Recent Review: The guys came out and were very professional. They removed everything from the deck and gave suggestions on what color the deck should be painted. The end result was a nicely painted deck and it didn't take too long to complete.

Recent Review: Excellent and detailed estimate. Showed up on time and walked me through the process. There was a potential exterior mold issue that could alter the quality of the final product. Sales person brought an expert out for a consult to ensure if the job was done by them that it was of the best quality possible.

Recent Review: They did the work pretty quickly and showed up when they said they would. There were two small spots they missed painting and I couldn't get them to come back and touch them up.

Recent Review: I first contacted Scott Frasure in mid-June for an estimate on painting the exterior of our house, in addition to painting the front door, the front screen door and trim, and hanging new shutters.  Our house is aluminum sided and was in desperate need of a good painting.  Scott came out a few days later and walked around the house to view it and get an idea of what this project would entail.  Scott explained in detail what would be done and then provided an estimate for the cost of materials.  Scott advised he would email me an estimate in the next several days for the total cost of the project.  Scott let us know that he was busy with other projects and that our house would be painted by the end of summer as he was unable to provide an exact date at that time.  We were fine with this because we knew the rainy weather had caused delays with outdoor work being done. As promised, several days later I received Scott's proposal for our exterior paint project.  I emailed Scott our acceptance and advised I would be mailing 1/2 of the cost that was needed for scheduling.  Scott emailed a few days later to advise he received our payment and would order materials when the check cleared.  Once the check cleared, Scott emailed to advise he purchased the materials and would contact me when he had a start date for our project.   Scott emailed approximately a month later, in July, to advise he had a tentative start date of August 25 for our paint project and he would keep me apprised of when he would begin.  Scott then sent an email on August 21 to advise he would be starting the job on Monday, August 25.    The job went wonderfully!  Scott and Larry came out as scheduled, power washed the house, and prepped it for painting.  On day 2, they painted the soffits, the north side of the house, the front door, and some other areas to prepare for the larger sections needing paint.  Well, the weather had been great up until early evening when it rained.  Scott emailed the next morning to advise he would be out later in the day to let the house dry up due to the previous evenings rain.  When Scott came out, he looked at the areas of the house that was painted for streaking caused by the rain and advised he would clean the areas and repaint them.  Scott then covered and taped off the windows and sliding door for the painting that would be done on Thursday.   Scott and Larry arrived bright and early to begin the last leg of the project.  They worked diligently, as they had during the entire project and finished the job a few hours earlier than expected. Scott and Larry both displayed professionalism, are very skillful in painting and all it entails, courteous, and were a great pleasure to have at my home working.  They used drop cloths on the deck, concrete, and the lawn areas around the house. They cleaned up after each days work and did a spectacular job!  They used top quality Sherwin Williams paint and the colors were exactly what we wanted for the exterior of the house and front door.  I would definitely recommend Frasure Painting for your painting needs as they do interior painting as well as exterior.  I plan on calling Scott next year when I start next year's project of remodeling the interior of our home.

ACase Painting & Staining
CASE PAINTING DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANY PAINT LEFT FROM OUR JOB FOR TOUCHUPS AND FOUND THAT THERE WASNT ANY, ANDY (THE SALES PERSON) CALLED THE PAINT STORE TO HAVE A GALLON MADE UP FOR ME. WHAT GREAT SERVICE!

BBEST BUY PAINTING
Brad was very responsive and professional.  My only complaint was that he left two strips of the old paint on my back porch and when I asked why he didn't paint them, he said that he couldn't because then he would have to paint a bunch of other stuff, which didn't make sense to me.  It is a small thing that makes the whole job seem unfinished.  Other than that, he was excellent, very helpful, and the quality of work and professionalism was on target.

ANorthcoast Painting And Pressure Washing
Great service. Very professional and friendly. They made sure to update us on any schedule changes due to rain. Completed the job faster than we thought they would be able to due to the weather.

ATHOROUGH PRO PAINTING
I FOUND MATT AND MIKE KOVACIC TO BE EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL PAINTERS. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR, ACTUALLY SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER THAN THE OTHER PAINTERS WE CONTACTED THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST. THEY DO PRECISE WORK, TRIM IS ALWAYS DIFFICULT! THEY LIGHTENED OUR WINDOWS AND DOORS FROM A VERY DARK BROWN TO A CREAM. ANY QUESTION OR CONCERN WAS PROMPTLY ADDRESSED. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

DPerfect Touch Painting & Powerwashing
This service was provided last fall. We were very displeased with the job, but never got around to writing a review. I am writing now because of how poorly the stain that was applied to the deck held up since then and over this summer. It has faded terribly. After the job was done last fall, we contacted the owner because promised work was not completed, replacing several wood panels on the back of the garage that were rotted and broken. Instead, these were merely painted over. The owner wouldn't budge, stating that we had gotten what we paid for. (Actually, the trim that they did replace was not necessary or requested.) The deck was also not stained down to the ground on the posts. The crew on TWO occasions left windows open in the house, one being in the attic. We have cats!! When I told the owner, his response was, "That's not good." Finally, while I was away one day, the owner called me to see if they should close and lock the front door which had been painted. I asked how they had gained entry into the home, and was told that a worker had opened and climbed in a window from the outside. In similar style, the owner of the company was surprised that this being done without our consent would bother me.  I purchased Angie's List at the time for the purpose of finding a painting contractor. Might as well have saved that money.

APerfect Touch Painting & Powerwashing
Came when they said they would. Did excellent paint job. A little mix-up on the stain color for the pool deck. But Jim redid the paint. They had the most reasonable estimate. Would hire them again. I have already recommended to my neighbor.

AGarrity Painting
After checking Angie's list, John Garrity came to estimate the project and was very detailed which provided the best quote. After he started, John, Scott, Matt, and Trish all worked together to repair and paint our windows with great care and professionalism. After each day, John would show the result of the day's work and they did a good job cleaning up after each work day.

AProtect A Deck and More
Both the carpentry work and the painting staining work were performed in a very professional manner. We were impressed that they used appropriate required safety care. Bottom line, excellant work at a fair price.

CCertaPro Painters® of Chagrin Falls OH
Interactions with sales and office staff were prompt and excellent, and I received a detailed quote. Painting crews either showed-up without prior scheduling or were late for scheduled start times. Work done did not fully meet quoted proposal and mistakes were made. Garage was suppose to be painted in a latex satin finish paint, but got stained with the deck stain in a flat finish. Everything was suppose to get 2 coats, but some surfaces only got one coat. Painting crew did a reasonably good job at masking off and painting, but other prep work in quote (caulking gaps, scraping old paint, etc.) was not done. Painting crew clearly did not have a good understanding of scope of work that was in the written contract.
