Recent Review: I emailed Mobile wash to get a quote on gutter cleaning for our house and they quoted a very competitive $175 including flushing the downspouts. They were able to schedule the service for later that week and were very prompt and professional. They ended up adding $25 because they did a lot of extra work pressure washing the deck and walkways that had gotten pretty slippery. We were very pleased with the quality of the service overall and will definitely work with Mobile Wash in the future!

Recent Review: they went as far as to sand, stain and seal all the wood work. it even came with a 5 year warranty on all work. the workmanship was superb although the job took a little longer than i think it should have, but it was worth every minute. nice job!!!
Recent Review: THE HOUSE ,DECK, OUTBUILDING, FURNITURE AND DOG KENNEL WERE ALL POWER WASHED PAINTED AND TRIMMED. THE OWNER DID THE PAINTING AND CHECKED ALL WORK DONE BY HIS HELPERS. WILL HIRE AGAIN FOR MY NEXT PAINTING JOB
We have an older home that fell into disrepair. Machen Brothers Home Improvement agreed to paint it part of it and to replace the rotten wood on it for what we felt was a very good price. They were reliable about getting work done in a timely manner. The boss and crew seemed pleasant and professional. The work they did has made a big improvement in the appearance of our house. The wood work they did seems excellent. When the project was almost finished, they suggested that we have our old deck replaced because it was getting wobbly. The company also did this for a very good price. We would definitely recommend their services.

FPoe's Decking and Construction
Terrible! Took downpayment but did not start project for 10 weeks. Did not buy all materials, breeched the contract, walked away yet stated he had $3000.00 of my money left but would not buy more materials. Shoddy work. Framework not level, wood cuts are bad with screws exposed when connecting wood up to 3/4 ". Once trex deck boards were put on the deck it is so wavy that chairs wobble. He took deck boards off. Joists were extremely uneven. Contractor even marked numerous low, high joists, beams high/ low but he built the framework?? Walked away with only a partial poorly constructed framework done. Do not give this man your hard earned money.

ABy All Means & More
The guys were here three days. Chris Means and his men were all extremely polite and friendly. The guys showed up on time every day and let us know when they were leaving in the evening. They let us know when they would return and did so on time. They took their shoes off inside the house. They appeared to be treating the work as if they were doing it on their own homes. The repointing of bricks on the side of the house was tricky; it had been done about 26 years ago but always looked bad, and in recent years it became clear it needed to be redone. They not only did it well, they fixed it so you can hardly tell it ever had a problem. Everything is wonderful. Because a tree was dropping small flower petals all over the deck, they set up tarps to cover the deck overhead, to prevent the droppings from landing on the deck while they waterproofed it. Every bit of work is perfect...and my father was a general contractor, so I have an eye for this stuff. BEST OF ALL: Chris Means told us what the charge would be and we signed the contract. But while the work was being done some little things showed up that needed to be done, and he did those things AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! That must be why the business is called By All Means AND MORE. Because we got MORE than we bargained for. I am so happy to have found a contractor I can count on. Chris looks very young, but he clearly knows what he is doing. I found out that By All Means and More does a huge variety of services and will call Chris first from now on. I would be happy to give By All Means and More a reference by mail or on the phone any time.

Chris and his team have done an excellent job with every job I've given them. I am remodeling a very old home and there are always unexpected surprises every time we open up a wall to do something else and they are always prepared to handle it. Chris is very conscientious about staying on budget and I can trust his crew inside my house. I think that dogs are excellent judges of character and both of my German Shepherds absolutely love all the guys on his crew which is really all I need to know about their character.

ABy All Means & More
As usual, By All Means did a great job and at a great price. The old steps had dropped somewhat making the top step too far from the threshold and creating a tripping hazard. In addition, my arthritis made taking the big step up painful. They got rid of the old steps and built new ones, and the work is perfect. It looks great and is exactly what I asked for. They arrived on time, cleaned up and left us happy. And, as the last two words in the name "...And More" suggests, they did something I wasn't charged for. One of our exterior lights stopped working, and they figured out the problem and took care of it. We will always call By All Means And More.

AOhio Valley Pressure Washing and Sealing
It went very well. On Sunday they pressure washed the entire house. On Tuesday they spray painted the house. It took them about seven hours to paint. It looked very nice. They did a neat clean job. They charged $2100. The other estimate I'd gotten for pressure washing & spray painting was $4200.

DBy All Means & More
Deck itself was completed as contracted with one exception. I have a gate that has never worked properly for any length of time. Going in and out requires people to lift the gate up. Gate is also crooked by being 2-3" lower on one side than the other. Before warranty was up I contacted the head carpenter that the gate was not working correctly. About a month later he visited and agreed. He adjusted. Had to lower the latch because gate was sinking on one side. That didnt help for long. Gate continued to sink. He came back. Removed the gate. Made some changes to it. At that time I expressed my concern that gate was crooked. I was told "it is settling". Gate has continued to sink on one side and Im back to having a non-functioning gate that people have to lift up in order to go in or out. Although the warranty is up, the gate has never functioned correctly for any period of time. It looks pretty bad. I recently contacted the owner by email, asking to have gate fixed correctly. Have not received any response. During construction I was constantly reminded that they would make sure I was happy with final product. I have enclosed a pic of the gate. You can notice how crooked it is.
