They do windows, siding, roofs, and insulation. They are fair, reasonable and honest. I have received several compliments on my roof. I don't have the exact cost but they were very affordable.

FUSA Insulation of Dayton
I had Dayton / Cincy USA Insulation insulate my house for a cost of $6100 in 2016. I paid extra to have them insulate the garage ceiling below my master bath. Two weeks ago I had a pipe burst in that space and had to tear it out and repair. When I did, I could clearly see that they did not insulate the full space and in fact there was a clear path to uninsulated space in my attic! Pictures are attached... please dont use them

AAttic Experts Insulation
I don't generally write reviews, but these guys deserve one. Marty and Joe went above and beyond what I expected. Punctual, courteous, friendly, and thorough. They explained everything before they did it, took before and after pictures, cleaned up, and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Would certainly recommend Attic Experts.

ADr. Energy Saver Cincinnati
I had contacted 10 insulation companies, 5 responded, and only two were willing to take on a Cape Cod. Prior to looking into adding insulation I was unaware of how much more in difficult a Cape cod is to insulate effectively compared to most homes. Chris Shepard, the owner of Dr. Energy Saver, came out and spent almost two hours evaluating my home, went into every space that would be worked in and explained the processes and materials that would be used. The other contractor spent less than 30 minutes in my home and did not offer any guarantee beyond an improved blower door test number. Dr. Energy Saver's contract has a satisfaction guarantee and that the remedies will pay for themselves in energy savings in 8-10 years or they will refund the difference Before having any work done, I had old roll batts of insulation in the attic and a radiant barrier on the underside of the roof deck. My furnace ran 10-12 hours per day with my thermostat set at 68 and I would have rooms in the house that would struggle to stay above 60. The upstairs area was almost unusable due to high temperatures in the summer and cold in the winter. When the vectren tester came out with a blower prior to the insulation work, the result was 3644 CFM and during the test all of my pilot lights were blown out. The solution Chris recommended was a combination of spray foam in the attic and rim joist. The vault ceilings were packed with cellulose Dr. Energy Saver also was able to add a return to the upstairs room and add an exhaust fan to the bathroom. Spray foam was also added to the coal room under my front porch as a vapor barrier to help with humidity in the basement. The install crew was professional and the foreman Harrison realized on the first day that the job would likely take longer than originally planned and brought it to my attention immediately. Everyone on the install crew was willing to answer questions regarding process and progress. Every night when they reached a stopping point they cleaned up all of the work areas and on the last day spent almost an hour on cleanup. They left my upstairs cleaner than when they started. I work from home and there was minimal disturbance while the work was being completed. Since the completion of the work, my furnace has run an average of 5-6 hours per day (about half previous) and the temperature in my house is consistent in every room. The final blower door test was 1620 CFM, a reduction of 2024 CFM or 55.5% I haven't had a full bill cycle with vectren since the work was done but I expect to see a significant drop in usage. I would recommend Dr. Energy saver to anyone looking to add insulation and make their home more comfortable, especially for a cape cod.

AC & M INSULATION, INC
I was very satisfied. I had an estimate of $919 but I made a couple of changes and asked for something different which changed the price and we agreed upon the new price. I had three other companies come out and they gave me the best price. They were actually early for the appointment. They came in, did their job and left. They went right to work. I would use them again.

They filled my attic with insulation. I was amazed at the temperature difference after they were done. I had them schedules to blow insulation into my walls. They came out and started the job, only to find that I already had insulation in my walls. They were honest, and didn't even charge me for the little bit of work that they did perform. I paid them, and was very happy with the job they did. A few days later the owner comes to my door, and says that I had been over charged for the service due to rebate with the gas company. He gave me a check. I can not say enough good things about there honesty and integrity. The main guy I dealt with during the job was Corey. He was knowledgeable, and explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend them for the work they do.

Corey and his helper first laid protective plastic before bringing the tube in the house. They foamed a crack in the attic wall before they started so I wouldn't have unwelcome visitors. Within an hour, they finished 1100 sq feet of attic floor, added a new block of insulation to the attic trap door, and cleaned up. Very professional, polite, and helpful. I would use this company again without question.

A1st In Home Improvements
Mr. Ward and his crew was very friendly and prompt. They was very professional and very knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job on painting the exterior of the house. They also took out and reinstalled my new windows that a previous contractor installed incorrectly. They also insulated and wrapped my windows just to begin several projects. Mr. Ward tackled projects in every room of my house, such as gutting my kitchen and bathroom, replaced and customized cabinets, shelves, replaced flooring, drywall, electrical outlets, updated and installed lights and switches built closets, painted walls and doors, the list goes on. I highly recommend Mr. Ward and his company for all your construction needs. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Recent Review: Very well! Duane, the lead installer, was very conscious and helpful to all of our specific needs. The only problem that we had was that one of our vents rocked and the box around the spigot on the back of the house was too tight around the spigot to get a hose on it. However, George and Duane were very diligent and quick about rectifying both of these issues. We are more than satisfied with American Weathertechs, LLC, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing siding services! We are also, very happy with the finished product and the financing made the whole process affordable by being able to spread out the payments!

Recent Review: Mike and Matt arrive on time and acquainted themselves with the situation. They brought hose in through a front bedroom window after first covering the floor and nearby contents with a tarp. HTey kept me informed through the process and left the house as it was before they arrived.
