Harrison Small Bathroom Remodel

WE HAD AN EXTREMELY COMPLICATED BATHROOM REMODEL PLANNED. BERESFORD DID IT BEAUTIFULLY, AND ADAPTED THEMSELVES TO OUR DESIRES, WITH A CAN-DO ATTITUDE. WE ARE EXTREMELY PROUD OF THE RESULTS, AND RECOMMEND THEM WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

We have used Carver & Sons for various projects over the years, including a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel and handyman services.  They are expensive, but well worth the price.  The are very responsive, very professional and the quality of their work is absolutely first rate.  They are the best you will find for remodeling services.

Jerry came out as scheduled.  He was professional and listened to what we were looking for.  He spent a long time talking with us and taking measurements, as well as determining what would need to be done.  Within a week he emailed a detailed proposal outlining all we discussed.  The bid was competitive and comprehensive.  We are reviewing the plans and deciding how to proceed.

The estimate process went very well. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and ease any concerns I had going into the project. For my project, I purchased all the materials for the bathroom remodel and just arranged for them to pick up a few of the bigger items.  The project didn't get off to a very good start, I worked around their schedule and worked hard to get materials purchased to meet a certain start date. However, didn't start till a few days later because another project ran over. In my case that was fine, but if I had to be home for the entire remodel that would have been a scheduling headache. During the demolition, they really didn't make any attempt to stop the dust from entering other areas of the house or give me any warning about the dust. After day one of the demo, my entire first floor was covered in dust. Some of this was unavoidable, however they could have contained the problem, by hanging up some plastic sheets. In addition, they could have warned me and advised me to cover up some of my items. I was disappointed in how that was handled. Throughout, the project they did a good job. However, there communication was not the best. I work long hours and they were often not there by the time I got home. That is fine, however, I do have a cell phone. At times, they needed materials and didn't communicate it to me. Or in some cases they said they needed materials and then I went out of my way to get them delivered to them, they didn't end up using them till the next day. Continually they told me they would complete the project tomorrow. However, the project completed over a week late. In addition, they incorrectly put in the faucet so, they had to redo some of the tile. This was just a mistake on their part, but it did make the project last longer.  Overall, I am very happy with the bathroom and the work they did. Their price was very competitive and they did quality work. There were some bumps along the road. In addition, I am still trying to get them to fix the bathtub, the drain they installed is not working properly. 

I hired Rodney to remodel my bathroom.  He had a contractor to work on this job for him since he was in the middle of another job and we needed to have this done during a certain timeframe.  Keep in mind we only had one bathroom and shower in our home.  For two weeks we had a porta potty in our front yard and 4 weeks we had to go to my father-in-law's home to take a shower.  This was the most stressful time and remodel we have ever gone through.  I had a problem with my floor bubbling up after the remodel and Rodney came right over and fixed it for me.  We have used him a couple of times other then this bathroom remodel and each time he has done a really good job.  I would never do another bathroom remodel but would call Rodney for any problems I have. With some give and take by both Rodney and I the bathroom turned out beautiful.  I ended up painting living room walls and ceiling, replacing a window and crown molding to the living room and having the carpets cleaned in the home after all was done.  in addition we had purchased some new furniture before we setup the remodel and had put a hold on the delivery while all this work was going on.  I am thankful that it was over and done when it ended.

it was along wait but i knew that going in.ever thing was removed the y did a good job keeping the dust down.they listen to what i wanted.they done a good job cleaning up every day.James done most of the work he was particular and did very good work he also had many good suggestions.we are very please and would use them in the future.

TMC did a fabulous job on our master bath remodel! From start to finish Brian and his crew were great to work with. We really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to ensure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the project. Was a huge help to have a decorator involved to help us make selections that were in line with current trends. The crew was punctual, trustworthy and unobtrusive. This was key when working from home. They spent a half hour at the end of each day cleaning up the area which included both vacuuming and dusting. We would highly recommend and plan to use them for future projects.

I would highly recommend Jeff Feldhaus and his team (Phil and Sean) for all remodeling projects. They are highly skilled, very honest, and are completely committed to customer satisfaction. Our powder room remodel was the second project that Jeff completed for us, and we have been extremely happy with the way both projects turned out! We will definitely be contacting Jeff for all of our future remodeling needs!

This group is top notch. Everything is done correctly and efficiently. They are polite and a pleasure to have in my home. I trust them implicitly. We have hired this company to do all three of our bathrooms and they all turned out beautifully. I would not even consider hiring a different company for any future remodel needs. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny. If something needs an adjustment after the project is finished, they will come back for adjustments. The client’s happiness with the project is very important to them. What a great company! I’m happy to recommend them for any remodel project.

I hired Bryan to remodel the small master bath in my condo. I originally contacted him in 2018, but due to other issues within my home I had to place this project on hold. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great. If I had more projects I would definitely hire him again.
