I chose Tab because out of the three companies that I had quote the job, only Trace took the time to explain to me the structural weaknesses in the original design and how he proposed to solve those problems when the pergola was rebuilt. Due to the winter weather, construction on the new pergola could not begin immediately, but Trace came out and took down the damaged pergola to prevent it from completely collapsing and causing further damage. As soon as the snow cleared, Trace was back out to finish the job. He was extremely professional and kept in constant communication throughout the process. The finished pergola looks amazing and is much better built than the original that it replaced.

Amazingly quick, beautiful service! I couldn't be more happy with how beautiful everything came out! John met me promptly to pick out stone for the floor. John is very knowledgeable on this area of hardscape. Work began next day! Clean up and grass seed applied. Eagle landscape men are very courteous and professional. John and his team did a phenomenal job on our custom deck. During the process John designed deck, consulted with us on materials and was even willing to try some out the box material choices to help deliver our dream vision. We couldn't be happier with the result.

I liked the screening solution from another handyman better, so didn't use Steve for this task (and didn't get a price estimate for Steve's solution). While talking to Steve, I learned that he has broad HVAC experience, and I did hire him to install an air filter for my furnace - see separate entry for that task.

Jay and his guys did a great job.  We love our new outdoor seating area.  Jay designed exactly what we were after and made recommendations to improve the overall look and function of our outdoor living area. Jay was always responsive and very professional.

The crew worked very efficiently, in tough conditions to finish the project. The installation was done with a good quality. The finished project looks great overall. I would definitely hire them again.

Trace and his team we great to work with. Trace was easy to work with and worked with us until we got the exact design we wanted. He was patient with us and offered good suggestions and gave his opinion when we asked. The TAB property team was a great group of guys. They were great to work with and were very professional. Their work was amazing. They were meticulous and cared about the work they were doing. They took care of the areas that were disturbed during the construction of the patio and even power washed our driveway when they were done. This is my second time working with TAB and I would hire them again and again. We had a great experience. I can’t say enough good things about TAB.

The pergola is beautiful, and is admired by all our neighbors. The planning of the design was great. However, the issues with obtaining a building permit were not handled well, and the start date of the project was delayed most of the summer.

Exceeded expectations. Final product is so impressive that numerous complimentary comments were received during the work. All workers were very friendly and wanting to discuss the work in order to provide the best possible product. Also, all work was cleaned up at the end of each work day.

I was irate at the type of work done. The price seemed reasonable. They didn't show up when they said they'd come. Happened about 5 times. Work was finally done a month after when they said it'd be done. Most of the work they did ended up dying, grass and plants. So when they came back a year later, they did not replace all of the dead plants nor re-seed. So I assumed I'd never get it right and gave up. He called on 08/10/07 and was very mean and almost threatening to her.
