Recent Review: They were professional at selling us the pool and installing it. They tried very hard no to tear up the back yard while installing the pool and they did an awesome job at fixing the yard after it was installed. They even went over every detail about how to operate the pool before they left for the day. It only took one day for them to get everything completed.
Recent Review: THEY ARE THE BEST. We are new pool owners and Mike was excellent. He was thorough, efficient and smart. He could explain everything that we needed to know in a very short- succint manner. As a business owner, he is vested in keeping your pool in great shape and it shows. I could not be more pleased.

Service included removing, cleaning and packing winter cover, installing hand rail, ensuring filter works properly, treating water with chemicals and powerwashing pool decking. Price included service and chemicals. Jeff comes on the day promised and takes care of everything! A few weeks after opening, we were having trouble with our automatic pool cleaner. Jeff stopped to look at it when delivering chemicals that we ordered. It's great to have the heavy chemical buckets delivered to the pool area and not have to carry them from the car. We are very satisfied with Buckeye Pools and would recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.
Everything was well. They cleaned up after themselves, they were there when they said they were going to be there and I'm happy with their service.

I would have given a zero rating if they had one...the Medina location is the worst Litehouse location. I was treated so badly!!! The female manager is the worst unprofessional manager. I can not believe Litehouse would employee a person like this at all. She After spending an outrageous amount of money on chemicals to remedy my pool, which did not work. This manager has the gall to refuse to give her name, correct the problem and then hang up on me. I had been taking water samples for at least 3 weeks the last water sample I took in the man suggested more chemicals to purchase. We have purchased their algaecide products (maintenance and algae killer...their shocks....their flocculents...everything NO CHANGE!!!!! A lot of money but no change!!! He tested the water took us over and told us to add this Green to Clean Product wait 5 minutes add the 2 pounds of shock( all these products bought at that store).....which we did exactly. The following day we noticed no change in the pool...we called the Litehouse again they sold me 4 more bags of turbo shock. No change called again on 9-2-2018 left a message no return call...waited until the afternoon and called again reaching this female manager. At this point she states I reviewed your samples and our staff would not have sold you that chemical with your water out of balance and I wasted all my money. Obviously at this point I am upset, she then told me she knew the person who sold it to me and he would not of suggested it to me....calling me a liar!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU WILL WASTE MONEY AND TIME!!!! I SPENT AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND TO BE TREATED THIS BADLY....THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY TELL YOU DO TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM...TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND WALK AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALTHOUGH GIVEN THE PROPER SPECIFICATIONS, LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOLS PROVIDED AN INCORRECT SWIMMING POOL HEATER. THEIR CORRECTION OF THEIR ERROR HAS BEEN EXTREMELY SLOW, ALTHOUGH VERY FRIENDLY. I AM CONFIDENT THEY WILL COMPLETE THE WORK NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT HEATER.

Not good. The old saying is "the customer is always right"...for him, it's just the opposite. The customer is NEVER right even when in our case, we are totally right. There's a reason why this company's reviews are so bad because they are so bad. He didn't put a drain in the trough for our automatic pool cover and it fried the motor. He just denies everything and on top of it, he wants $500 for service! Not putting a drain in is going to cost me $1400 to have my lawn torn up and a drain pipe put in so that this won't happen again. We have to hire another company to come out and fix the problem that he created. He won't pay one nickel! On top of it, we weren't able to use our pool for close to a month because he didn't want to be bothered. They're not getting one more nickel from me!

They also come out and open my pool every summer and close it in the fall. They are family owned it is a husband, wife, and 3 sons.

My Hayward filter needed a sand replacement. I purchased the sand and attempted to do it myself, but ran into some problems, mostly because I did not know enough about the procedure at the time I did it. I called Pro Pool at the phone number provided on Angie's List site and talked to Howard. It was Saturday, yet Howard took his time to find out as many details as possible to understand my issue. He indicated that it may take a couple of days before they could stop by and take a look at the filter. Chris (Howard's assistant) did it on Tuesday! I did end up calling Howard couple of times before we worked out the appointment details, but I still grade the Punctuality as A, because the job was done very soon after my first call and it was done right! Additionally, Howard was extremely courteous and he did warn me that they would be in the middle of some big project that they had to work around to accommodate my needs. Thank you so much for your help, Howard and Chris!

Joe arrived right on time. He was friendly and professional. He was obviously knowledgeable about pools. I pointed him in the right direction and he and another man got to work. He suggested I get my filter and quot;acid washedand quot; as it was grimey. He took it with him and it was returned about a week later. We have some liner issues and he discussed that and gave me recommendations on how we could repair or replace next summer.
