Recent Review: WOW!! Our new pool liner looks like a million bucks. We are more than pleased with Jay's work. He was a true professional, always made sure that correct measurements were made, always arrived on time and installed the liner in one day. Our pool had been closed for two years and with us wanting to sell our home this summer it was very important that the pool be up and running and looking good. We don't have to worry with that anymore. This pool looks better than the first day we put it in!! I would highly recommend NuWave Pool Service to anyone. Recent Review: CRAIG IS A WONDERFUL PERSON TO WORK WITH. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR POOL HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. HE CAN ALSO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SPA. I HAVE USED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND THIS IS THE FIRST ONE I WILL REUSE. DIFFERENT SIZE POOLS I THINK WILL BE MORE OR LESS.
Recent Review: After having several problems with our hot tub last winter we opted to drain/winterize it and address the problems once spring arrived. The company we were using had gone out of business so we needed to find another reputable company to work with. After checking Angie's List, of course, Pacific Pools responded the fastest, they were clearly extremely knowledgable, and seemed to genuinely want to help us with our problem. Robert, the service person, arrived when he said he would, he was very professional in both dress and demeanor, and was able to diagnose the problem, and remedy, immediately. He disassembled the motor to take back to the shop to work on and had it back to us reinstalled within only a couple of days, much faster than we were anticipating! Once we filled up the hot tub with water and turned on the motor it was working!!! And, no leaks!!! Even though it was a relatively small job and they only had to come out a couple of times what I really appreciated was the professionalism and respect for me and my time that Robert displayed. He always called to say when he was coming over, always cleaned up after himself, and always made sure the gate was secured when he left, much to my puppy's dismay! I'm actually much happier with their service than the other two companies that we had used prior.

Recent Review: We have an outdoor hot tub that has been empty and unused for many years. We are about to put our house on the market and wanted to get the spa up and running. Based on Angie's List reviews we called Endless Summer to try a schedule a service call. Unfortunately, this is the busy season for Endless Summer as everyone wants to get their pools up and running before Memorial Day. We were told that Endless Summer wouldn't be able to get us on their schedule for at least 6 weeks. However, Kelly, the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She explained their full schedule but still spent to time to talk over potential issues and things I could possibly check myself. She also recommended a specific gentleman who only works on spas (and thus would not be likely be burdened by the pool opening season) as well as a website for pool/spa professionals where I could look for other companies in the area. She also promised to give me a call in 6 weeks to checkin and see if we still needed work done (if I remember, I will update this review in 6 weeks to confirm if she followed up!). In any case, we ended up contacting the gentleman who has been great so far. He got us on his schedule in a very timely fashion and has been professional and pleasant to interact with and has found and fixed the leak I found with the spa (after following Kelly's advice!). Our new house does not have a pool or a spa, but if it did, I would definitely consider using Endless Summer to perform work/service on it.
Recent Review: Rainbow took a look at our pump for free. Gave us estimates on getting it refurbished and for getting a new part. The pump was dying and not working properly. Rainbow was very polite about what needed to be done, very professional and knowledgeable about the parts. I appreciated them looking at the part and not charging me.
HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLE, PATIENT, PROMPT, AND OFFERED TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO DELIVER A FILTER AND CHEMICALS.

FSpa Fixer LLC
On January 19, 2017 Spa Fixer LLC owner, Gary, came to our home on a service call and concluded that our hot tub had a "wind storm/ power surge/drop damaged electronics of the hot tub and it's pump" as stated on the invoice. We paid $105.00 for labor, $900.00 for a new spa pack, and $500.00 for a spa pump according to the invoice for a total of $1,500.00. (tax included) Since the time these parts were replaced Gary returned to our home on multiple occasions because the hot tub was not functioning properly. The display panel would read F.F.F. and the temperature control would read 107 and then 103. At times the display panel would not have any displayed information at all. At times it would not turn on at all. When we would call Gary would come out and check the tub. He told us he called the manufacturer of the control unit to try and figure out what F.F.F. meant however, it was never resolved. The last time Gary was at our home he stated he thought it was an electrical problem and to call an electrician. We did in October of 2017 however he was a relative and Gary was not comfortable that my cousin felt it was a hot tub issue not an electrical issue. Gary ask that we contact an electrician that he selected. if they concluded it was a hot tub issue Gary would be responsible for the bill. We did. They concluded that it was a hot tub issue. Gary wanted to meet with the electrician at our home and see for himself what the electrician did to conclude the issue was with the hot tub. The electrician called us with dates he could come back. He stated he tried to schedule a time with Gary but, had not heard back from him. We have the original invoice stating the parts that Gary installed have a two year parts warranty. We have pictures and the electrician's notes from the electrician that Gary selected. We also have a voice message from Gary stating if it was a parts issue that was under warranty there would be no cost to replace them. We still have a hot tub that does not work . We left a message at one point asking for the warranty papers for the parts. No response. We left a message stating if we did not hear from him we would have no choice but to write a negative review. No response. We have $1,500.00 invested and a hot tub that does not work. We have been very disappointed in the outcome. After working with Spa Fixer LLC we thought we had a good relationship and could count on the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately , that has no been the case.

DRainbow Hot Tubs & Spas
They couldn't do it because, my spa is an older model and they couldn't find a motor for it. They wanted my credit card on file before they would come out here which, I don't find acceptable as a client. Then told me that they couldn't replace the motor. I took it to them, and their customer service was bad. They said that they could rewire the hot tub for about $1000, and put a different motor in it. There was no work done for it. The customer service rep had no file on me, except for the initial contact, and it wasn't shared information. I'd called several times, and only one person could help me. Only one person was aware that I had come or anything. I don't know about price because, I just knew I couldn't afford $1000 after I had just bought a second hand hot tub. I had to contact them several times just to get the answers that I got.

CLARK DID A GREAT JOB MOVING MY SPA FROM MY OLD HOUSE TO MY NEW HOUSE. I WAS AMAZED AT HOW EFFORTLESSLY HE AND HIS COWORKER MOVED SUCH A HEAVY ITEM THROUGH AVERY TRYING TERRAIN WITH ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER. REALLY IMPRESSIVE WORK!

First, thanks you Mike Blomstran to replying quickly to my email about recycling my old (broken, yet again) spa...that had become a nightmare. Mike and I agreed on a new Clarity spa. The sizing was a little different from my old one, so we sat down and configured its placement on my deck. I have a 5 foot high deck with a railing rising another 4 feet. So delivery was going to be difficult. For my old spa...he threw in the extra man-power cost for the difficult delivery, steps, and a covermate which allows me to open and close the cover easily. The cover and general installation/delivery was included in the cost of the hot tub. Mind you, my last hot tub (Thermal Spa - I do not recommend) cost me $11K...so I was so pleased with the cost of this new spa. Mike gave me instructions to drain my old tub, gave a recommendation of electricians if I needed them, which I did not. The new spa, that was delivered within two weeks by Bill & Cameron (Delivery Dept.) and Bob Jones and Mike Reiss (Service Dept.). In fact, Bill called me the day before and asked to come over and check out the deck to see the easiest way to get the old spa off my deck and the new one on. The way they did it was truly amazing. They took down one of my higher railings (6 feet in height), that I would have never thought of, and they replaced it, probably more securely than before. Kudos! Also, neither my yard or my neighbors' yards were damaged in anyway. Again, Kudos. Bob Jones stayed as we filled the new hot tub...he explained a couple of bells and whistles...and I have enjoyed my. New All Seasons Spa every night since. This company really focuses on customer service! They get an A+ from me, start to finish!

Fantastic service from placing call to repair of hot tub. Called All Seasons Spa thinking my pump had quit working. When technician Mike came to house, he discovered it was a faulty wire. Replaced it and spent time making sure I could change filter (which I asked to have replaced), also how to use chemicals correctly and understand functions of controls. The hot tub had not been working for six months but by the time Mike left I felt very comfortable taking care of it again. Mike was just the kind of person one would want to come into their home. Very honest, sincere and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company!! we have purchased two hot tubs from them over the years and have always had a positive experience with them!

Called on the 3rd and Waterboys came out same day -- in the evening --- reviewed the spa and gave us an actual estimate at the time. Needed a new motor and heater. He came by the next day and fixed it! He came back the next week and went over maintence with us. So VERY VERY helpful.....I would gladly recommend Waterboys to anyone.

We needed to replace an existing spa and deck that is located adjacent to a screened porch. After visiting two local companies that specialized in spas we decided to purchase a Jacuzzi unit from All Seasons Spas. On our initial visit to that establishment we were assisted by Kelly Young. Kelly was particularly helpful, informative and personable. On a subsequent trip to the store we were assisted by Jason, who was also quite helpful. Both sales associates did their best to make the spa purchase effortless. Prior to purchasing the spa they sent out a service person to our home when we had concerns about the "fit" of the unit on the new deck. After we selected a unit they were willing to hold delivery of the spa until our deck was completed (which took longer than expected). They were able to recommend an electrical company to install the unit that coordinated delivery with installation perfectly. They also offered to give us a discount of $150.00 if we paid by cash instead of by credit card. When I accidently forgot to decrease the payment by that amount, I called Kelly to let her know what had happened. She had a check sent out for the amount of the discount within one week of my call. After delivery of the Jacuzzi spa Kelly made calls to our home to make sure that the unit was operating well and to see if we had any questions. We honestly considered not even visiting All Season Spas because of previous (very old) "bad" ratings reviewed on the Angie's List website. We took a chance because businesses may try to improve, management might change, etc. We have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our purchase at All Seasons Spas.
