Recent Review: This family-owned and operated business is responsive, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They take a lot of pride in their work clearly. Also, they stick to their word. Our company was simultaneously working with another HVAC company on the same system. Even they had good things to say about the quality of workmanship after they evaluated what we had done by Tom, Rhonda, and Sandra at Quality Air Solutions of Ohio. I'd certainly be open to using them again.
Recent Review: THEY ARE VERY HONEST. I WAS CONSIDERING HAVING MY AIR DUCTS CLEANED AND HE WAS VERY UP FRONT AND TOLD ME I DID NOT NEED THEM CLEANED YET. THE GUY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND SEEMED TO BE VERY HONEST. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR SERVICE.
Recent Review: I was referred to Stanley Steemer by another firm who is not equipped to clean flex ducts. I had called several firms looking for one who could clean flex ducts, but most of whom said they can't. One widely-advertised HVAC company quoted me $2,000! Stanley Steemer isn't known for duct cleaning, and I was skeptical. However, Jesse from SS was a pleasure to work with ... courteous and entirely professional. He and Brendan did a superb job, including cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer for any duct cleaning project, flex ducts or not.

Recent Review: The specialists did an excellent job in cleaning the air ducts. Our home is 113 years old, and the air ducts were never cleaned before. It was a very dirty, nasty job. The specialists arrived on time, cleaned every air duct in the house, showed me pictures of ducts before they were cleaned, and then after they were cleaned. They were at the house almost 6 hours to ensure all air ducts were spotless. They even discovered that coal remnants were in the air ducts! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants professional and thorough service!!!
Reviews in Washington Court House to Replace Ductwork
AWolfe & Sons Heating & A/C Inc
Problem: one of three HVAC zones not cooling sufficiently. The first visit was Tom, very pleasant, knowledgeable, responsible, punctual, and professional. Had to return for second diagnostic visit after coil and line had defrosted. At second visit, Tom discovered leak and thoroughly examined the ductwork for any possible problems with low air flow. Third visit, 6 days after first, was Jeff, to install coil and repair ductwork. He was also pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Cost was reasonable, in line with expectations after a call to competitor. Trustworthy and capable provider.

CCARE Heating & Cooling Inc
If it looks like a duct, and quacks like a duct (well, standard HVAC ductwork that is), I thought who better to do that than an HVAC company. I liked what I saw here on Angie's list about Care. However, after taking my number, checking and calling me back (very promptly), they claim not to do this. Not do what? Install ductwork? They guy on the phone was very nice and polite... but how does an HVAC company not install ductwork? Very confused and a bit disappointed. Not the experience I was expecting. Oh well... back to the drawing board.

ACJS Heating and Air Columbus
It went very well. The sales rep, Joe, was knowledgeable and, equally important, responsive to questions as we pursued the project. There was no pressure to accept the quote. The work itself was done professionally, with attention to detail. There was just one glitch: one of the return vents was not connected. Embarrassing but not a big deal. They came back promptly and connected it. We got considerably more for the money than with the other quotes, most of which came in for about the same cost. This included Temp Star equipment, which is well-regarded; 10 year no-hassle replacement warranty in the event a major repair is required; UV germicidal lamp; condensate pump; return vents in each room (rather than one for the whole house); and more.

ABob the Handyman
Bob was very professional and did a terrific job. The job turned out to be a bigger job than he had anticipated as once he opened a hole in the ceiling he saw that there was plumbing in the way of the route that would have been simplest to take. He completed the job and finished off the ceiling beautifully. Even though the job took him longer than he anticipated, he didn't charge extra. I did of course tip him, though. I am having him come back to do a list of minor jobs that I have been saving up until I had a reasonably full days work.

I was told they would arrive between 8 - 10 AM. I was ready at 8. Matt called me at 8:15 and confirmed my address. They were at my home at 8:20. Matt and Vince were very polite, very nice. After a tour of the home, work began. While Matt and I discussed how to proceed after finding mold near the heat register, Vince was vaccuming and cleaning the ductwork upstairs. Although the price was high, when dealing with Mold (that we did not plan for) you really have no choice to pay it right then and get it cleaned. Thankfully, Ductman can do that. They pointed out problems with the ductwork and that I corrected after they left. My house felt the most consistent temperature ever last night. Thank you so much to Ductman.

AAir Duct Busters
wnThe crew that came from Air Duct Busters to clean our ductwork and furnace were on time, professional and explained things well. They offered information about other services that might interest us, but were not pushy. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I couldn't tell they had even been here afterwards. Will use them again for this work.

He did a great job! He was respectful of my time, my home, and me. He offered helpful advice without being pushy. My house was built in the early 1940's and the ductwork probably has never been cleaned. I was hesitant about doing this since there are a lot of articles out there indicating that this is a waste of time. Air Duct Busters did not mess around. I noticed a remarkable difference within 48 hours. Now I know who to call in the future.

They arrived promptly & were very courteous. They were extremely careful about not making a mess, and were professional about the process. Their equipment was up-to-date. Ours was a complex job- a 7,500 square foot 115-year-old house with 3 floors, 2 furnaces and a basement. They were extremely thorough & showed ingenuity about how to reach the labyrinth of ductwork. We would definitely hire Air Duct Busters again!

Arrived on time (both times) and did a thorough job. When mold was found in ductwork, the job became much more complicated (and cost went up), but it was worth it to eliminate the mold problem. A second visit was required to install a UV light in the ductwork to eliminate possible future mold problems. Initial cleaning was with an Angie's List coupon.

AFavret Heating & Cooling
THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE VERY NEAT. SINCE THIS WAS DONE IN THE WINTER, THEY COULD NOT TURN ON THE NEW AIR CONDITIONER, BUT CALLED FIRST THING IN THE SPRING TO ARRANGE THE FINAL PHASES OF INSTALLATION.
