Both were working after I had unplugged it and cleaned out the filter of the washer. The stove had a button that I was not aware of that corrected the problem that I was having. He just charged me for the service call though he spent an hour of time. He had traveled ~ 30 min to get to my house,

Our gas stove (about 7 years old) was not lighting. Made a phone call to Dewitt and they were there the next day. Nice guys came out (semi-retired owner and employee). Found the cause, replaced it and went on their way within 45 minutes. As for the person that gave them a D review for charging $150 even though the part was $2...who cares, they provided a service. They drove to your house, they drove home, that is all time they could not be with another customer. The customer that gave the D rating shoud fix things herself. Never look up the cost of parts for anything unless you want to fix it yourself.

Spoke to gentleman on the phone , he told me how to fix the issue myself. Sav d me over $100. Really appreciates his honesty and willingness to help Will definitely call him next time I need an appliance repair

Our home is covered by a home warranty, and the broiler hasn't worked ever since we moved in. We contacted the warranty company to have to stove repaired. They had Capital City contact us to set up an appointment. They were able to come out 2 days after we contacted the warranty company. They called me to provide a time frame for when they would be at the house. The service tech was friendly, and respectful. He replaced the igniter for the broiler, and when that didn't work, he pulled off the panel and discovered that the broiler was not plugged in properly to the stove. I would call them for repairs again. I can not comment on price, as we had a flat fee to pay.

The gentleman that came out was on time, looked at the job, and gave us an idea of what was required. Due to the extent of the labor and price of the part, it would just be cheaper to buy a new stove. We will be purchasing a new stove instead of having the work done. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

They tested for a leak and confirmed there was not a leak, and my stove was in working order. They did a good job
