Recent Review: The new look is stunning! This is a small space which makes it difficult to work on, but Mike worked his magic and the new look is structurally sound AND beautiful: a winning combination! I especially appreciated Mike's flexibility. My house was a "House of the Future"...in the 1950s when it was built. Hence the galvanized pipes that initiated my contact with the Right Handyman. They had corroded and had to be replaced: not an easy fix because my ranch does not have traditional plumbing. Most of it runs up in the attic and down some walls. That makes for some interesting problems to address---and Mike never missed a beat. The small bathroom was totally transformed: new floor, new sink and cabinet, a fresh paint job, and best of all, the problems were addressed with sound solutions! I especially appreciated Mike's cheerful demeanor when "a new wrinkle" presented itself: he came up with viable solutions every single time. It was also good to know that I could leave my home in his capable hands when I had errands come up. I heard about him from multiple sources who had used his services and all accounts were the same: expertise, honesty, and trustworthiness. As a single, older woman who is "mechanically challenged", I particularly value this combination. Mike is a straight shooter who told me my options from the get-go. He consulted me about every step of the design in the bathroom prior to making the purchases and we shared info via text pics for making some of the choices: a real time-saver! We discussed price range and he never pressured me on any purchase: another trait I really appreciated. Replacing the pipes was a major undertaking, but nothing really "showed" (aside from the improvement in water pressure). It was necessary to do, but not gratifying. The bathroom remodeling was also necessary due to the water leaking, but it has been a daily source of enjoyment. The paint job is immaculate and "spot on" and the cabinets and sink and even the new faucets are just the right complement to the room. Small spaces are challenging, but the Right Handyman knew just how to handle those challenges and then some! I would highly recommend this company!
Recent Review: The firm was very responsive. Their sales rep was able to meet with me just two or three days after my initial call. The installation was scheduled about two weeks after I called to confirm the sale. The installer, Chris, did a great job. In particular, he relocated the compressor, which is considerably larger that our old unit, in a less visually intrusive location, even though this required him to cut into a slope in back of our house. He also took care to orient the air handler so that we can remove the filter media easily, which had been a problem with our old system. The technician, who checked the installation and started the system after the installer left, did a good job explaining the basics of the system operation and programming of the thermostat.

Recent Review: Greg and his team did an outstanding job building our dream kitchen. The project actually turned out better than we dreamed. Greg was very responsive to our needs, and any changes we had during construction were accommodated fairly. His employees were very courteous and did a great job cleaning the construction area each day. We knew what we were getting since Housmith also did an awesome job refinishing our basement years ago. I would (and have) recommend Housmith to any of my friends or neighbors.

Went well. a few hiccups along the way, but that seems to always be the case. I asked to get a few things changed even after they were done and they had no problem with that. The hood has been installed for a couple of months now, it has rained and I have used it a lot with no issues. The back splash looks incredible.

Went well. I think it could have taken less time, but what do I know. Finished job looks awesome. Hood works like it should. Back splash looks awesome. Was a little pricey, but couldn't find anyone else to do the job & I didn't want to do it myself.

Went great. I had purchased a new range and a deluxe hood to match and need someone to install the hood and duct it to an exterior wall. Had to reschedule a few times due to weather and the need to work outside on the ducting but otherwise fine. Very happy with quality of work this time and overall result.

APrecision Air Heating & Air Conditioning Inc
I called some companies who didn't want to touch the job. Precision Air came out the same day with a can-do attitude, and we agreed on a price and Steve set to work at once and finished in about 2 hours.

Range hood and dishwasher installation was fine, but plumbing fixtures were not. Bathroom sink leaked, which installer said he didn't want to go get supplies to complete installation. Note: other supplies were obtained and included in the amount paid. Toilet seat was broken during installation, not disclosed by installer and not discovered until later. Another individual was hired to repair sink and toilet seat.

AHoney to Do Ltd
Even though I messed up by ordering the wrong size, John was so understanding when he had to return to finish the job. He and his team were very professional, arrived right on time (both times), promptly completed the installation. We couldn't be more pleased with Honey To Do! Thanks, John.

ATotal Comfort Heating & Cooling Inc
The owner himself came out to do the estimate, and he was very friendly and professional. We aready had the hood and the materials to do the exterior vent, so he gave us a couple things to take care of before he came (getting long enough screws, spray painting the vent cover to match the white siding) and then just charged us solely for the labor to cut through the drywall/insulation/siding, install the venting, and hang the hood, including getting the electrical hooked up. He estimated an hour and a half, and even though it took 2 hours because I had to leave and run to get more screws (some were misplaced), he still did not charge me more because he'd already quoted the 1.5 hr amount. His cost to do the exterior venting AND hang the hood was basically the same as our cabinet installers were going to charge just the hang the hood, so we felt it was a GREAT value and an all around really good experience compared to some of the service providers we used during our renovation.

They are efficient, punctual, professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend. They were also here in Oct 2013 to replace two bathroom faucets, two bathroom fans and install range hood vent.

ABuckeye Heating & Cooling
Our first contact with Buckeye was to get a quote for a new furnace/AC. Pete came out and was very familiar with our 25 year old existing system, and emailed back bids for a couple different options. No pressure. We decided to hold out until next year when our home warranty expires and will work with them at that time. But, based on this experience, I did call Buckeye again to cut some vents for our renovated master suite, and run the ductwork for a make up air damper for our kitchen range hood. The installer was professional and the work was completed promptly. Thanks, Buckeye... we'll be back in touch next year!
