Reviews in Hartville to Repair Fiberglass Showers

FThe Bathtub Man
The project went well, but it is very dusty and has a lot of odor associated with it. Definitely want to do it in weather when you can open the windows. Takes several days to thoroughly air out. Unfortunately, the recoating is starting to peal. I currently have about a 4and quot; area that has pealed. It has only a one year warranty, and peeling just started about one and one half years later. I have called Jeff three times leaving messages that I know warranty has expired, but I would like him to repair it and will pay a reasonable amount to get it done. He has not returned my calls. I would definitely not recommend him due to lack of durability of product and non responsiveness even though I am willing to pay for the repair. .

BBer's HVAC, Plumbing & Electric
The plumber sent out by Ber's was young.  He did a good job with the plumbing itself.  But he didn't put the right size hole in the fiberglass shower wall for the faucet that I had purchased.  Fortunately, I was able, after the fact to set it right myself.

John was very professional from the time we first met to describe the project through the completion of the project. He and his crew were pleasant and always kept the work area clean. The work included replacing an existing vanity and sink, replacing a toilet, replacing a fiberglass tub with a new jetted tub and surrounding tiled deck, replacing fiberglass shower stall with a tiled shower with built-in niches, installing a tile floor, and replacing standard windows with a glass block window. Throughout the project, John checked with me to ensure that the project was going as planned and met my expectations. The room turned out beautiful! I would use John again without hesitation and would highly recommend him.

Wonderful experience from the start. The office staff was courteous and prompt in returning my phone call. She made an appointment right away and worked around my schedule. Dan came out and repaired a fairly large crack in my fiberglass shower wall. He was prompt, took his shoes of and made sure everything was clean when he left. The repair is perfect. I will definitely recommend him.

He destroyed out toilet and seat when I wanted to save the special seat that I had paid $100 for. He broke it without asking if I wanted to save it. He was all alone and that was a lot of work for one person. He was short and the shower unit was very tall to the ceiling. He struggled a lot by himself. In the end it looked gorgeous but the caulking around the outside and the toilet were horrible messy looking. I had to redo them by someone else. He complained a lot and was very defensive when I told him about destroying a $100 toilet seat. So it looks great but I don't think he was professional. We have used this company before and they covered a tub and were fantastic, fast and efficient. Obviously a different person and it was a couple of years before.

, Went well.  Received a reminder call the day before the appointment.  Jason came when he was scheduled.  Friendly gentleman---very professional as was his work.  Very satisfied  with the work.  A visit to the showroom beforethe work was done was helpful.  Amy reassured me that my problem would be corrected and it was  Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

1) The initial clean-up and repair went very quickly and smoothly. The room is normally used as an office and was needed within 2 weeks. Repairs were decided upon, and completed quickly in a quality fashion with minimum disruption to our daily activities. 2) In a similar, high quality fashion, replacement of the shower proceeded over the course of approximately 1 week. The work entailed removing the old shower stall, relocating the shower's drain, installing a new light fixture, installing a new fiberglass shower, a new temperature controlled shower valve, and cleaning up and hauling away all debris from the job. In total, this company did an excellent job from start to clean-up. They are quality, responsive, professionals who know what to do, what they are doing, and how to get things done expeditiously. I recommend them without any reservation.

Recent Review: Jaime knows what he's doing. We chose to have him install our door over Lowe's. Looks great, and we will have him over again for other projects.

Recent Review: The designer came out and did a great job explaining all of our design options. Our old shower was a bit narrow and had a larger seat in it that took up a bunch of space and made the shower feel really cramped. Our designer suggested that we design a new shower that had 6 inches of additional width and to remove the seat concept since we never use it. Then we chose a contemporary color and design that matched our style that we absolutely love. The install team was very efficient and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. I can’t wait to have our other bathroom done.

Recent Review: I got a couple of different quotes, and Jeff was not only the most reasonably priced, he is very friendly and seemed to be the most knowledgeable. I just purchase a condo, and the bathtubs are those one-piece fiberglass units and were looking pretty dismal. They are most likely the units that were installed when the place was built in 1983, and they did have some wear and tear, including a crack on the bottom of one. Jeff came in, repaired the crack and refinished both tubs and surrounds -- they look brand new!! Glossy, bright white, beautiful. I have been recommending him to anyone that asks!
