i asked for a maintenance free deck, they talked us into a wood deck, were told maintenance free would be very hot and slippery they promised to have it done by middle of June, it was done first of august they promised boards wouldn't be split, boards were split, some boards had spaces between the boards, some didn't have spaces they promised to predrill holes before putting screws in, they didn't i asked for a stain, it looks like a paint it looked as bad as the deck they replaced they are showing ramp part of deck on their internet and I didn't give them permission extremely disappointed, i got good reviews from Angie's list

 1. toilet  installed, patch work on wall not finished  2. kitchen faucet never started  3. attempts to assemble shed (was purchased as an open box item) X 3. After 3rd visit I was informed that parts were missing and job couldn't be done.  At that time I was told that I owed additional $400 dollars for their time at attempts to assemble- NO PRIOR notification that I was incurring these charges for my approval.  I was able to get new shed and was then informed I would be charged an additional $200 to assemble and that ALL money was to be paid in advance, including remainder of money due upon completion of jobs ($ 294.94). Like a fool I paid it all to get the jobs over and done. That was in January 2014. When the weather finally cleared, I contacted Mr. Parris White (owner) to get approx date for job completion.  Was put off until May, then July and then said would be unable to do job- basically because I was pushing for a date. I agreed that would be for the best. I was sent a refund check for $275 dollars for faucet install and shed re-build only, they refused to refund end of contract $294.94. So nearly done toilet replacement - during which my pipes were broken at additional cost of >$1000- cost me $989.88!!  I really feel at least I should be refunded end of contract money When trying to resolve issues with Mr & Mrs White I felt like I was belittled, treated like I was stupid for feeling I was charged inappropriately.  Ultimately was threatened with legal action and third party involvement. Bad idea to deal with or trust these people!! I learned a very expensive lesson.
