Recent Review: They were professional at selling us the pool and installing it. They tried very hard no to tear up the back yard while installing the pool and they did an awesome job at fixing the yard after it was installed. They even went over every detail about how to operate the pool before they left for the day. It only took one day for them to get everything completed.

Recent Review: I needed a new pool liner installed. They showed up to take measurements and give me an estimate. Within two weeks the liner was installed and the job finished. There was one small problem with the liner coming loose at an edge when water was being pumped in. I called immediately and they were out promptly the very next work day to fix the problem. They were very professional and handled everything to my satisfaction.

Recent Review: Our inground pool had been leaking all summer.  Usually just a couple of inches per week, but two or three times almost all the water leaked out!!  It was incredibly expensive to keep adding water almost everyday, let alone refilling the dang thing several times.  These guys came and found four holes and patched them and were gone in less than two hours.  I was very impressed with the job they did.  I was told upfront that the cost would be $500.00 ( unless they needed to purchase more materials to fix it, then it would be more).  Yes, it was a bit expensive, but not compared to what we spent in water.  I would recommend them to anyone with a problem with swimming pool leaks.

FHurricane Homes and Pools
His name is Jason Koonce.  We signed the contract October of 2010.  We gave him $10,000 down and my husband paid him the balance of $17,000 after he put the pool in.  He never came back to put in the electrical for the heat pump and didn't put in the equipment like a hand rail.  He ran.  We called him and he said he was down in Florida as his wife was having a baby.  Everything was supposed to be all inclusive including the  equipment and electrical services for the heat pump.  I don't know if he is still around here.  I looked him up on the Better Business Bureau and he wasn't there.  He acted like he was really going to do everything, once he installed the pool, he sent the equipment, he came back, did the electrical, blew the heat pump, and blamed it on us saying we didn't have the correct voltage to accommodate the heat pump.  Last Summer, I had ulcers because of him.  I was very angry and sat there asking myself, how can people do that to other people?  I give him the lowest ratings and will not ever use him again.  I will not refer him, either, and I will warn people.  I can't imagine what he would do if he constructs a house for someone.

FPOOL CITY
It sucked! Pool City hires people to install the pools. They did a crappy job picking people to work for them. We were told there would be a 4 week wait for the installation. It is still not completed. It has been at least 6 weeks. They changed our installation date 4 different times in 1 week. Due to rain they claimed. We had rain 1 day. The guy who was to finish the job today claimed he couldn't come because he didn't have a ride to my house because he has a DUI. GOOD PEOPLE out there. All he had to do is fix the skimmer!!!!! We need a brain scientist for that kind of job. Of course if we do it ourselves we would be liable. So of course we have to wait. And wait!!!! So, for 2 days now we have had water sitting in our pool, stagnating. No chemicals, no pump or filter going!!!! I would not recommend POOL CITY to my worst enemy!!!! POOL CITY pays for the first 4 inches of excavation. 4 inches ain't crap!!!!! You will pay at least $250 more out of pocket for the ground to be dug. BULL CRAP!!!!!!!!!! Summer is almost over and my kids can't even swim in the pool we bought for them!!!!!! We bought the pool at the beginning of June and are still waiting and it's almost the end of July!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO POOL CITY!!!!!!! IT IS HARMFUL TO YOUR STRESS LEVELS!!!!!!!!!
