Dayton Fuel Tank Removal

I seem to have this problem with 5 out of 6 hvac providers in Springfield, when calling for service. It is very upsetting when trying to work and get something done and businessess can't even bother to get back with you. Very poor customer service! I would not treat my customers that way or I would be out of business.

Arrived promptly at a pointed time. Assessed that new tank was needed. Called acquired new tank installed all in one day!WoW!

He came and assessed the problem quickly and accurately. He offered me a couple of solutions and went right to work. Less than 20 minutes later the problem was solved and everything was flowing...smoothly. Excellent service and very personable....he even gave me a discount that I didn't know was available to me. I would hire them again.

I called early in the morning when we realized the tank was leaking. A real person answered the phone and assured us someone would be out that day. The service men arrived mid-afternoon, replaced the tank and answered all my questions. They were very professional and helpful.

He was able to come the same day I call and install tank. John was very professional and did clean work.

They immediately responded to our questions and continued follow up to ensure they were able to assist us.  They arrived as arranged and worked quickly to get jobs done.  Professional and personable.  Gave status and suggestions throughout install.  We're going to have them come back out and install a water pressure tank which he suggested when he was here.  Our water pressure is low and our current tank is not working appropriately.  He suggested a larger tank and higher psi.  We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

Mr. Hamm was excellent, however he has had a stroke and is no longer in business. He has moved out of state with his son.

Our septic system had backed up into the house and  because of a pump out system in the laundry area, into the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and toilet.  We called at 6:30 in the morning for help from this company and the phone was answered immediately by the owner Jim.    He was courteous and offered services by 9:00 am.  He and son  Dalton arrived promptly at 9:00 in a clean, modern truck.  The services were performed quickly and we were assured that the tank was operating successfully, but that the problem was in the line from the house to the septic.  He quickly made several phone calls and had a drain company with snake services there within an hour. (Clarks Discount Drain Services).  A huge root ball was removed from our line, the process explained thoroughly and our problems were solved by 11:00. I would highly recommend these two companies for any septic or tile problems.  Affordable, courteous, very good at explaining all aspects of the system and the maintenance.

There was a problem after they installed the tank and they needed to order a part. It seemed like the materials and products aren't A rated.

Had hot water tank installed by Korrect Plumbing in 2010. Last night the tank shut its self down. I attempted to light it with no luck. This morning I called Korrect, explained what was going on the the tank.  Even with the busy work load I was promised someone would be out today.  Around 1:45pm I got  a call to advise the tech was on his way to my home, with him arriving just as I hung up the phone. After checking several things, it was advised it was likely the gas valve. Call was made to locate parts, with the tech advising it was under warranty. Labor is not included with the warranty,which I understood and was fine with that.  He ran and picked up parts quickly returned and went right back to work.  After installing theramal unit, computer board, and finally gas valve, it was indeed the gas valve. All parts and materials were included with the warranty.  And at this point I actually have a new tank, with everything that was replaced.  With the new parts starting a new six year warranty, I was very happy. This plumber was polite, curtious, explained everything, cleaned up and advised he was sorry it took so long. This has always been my experience with Korrect Plumbing, and I have used them for many years. From the time you make contact with this company until they are leaving with the job finished, they are a joy to work with.  I will continue to call them as needed, and would strongly suggest this company to everyone.
