Recent Review: Jason began work on the house earlier than projected by a few days. He and his crew have been working and have gotten so much done already. They are staying on schedule and although there have been unexpected surprises, Jason has tried to keep the cost close to the original one when the contract was signed. Jason has stayed in touch with me by texting 2-3 times a week to keep me apprised of how the work is going. He has sent pictures of the demolition, the repair of the foundation, pouring the cement in the crawl space and a surprise patio with the extra cement. I am so pleased with the way things are going with my house and how professional Jason DeGroat has been throughout the process. I would recommend Explicit Exteriors highly to anyone looking for a contractor. Ann Moutner

Recent Review: Mike basically used our property as his own and even lived in the uncompleted house for a number of weeks sleeping and taking showers, we took him to court and won a judgment against him, to date he has not paid. In fact he owns nothing, his car, house, and all his personal items are registered in his daughter's name and he demands payment in cash. STAY AWAY FROM MIKE BENNETT, BUYER BE WARNED!!!!!

DMr Fix It
First wrote:  Dave is very capable and conveys the sense that he knows just what he is doing.  Then, he proves it by doing the job correctly!  Dave responded quickly to a referral from a friend, explained what he would do and waited until we were ready to have the work done.  And, he is happy to explain what he is doing and why he is doing the way he is!  I learned a lot in the process. Recent experience:  I had to re-install the heat vents myself.  When I called to get help removing the galvanized pipe from under the crawl space I received no response.

Andy and his team were prompt, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. He communicated updates by phone and by email to me and my husband. When we added something not in the original contract he quickly priced it out and revised our paperwork and sent the revised estimate again. He was so amazing to work with. We also greatly appreciated his concern when he felt our "new" basement crawlspace was not drying out quickly enough. He actually came back to our home and loaned us an industrial size fan for about ten days.  Well, our work was completed nearly 4 months ago and it  feels like it has been raining ever since. I 'm happy to report that our basement and attic are dry as a bone! I used to have nightmares about our horrible basement crawlspace and would never go down there. Now, it's like a new space entirely.
