Recent Review: I had gotten a quote from another company and they told me I needed to replace my air conditioner unit. They gave me a quote of $3,000. I decided to get another quote, they told me it needed freon and a blower motor. It was a few thousand less than replacing it. I have not had any problems with it since then.

Recent Review: Installer arrived in A.M.Was immediately told he needed more parts. Left to get "more parts". When he returned he started installing. It was a wet day and even though he was using the back door, installer tracked mud into house repeatedly. After we had been charged 150 dollars for a new line set, we were then told it would not fit and a "hole" had to be cut into the front of our new furnace and would stick out and be visible . After more new parts and a whole day, the unit was finally finished and did work. the company never checked in for a follow up and the unit was ok until it got really hot outside and then would not keep up. The company where the unit was bought new said it should be plenty large for our home yet the installer said it was to small. We later found out it had not been fully charged!
