I called him for an estimate for the and he show up on time and took his time and provide a fair and accurate estimate. Upon agreeing on the estimate, he return the following day on time and took his time and complete the job to my satisfaction. He exceeded my satisfaction. He seems very knowledgable in all areas from plumbing, electricial, drywall and handyman work. I would definitely hire him again for any job.

We were very pleased with the service we received.  The two guys who were here (their names are skipping my mind at the moment) were friendly, professional, and educational.  They would make sure we were OK with them doing something before doing it, which made us feel better.  We had only contracted them to fix the water spigot, but decided to go ahead and keep them on a little while longer to put in our vanity and sink for us because we were leery of doing it ourselves.  We would hire them again if we needed a plumber.

This was a small project to install a new bathroom vanity.  A-Abel showed up Monday to give an estimate, returned Tuesday to install the vanity I had already purchased.  They took $100 off the total price because I took out the old vanity myself.  I removed the old vanity Monday evening.  To my surprise the main water and drain lines to the house came up out of the slab and then go into the wall beneath the vanity.  I was unaware of this as they were hidden underneath a notched out portion of the old vanity that was not visible until it was removed.  The A-Abel service man arrived Tuesday morning to this unexpected water line issue.  He was professional and took it in stride.  The install was completed in a day, at the initial quoted price and the results are great!

The Angie list deal was for 2 hours of plumbing work for $146.00  The providers(2) were very professional and did an outstanding job installing the pipes.  I brought some of the material, but was told, they will use there materials. After the two hours, I asked how much for additional hours and was told $85.00 per hour and I told them to work for one more hour and I will re-schedule later to complete the work later.  I didn't know it was $85 per person and the additional hour cost $170 and the cost for the material was $172.  The pipes for the job should have only cost about $70?  Again, they did an outstanding job, but the cost after the Angie List deal was very high for additional hour and parts.

Initially, it was a bit hard to get ahold of Greg but I only assume that is because he is busy because he does great work. He did this at my mom's house and he was always nice, helpful, on time and his prices were great. He initially quoted higher for the work, but when it was done much quicker than he thought, the price came down. I am very sure that if I had a plumbing issue at my house or my mom needed a plumber again, we would call him. So glad we found him. A! all the way.

They immediately responded to our questions and continued follow up to ensure they were able to assist us.  They arrived as arranged and worked quickly to get jobs done.  Professional and personable.  Gave status and suggestions throughout install.  We're going to have them come back out and install a water pressure tank which he suggested when he was here.  Our water pressure is low and our current tank is not working appropriately.  He suggested a larger tank and higher psi.  We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

The project took longer than expected, and he used subcontractors, for the electrical, plumbing, and tiling. I was very happy with all the subcontractors except the plumbers. They didn't clean up after themselves, and didn't connect drain properly. They also wore muddy shoes in my house and left trash. Everyone else however did a great job, and the main contractors fixed all the plumbing issues at no cost to me. Mike the project manager, always was available for any of my questions and concerns, and to their credit, they always listened to me, and worked with me. The style of the quote was exactly what you want, a line by line itemized contract. I work in contracting and felt their pricing was very fair, and they were very professional about everything. Some mistakes were made throughout like the initial size of the shower surround (for example), but this was all corrected. I really felt like everyone on his team did a great job to make me feel comfortable with what they were doing each day. I really love my master bath now. I paid for all items in room myself (bath, vanity, tile, shower items, faucets, lighting, ect), so in all it was probably more like 20K$, but I've very happy with the result. In construction, things never go 100% perfect, its how the dealt with the issues which was all about customer service, and I would definitely work with these guys and gals again.

All work was excellent. James provides an itemized contract for all parts and labor, easy to see for example the cost of painting bathroom. Time frame - was told job would take 2-3 weeks. It was completed in 2 weeks and 2 days even with a delay in tile shipment. James is professional, cleans up each day, and keeps in contact throughout the job regarding progress or any questions. The wooden stair railing he built is beautiful. Not one complaint, everything done was perfect. Will use his services again and have already recommended him to friends. The gentleman who did the tile work did an excellent job, on the new tile in the shower, and regrouting the other bathroom.

Dave and his crew were professional, and they did the work on-time and on-budget. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. From start to finish, the job took about three weeks - and the price was fair. The paint lines are sharp and clean. Some of the rooms needed a second coat of paint - I specified which rooms I wanted to have additional paint and Dave took care of it within the scheduled timeline (he charged for the extra coat of paint). Their tile work is very nice - I requested a diamond pattern in each room and it really looks great. I was having some problems ordering a custom counter top from Lowe's (Lowe's tried to charge me $2000 to install 20 linear feet of mid-grade laminate counter top). I had Dave do it for less than half of this price, and he helped me cut a custom chopping block for one end of the counter - I really appreciated this. Overall, I am satisfied with Dave's service, and I will use them again this spring for some additional work.
