Recent Review: Thomas Edger who is a principal of Patio Enclosures Inc. was our contact. The damage to the old patio enclosure occurred during several huge snow storms experienced in 2009 in this part of the country. Unfortunately, we were in the process of buying the house and the snow storms occurred while we were under contract for the purchase. When we decided to buy the house, one of the main selling points was the enclosed patio overlooking the golf course, so we were devastated when we found out it was damaged beyond repair. Tom Edger was very sympathetic to our plight and made sure the new enclosure was delivered and installed within budget and on time. His service and accessibility before, during and after the new enclosure was installed were way beyond professional courtesy. Our new enclosure is leak free and we love the versatility of having big glass sliding windows as well as screens. The enclosure itself is excellent quality and the service provided by Patio Enclosures Inc was superb. We would definitely recommend the Company and especially Tom Edger to anyone wanting to have an enclosed outdoor space added to their home.

hit and miss on calls and scheduling was tight but came out on a weekend to get the job done. No hidden costs and time to install was exactly as estimated. His uncle was a delight.

Very well. Fred was courteous and careful, and figured out a new type of storm door which he had not dealt with before.

It went great! I was expecting to get gouged on the price since it happened on the weekend, but Jason was very reasonable. I only knew of one window that was damaged, but Jason did a complete home inspection of the exterior and discovered another window that needed attention. If he didn't catch it, we would've been calling him back out again.

They were friendly and professional, they did what we wanted. Larry even plowed out my driveway so I could make it home the day of a bad storm.

FCVS Windows and Siding
This company damaged the wood decking of my roof, they cut damaged areas out off the roof and never replaced them they shingled over the holes. They replaced the siding and didn't fanfold the whole house just parts. Then the siding started to buckle off the house be for they even finished so they cut the heads off of the nails and tried to hold the siding together. When I seen it I complained and the manager said its common in the siding field, he said its called pinning and its common. With in weeks the siding started to buckle and fall off the house, I complained and wanted to speak to the owner of the company and he would not speak to me. I be leave they damaged all my windows won't know till I have everything redone. They flooded my basement several times, they damaged my bedroom ceiling because the didn't tarp the roof correctly, it looks like mold is growing behind the siding but won't know till redone. I had to go to arbitration through the BBB in Youngstown Ohio. The arbitrator sent a expert to my home to inspect it and he was pretty surprised of what he seen. He said nothing was done properly and the whole house would need redone. CVS said the expert didn't know what he was talking about. The arbitrator ordered CVS to pay to have my home redone. Like I said before there may be more damage than we can see, won't know till removed for repairs. This company fought me for 3 years even though they knew it all needed redone. Please take my advise don't hire this company and never sign a contract with an arbitration clause. That clause keeps company's like this out of court. They hide behind that clause.

Everything about our transaction went beautifully. Mike got out to the house and provided me with an estimate promptly, then arrived to do the work when scheduled. He took care of all 3 issues we'd discussed and charged the amount he'd estimated. Aside from that, he was also kind and understanding of my situation. I'm very happy with Mike and the job he did.

BDon Joy
Don provided an accurate materials estimate, he shopped around for better pricing from various sources.  He performed the work as explained and held to the quoted prices. He did not perform inside trim work.  I did not think of this before-hand nor would I know to expect this be done as part of the job.  But if I were to do this type of work in the future, I would make sure I got prices to include this.  The inside trim comment is not intended to reflect anything on Don, rather just a FYI for someone looking to have glass block windows installed in their home. I had two other contractors bid on the job: One was $175 per window, the other was $125 per window.  Don Joy's price turned out to be $160 per window which is on the higher side, but I had experience with him before and I was comfortable with his work.

I can tell he did an excellent job on my steps.  He was a hard worker and doesnt mess around.  He didnt even take a break.  He did such a great job that I am having him come back out tomorrow to paint my walls, ceiling, window frames, and install another hand rail for my stairs.  He is also going to install a storm door for my front doorway.  He is an excellent guy and picked a great door.  It seems to be a family operation that works well together in teams.

it was one of the worst experiences of my life. 1st when CT consultants came to the house to go over the work to be done,he did not ask what needed done, he just went through the house & picked what he thought, they do not tell you you are entitled to median grade fixtures and doors ect. their contract states the "best of items will be installed" but they will give you no price list to work off of.  Also if you do not know anything about carpentry to ask every question, such as will the crew clean up what they mess up? Or what exactly do you supply? Or when you build the ramp will extend to an entry or walkway or road. With the exception of the front door, EVERYTHING done had to be redone. this is 2 weeks since finish and the paint and bonding are coming off the walls, the towel rack just fell on the floor, I have paint spatter all over my bedroom floor, they would not cover my furniture while they worked and I have either paint splatter or plaster all over my ottoman and chair, the back door is crooked & a wheel chair cannot access the back door (this door opening was suppose to be completly rebuilt and made wider) the area between the drive and ramp are s*** and is very difficult for a wc to access, my flower beds were  dug up and left, no mulch returned, no ADA shower or sink were installed. the ramp is nice but put in a different location then what was agreed upon, the contractor tried to bring in used linnen closets and other material.  He continually tried to chg what was written in the  contract, if I signed or not.  CTconsultants called me greedy because I wanted to have the work done right and wanted "median priced" faucets installed. CT consultants took 2 different papers & forged together with added prices and used my signature from one to another.  I was able to get a hold of the people who distribute the money and grant and THAN almost everything was redone. The state is in the process of investigating.& the $11,800 for lead abatement is a joke, what I got for my $11,800. was a painted front porch and basement floor and the 2 porch ceilings covered in alumium.. I am waiting for the state of Ohio to do their thing then I will decide on an attorney or filing fed. fraud charges. I am a retired widow, I have worked 2 jobs most of my life, I thought maybe all that tax money paid in was coming back a little. If DCD and CT paid me the $36,000 (that will stay as a lein on my mortgage for 5 years,if I die or go into a nursing home the city gets the house or money each yr. 18% is taken off) it would not be enough for what I was put through. Once again if you are poor or disabled in this country, get used to the bottom of the barrel.
