They were friendly, caring and went out of their way to help me. I remember Harry saying to me, "It may be alittle uncomfortable while we are completing the repairs; However, you will love the finished product!"  And I must admit that I  love the completed work!!!  One last comment, even though Michelle (the office administrator) was not physically working inside my home, she did an outstanding job communicating with during the  entire process. I would strongly recommend your company to anyone and would like to take this opportunity to thank their office and staff for their valuable services.    Nicole T. Miller and Family

AAlliance Reconstruction and Remodeling, LLC
It went amazing as every job they have done for me in the last several years.  It was done as promised on time, on budget,  and well done. If you are in need of a contractor, Alliance Construction and Remodeling is the only name you will ever need to know.  These people do top quality work no matter what the job requires at very reasonable rates.  Your job will be done to perfection and when they leave you will also have no clean up. I have used them to remodel a home, install new roofs, and any job that requires contractors.  I have referred them to my sister, my neighbor, and nephew and all have been more than pleased with the quality, prices, and expedience in completing the job.  If you want top notch people to work with, your job done on time, and fair prices look no further!

ATHE RENAISSANCE MAN
Ken was extremely professional. He came in to re-do my master bedroom closet, touch-up some paint, and fix some on going leaks. His quality of work was an A+, he was very clean, and he worked around my everyday schedule. I will definitely  be hiring Ken again, in fact he is to come back out in a couple of weeks to finish some other things needed done around the house.

ADave's Handyman Service
Dave responded within 1 business day of my initial call.  We spoke about possible dates, and based on weather, set a tentative date for the following Tuesday.  That weekend, I found out I was going to be unable to make the appointment and called to reschedule, which we did for that Friday.  Of course, realizing that was Valentine's Day afterwards, I called again to pick a different day.  Dave was flexible the entire time, working with me to meet late in the day on Wednesday to complete the job.  That day, he was punctual and professional, working diligently but taking the time to explain to me what he was doing and why.  Because of the nature of drywall, the initial patch wasn't quite unnoticeable.  He insisted to come back the following day, after the "mud" had time to set, to finish the job correctly.  He refused to take payment until it was done right.  He showed up right on time the following day, finished the job and even sanded to make sure it was "paint ready" for me when he left.  Only then did he take the check for his work. Since then, we've painted the area. You'd never know there was a large hole there at some point!

ACraftsmen Home Improvements
My first contact at Craftsmen was Hank Adler.  He came to my home to discuss the remodeling when I was obtaining estimates.  Craftsmen was pretty much in line with the other companies I received estimates from as far as price, but they did give me a significant discount for paying cash and their price for my windows was much better than the other companies for the same quality window which included marble sills that the other companies did not have. Hank was involved and available from the beginning of the construction to the end and made sure we were satisfied with how things were going and with the finished product.  Hank gave me his cell phone number and told me to feel free to call anytime I had questions.  Hank was a wealth of information and very patient with all my questions.  He explained everything in great detail about choices of materials and the differences in products and the entire construction process.  Craftsmen's show room was really helpful because I could see how the products would actually look.  The choice of products was excellent too.  The timeline I was given by Craftsmen was very accurate. Danny was the lead construction person in my home and Tyler was his assistant.  Danny  always arrived when he said he would and finished each day when he said he would.  Danny and Tyler cleaned up each day before they left and were very respectful of our home.  I will say that there is no way to completely eliminate the construction dust (expecially drywall dust)  until the project is completed.  I really appreciated that Danny told me at the end of each day what the plan was for the next day so I could be prepared and plan my day.  Danny also gave me advanced notice when he needed to turn the water off and worked around my schedule.  Danny's work was meticulous and very detailed. He really is a skilled craftsmen. I am really pleased with the way our home looks. I feel like I have a new house.  The quality of work is excellent.
