The crew - Tracy, Joe, and Bob (excavator) were amazing. The sewer line, water line and GAS LINE were all ran in the same ditch 96 years ago when the house was built. Hitting a gas line is not just expensive and dangerous - but also a time issue as Vectren would have to replace the line. These guys painstakingly worked to expose the lines. The gas line was right beside the sewer line - just not as deep. So each time Bob would have to work the bucket into the trench SOMEHOW not hitting the line to remove dirt below. The sewer line was at around 9 feet while the gas line was at a little less than 5 feet. They had to run the sewer line as they went and back fill to hold the gas line in place against the bank as they progressed toward the curb. They also had to cut and replace the water line as it was directly on top of the sewer line AND remove the meter to dig out and finish running the line as the meter was on also on top of the sewer line. I do not believe that another excavator and crew could have done this job. Certainly not without hitting the gas line. I have never seen anyone be able to maneuver a piece of heavy equipment so accurately. Tracy knew exactly what needed to happen to ensure the line stayed intact and the sewer line (and water line) was ran properly. They worked SO hard for two days to get this job done right. Chris is lucky to have such dedicated and experienced guys working for him. If this wasn't impressive enough I have a bed of 150 tulips on the south side of the trench. I had resigned myself to seeing the last of them for this year. Given the narrowness of my lot I figured that they would end up under a giant pile of dirt - it has to go somewhere... not one flower was covered, bent, broken, trampled, or in in way damaged. Bob somehow piled dirt right up to them without ever touching one. When Tracy was cleaning up he didn't touch one... I do more damage getting in to weed the bed... Chris is not the cheapest guy in town for this type of work but if you get this crew it is well worth work being done on your home correctly.

Horrible. Job is still not finished after 2 weeks. Aaron Thompson has been a no show day after day. Will not return phone calls or text msgs. Has made a mess in our yard. Very unprofessional. We will need to hire someone else to finish his mess.

The AquaProof crew was very knowledgeable and efficient. They carefully excavated and installed over 80 feet of drain line around our rear patio, cut through a sidewalk and installed an additional three foot long drain grate, installed the external sump and pump, and also excavated and installed about another 100 feet of drain pipe to tie into the curb at the street. They were very careful to not damage our telephone and TV cables in their excavations, and did a really good job cleaning up all of the excess dirt and debris from the work-site and restoring our lawn with seed/straw. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and care in their work, which was not easy in mid-November. I waited to write this review until after several heavy local rains, where the new drain system had a real workout. Following the recent heavy rains, there was absolutely no water back-up on our patio or around the workshop doors, as the sump pump efficiently pushed the excess water to the street. I have been very pleased that I no longer have to worry about water in my work-shop, at least as long as we have electricity. This company really knows what it is doing and is worth the price.

Rauch Concrete is by far the best concrete company in the area. Super easy to work with, goes above and beyond to get the job done and I couldn't be happier with the results. A++++ and thank you Langley, Shara and crew!!! Prices are more than fair. The pad for my shop looks spectacular. This is the second project I've had done by Rauch and won't be the last. The crew always showed up on time and worked hard until the job was done.

They showed up on time. They were every courteous and friendly. They did a good job. They did what I had asked them to do. They did exactly what I had expected them to do.

Despite having come all the way from Loveland to give us the estimate, he took one look and told us flat out that, given the travel involved, his company would not be competitive with more local asphalt companies for the services we were looking for. Nevertheless, he spent about 1/2 hour with us going over what to look for from companies giving us quotes and what would be involved in the jobs we were looking to do. We were impressed by his knowledge, his ability to make a quick assessment, not to mention his honesty and forthrightness.

Chris, the owner, came out to our house to provide an estimate for a paver patio. We had previously worked with another company to get a drawing and estimate. We really liked the sketch but could not afford it. Chris was able to scale down the size to a more reasonable size and get everything we wanted within our price range. We were very pleased with the estimate and thought the price was very fair and competitive. We decided to move forward with Yanton's and selected our paver type and color. Chris came out to the house to help us select the pavers and colors and even marked the yard to give us a better idea of the size of the patio. The process was seamless and we felt very comfortable about working with him. There were some delays in the project dates due to weather but that was beyond their control. The entire installation process from start to finish took about 4-5 days. Given the inclement weather for part of these days, the time frame was reasonable. I had questions about the patio, almost daily, to which Chris was very responsive. He even met us at our home a few mornings before we headed off to work to confirm some details. We appreciated his availability for calls, responses to emails, and flexibility to stop by the house to meet us on our schedule. The patio looks great and there was minimal damage to our lawn during installation. They laid sod around the patio area for the parts that needed to be leveled to the existing lawn and the sod looks great. We were very pleased with the finished product! We look forward to using Yanton's again in the future for a few other projects!

I contacted his contractor with the intent of having excavation done in my back yard. I contacted a person for a quote and they said he would come out on the weekend. We couldn't get a time and he said call on the following Tuesday. He then said I'll get with you to come out the following weekend. I never heard from him again. They may be a reputable company and I just caught them at a busy time but I would never hire someone I couldn't trust to even come out to do a quote.

AMY LAWN & LANDSCAPING CO
They were terrific and like the whole thing. They did the job as quickly as they could and did a really good job. They were pleasant and polite. The fellow who was in charge of supervising and telling me what was being done checked repeatedly to see if I was happy with what was going on. Their prices were quite reasonable because I have had people quote way more than what they did. They did a nice job that's why I had them come the second time too. They were punctual because they came when I expected them to be there; we had it at a mutually convenient time. They also made it at a time so that I could access my house without filling myself walking through the work that they were doing. They were very professional. I have a neighbor who would give them the hairy eyeball every time they came and they ignored him. They were very tolerant in having someone who is not real pleasant and someone is unpleasant towards them. They were very respectful and I didn't have any issues which was nice.
