Recent Review: I used them to get things organized after the appliance guy that I dealt with was such a jerk.  They came and repaired the used pump that the guy had sold me and they got the hot tub working.  The original estimate for repairing the hot tub was $1000 to $1200.  I ended up giving a $1000 to the jerk and Burnett Pools charged me $438 for the work that they did.  I would give them the top grade.  One would get what they pay for and they probably charge well.  I would give a top grade for their quality and responsiveness.  Their punctuality and professionalism is very, very good.

Recent Review: They are expensive but they do good work.  They are the only pool service we have in the area.  I just use them for service.  Everything worked fine.  Quality is good.  Took them a long time to come out.  They had a long list.

Recent Review: I was very pleased with my experience. Nick set up an appointment for an estimate within days of my initial contact. He listened to what I needed done, answered all my questions and. explained what would be involved to do the repairs. I received the written estimate 2 days later and the work was scheduled the day after I made the deposit. The workers were prompt, courteous and professional. All the work was completed to my satisfaction and everything was cleaned up. I would definitely hire them again.

Recent Review: Dave Anderson is the owner.  He's a total flake.  After I called him and had him come in, I had checked with Better Business Bureau and he had a D rating, but he deserves an F.  He takes ones money and never shows up and doesn't call.  He didn't show up in July and then I had an appointment with him on the 24th of August because I was going to be away.  He didn't come for that appointment.  I had several other appointments and he never showed up and I waited.  He would call and say that he was sick or his friend died or something like that.  He never called and he took $500 the first time to order the equipment and then when I talked to him at the end of August, he didn't remember that.  When he came in September he brought the equipment he was supposed to bring except that the motor and the pump was used.  He was going to come back and fix the pump and it was another month, but he hadn't called or anything.  He then called and said that his friend died.  At this point, I fired him and asked him not to come here anymore and told him that I was getting someone else.  By the time I was done with him I had paid him about $1000 and the cost of the equipment was probably about $700.  He is free handed to the good.  I don't know anything about the price because I don't know how much these things actually cost.  He's very unprofessional.

Recent Review: I called all over town trying to find someone to service a non-functioning indoor Whirlpool spa. I called Adam and Eve late in the day on April 11 and by 8:30 AM the following morning my spa was up and running! The technician was in and out in under 10 minutes and resolved the issue right away! I was very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism displayed! I would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

They were here about 16 days always on time at 9:00, very professional, pleasant, and always left my house cleaner than when they arrived. The bathroom turned out just gorgeous! If Michael and Steve don't become too popular from this website I hope to hire them again for future projects!

FLITEHOUSE POOLS AND SPAS
Overall this is a waste of $5800. We was told it had lights that it does not. We purchased it about 10 days ago. 10-20-08. After 2 days we had it up and running. Heated etc.. The digital display reads 104, that is what law allows now. NOT over... We was not told that 104 was only how far it can heat. We've been in others and had one ourself at our old home. We just built a new home with deck for spa and moved in recently. Lite house was told about the heat. We even used a digital thermometer that is used under the tongue on a person when sick to take the temp of spa. It read 103.2 degrees. Once we told Litehouse they had us call repair and they can out and checked it. Theirs read 103.3 degrees. We then was told that was close enough and they had a 1-2 degree allowance. 2 degrees would be 102 degrees. That's not a hot tub, that is a warm tub. We asked to repair it and they say they can not. So we asked to return it. We CAN NOT... It's a scam and they will not try to make it right and said for me to get a lawyer. I think that if the law now does not allow over 104, then it should go to 104. Anyone that uses a hot tub knows you want it hot. So that it's used 10-20 minutes and your out. My wife, my 2 sons, and I all can sit in it for 1 hour or as long as we want. It doesn't get that good hot feel like the one we had built in 1996, or hotel spas or others spas. LITEHOUSE should and must be held responsible for letting people know the 104 law if they are going to sell spas and they know the law has changed. Also now that it doesn't heat to the allowed law of 104, they should repair and if they can not repair take it back. They will not on both cases. So I'm forced to fight with them in court and every place else I can tell people to be aware and stay away from Litehouse spas. The salesperson told us it came with a 10/7/5 year warranty, but didn't tell us it was from Litehouse not the manufacturer that is 5/3/2.

Unfortunately all seemed to be going well until I was informed that they don't install the pools so I had to hire someone to do it. When I went to get my pool permit, I was told noone was registered in my town to install pools. Unfortunately, because I couldn't find anyone who was registered, I cancelled my pool order. What a BIG disappointment for my family. My suggestion is if you buy a pool from a company that doesn't install them, check with your local city officials first to see if you need a registered person to put your pool up before you buy one.
