Recent Review: Ron's employee's are very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, as is the owner Ron. They found the problem immediately. They fixed all leaks, drainage issues, and replaced the sum-pump. They cleaned everything up and would not have known they were here. I highly recommend this company to anyone with basement leaks. He is a local business owner, which is better than a corporate company.

Recent Review: See review 2015 for part one of story. I found I stilled worried about water in the basement crawl space even though there was a big improvement with the 2015 fixes. So I called Tim again and talked about options. Since the full size part of the basement didn't seem to have any water problems we left that alone and concentrated on the crawl space. His crew punched holes along the bottom of the walls to let water flow out. They draped the holes to direct the water flow into a pipe that took the water to the sump pump. They sprayed the walls to kill any mold that had formed and draped them with a material that made them look better. They also covered the pipe with concrete. The crew was wonderful, Brandon in particular. They worked hard in very uncomfortable circumstances (hard pebbly floor surface, 3 ft height, and huge spiders). At the same time, they sprayed foam into the space between the rafters along the outside of the wall (no more huge spiders) to insulate. To prevent future problems they reinforced my back basement wall to prevent the horizontal crack at the freeze line from becoming bigger. I am thrilled with the results. Besides the bonus of being spider free, I have no water in my crawl space, ever. I can hear the sump pump working nonstop during heavy rains and big snow melts. I didn't know I had bought in a high water table area and that basement water was a common problem in the area. You sure can't tell by my basement any more.

Recent Review: This is a superior company to work with.  Extremely professional, honest, and friendly to work with.  Neverwet came recommended to me by a friend last year when my basement was literally under water.  Neil the owner came out himself to do the estimate in hours of notice from my friend that I desperately needed help with the situation in my basement as soon as possible.  Neil saw the condition my basement was in and re-arranged his crew to work additional hours outside of the normal work day to get the work done that was required to keep my basement from further flooding.  My  basement was literally a swimming pool.  I've never seen this kind of work being done to jackhammer cement and literally carry hundreds  of buckets of cement from the basement to outdoors while still taking every step to keep my house as clean as possible even thought the work was the messiest type of work I've ever seen anyone have to do.  When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up after themselves and left my basement in a condition I had never seen it in before.  The walls were cleaned of the mold and nice white sheets of mold preventive plastic was put up, the cement floor looked brand new where they had to dig the holes to put all new tiles beneath the floor.  It was absolutely the best work I had ever seen completed in such a short time.  They did a fantastic job and I never had a water issue again, and their work comes with lifetime warranty.   My basement was dry and odor free.  1 year later I sold this home and bought another to which I knew going in I was going to have water issues in the basement.  The previous owners had another company come in and do work in the basement, however it was clear that what they did was not working as there was water on the floor and the wall blocks were soaked with water.  I knew I was voiding the warranty which came with the home from the other company, however I knew I was making a better decision by having Neverwet come in and do the work.  Again Neil and his team did an exemplary job again in a very short time frame as I had a move date already booked.   Neil helped with other issues which I had which went above and beyond the job he was hired to do.  He and his team take great pride in their work and in doing what ever is necessary to make the customer happy and stress free while the work is being done.   Now I have a basement in my new home that I don't feel is like a dungeon.  It's clean, dry, and odor free.  I've now used Neverwet twice in the last two years and I would highly without any hesitation recommend this company to everyone.  I wish that every company I've had to interface with over the years had the same integrity and professionalism that Neil and his team bring to the table when getting a job done.  It would make the life of a consumer much easier when trying to get work done correctly, on time, and worry free.  Hire Neverwet, you will not regret it!!!

Recent Review: The previous owner of my house had installed French Drains. Regardless, I still had water coming into my basement--especially after a hard rain or thaw. I got estimates from several companies and different opinions on what the problem was and how to fix it. By coincidence (and VERY good luck) I happened to find the contractor who had installed the French Drains. Shane Armstrong, owner of Armstrong Waterproofing, remembered installing the drains several years ago. Now--the REALLY OUTSTANDING part of this story, is that Shane wanted to stand by his work! Shane didn't have to do that--since I was not the party who had the drains installed. But luckily, that didn't matter to Shane! He insisted he would make it right with me and find out why I continued to have a water issue in my basement. It took many, many steps and missteps to figure out where and how the water was coming in. Shane's crew dug out around my drains THREE times! Shane even reimbursed me the cost of having a plumber go down the drain with a camera! Shane was absolutely determined and committed to solving my water problem! It took quite a long time, and much frustration, to figure it out--but finally, Shane determined that the lining around my chimney's perimeter needed to be redone. Since that was completed, I have not had any water coming into my basement! I can't thank Shane enough for all the hard work he and his crew put into this project! Shane is truly one of the BEST contractors I've ever dealt with--he's a man of his word and stands by his work one thousand and one percent! I would recommend him to everyone out there in Angie's List Land! :-) If you have water in your basement--Shane Armstrong is the man for your job! Don't waste your time calling any other company! THANK YOU, SHANE!

ATop To Bottom Home Improvement Company LLC
My basement became extremely damp over the spring, and into summer. I contacted several companies, some of them not even returning my call. Top To Bottoms owner (John Geer) contacted me himself. John walked us through the process. Explained everything in clear detail with the written estimate,as well as taking several pictures, which made it a smoother process for us with our insurance company. All said and done, we had the basement waterproofed, and vented windows installed. We are very happy with the results, and highly recommend Top To Bottom Home Improvement.

AARMSTRONG WATERPROOFING Inc
I contacted 6 different companies for quotes and review. I found Shane Armstrong, the owner was very upfront and very knowledgeable. He offered and reviewed different options with me. His two sons work on the crew and his one son Brandon is the Manager of the crew. There were a total of 5 guys working the job. They all were very respectful and professional. Brandon did a great job of multi tasking and and utilizing the entire crew to get the job done. We ran into an issue but Brandon came up with a option that would make it work. It cost more for the fix however, it was worth it. These guys work hard and just kept plugging away. Shane told me it would be a 4-5 day job. They finished in 4 days. Brandon gave me his card and told me to contact him if there were any issues. I am satisfied and feel I made the right choice by choosing Armstrong Waterproofing. They are a family owned company and I truly feel will back up the work they perform. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Shane and his crew!!

AEagle Plumbing
A hole had formed in a copper hot water supply pipe to the kitchen. We discovered it when my husband found standing water in the basement. We feared that we would need to replace 4-5 joints, but the plumber said only two needed repair. He came promptly, worked quickly and saved us some money.

Extremely pleased. Response time exceeded expectations (over a holiday even). Work was excellent. Since the drain valve was broken, the hot water heater couldn't be drained before work was done. Watching him pull the old piece and and insert in the new one under water pressure - with very little loss of water - made it clear the years of experience he brought to the job. He also stayed to make sure all faucets were working throughout the house before leaving.

The plumbers work was successful. The work took about an hour because the house is very old, but he never gave up. I definitely plan on using them for future work.

AA Cleaner Image Cleaning & Restoration
I was delayed in arriving for the inspection, but the company representative was very willing to start over from the beginning and totally repeat the report findings when I did arrive.  He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.  However, we have not yet had anything done, because of the cost and work involved.
