Recent Review: The plumber arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a missing clamp where the drain pipe connects the the disposer. Since this was a part specific to the brand of disposer, he knew he'd need to order a replacement. He turned his attention to getting the best possible seal he could absent the clamp. He returned the following week with the missing part. The drain had not leaked at all between his visits. He made the final repair and all is well. Our experience with both the plumber and the company was excellent.

Recent Review: I had a leak from my garbage disposal. Not an emergency, but I called during the week between Christmas and New Years. They got back to me and scheduled an appointment for the week after New Years. The service person arrived right on time. He immediately determined that the disposal I had was beyond repair (no real surprise - it was and gt;15 yrs old). He said my choice was to remove it or replace it. I wanted to replace it and he said he had some on the truck. The cost was and gt;$400. I was shocked, but felt I didn't have a lot of choices. He installed the new unit in under 30 min. He also fixed a clogged drain in the upstairs tub at no cost. After he left, I looked up the cost of the disposal online - and saw it was priced at ~$100. Since the whole repair from start to finish took just over 30 min, that's a truly ridiculous hourly labor rate! I was happy with the quality of the repair, but I am still appalled at the price.

Recent Review: The owner himself answered my phone call this morning, and said he would come to evaluate and repair whatever was causing the leak under the kitchen sink by late morning. His timing was a little off, but he called to tell me when he would be here instead and was as good as his word. It took him perhaps five minutes to determine the sites of TWO leaks, one under each of the double sinks. He returned to his place of business to get a new garbage disposal. Shortly thereafter his younger son, who has been working in the business for about ten years, arrived to complete the work. He installed the new disposal, tightened and checked all the plumbing under the sinks, and cleaned up whatever debris had accumulated during the work.

Recent Review: This experience was exemplary. I placed the call to inquire about the company's availability on a recommendation from a handyman I've used. Fred Austin called me exactly when the person who answered the phone told me he would. He asked me some questions about the problem, told me what he thought it probably was, but said he wanted to send his son-in-law, who works for him, over to take a look with an eye to probably doing the real work of it the next morning. The son-in-law came over, spent ample time reviewing everything, checked the drain, etc. The original problem was that all of a sudden, my sink filled up with nasty water when I used the dishwasher and nothing was draining. They scheduled to come back the next morning. The next morning, two guys (including the son-in-law) showed up on time. They were friendly and they explained what they were doing. They laid down cloth on my carpet so they wouldn't track any dirt of mud down anywhere throughout the house. They worked quickly and replaced all the piping under my sink and down into the basement. The piping was old-style and was corroded and had become completely blocked.

Recent Review: We hired Joe Lynch to install a furnace and A/C unit along with electric and plumbing for a brand new home. Joe was very rude a disrespectful. He messed up everything he touched. He installed the dishwasher and never pulled the plug to the garbage disposal so the dishwasher flooded. He did a shabby job on the electric. Then he hired a electrical inspector to do the inspection who was no longer allowed to do electrical inspections in our county and therefore we were unable to get our certificate of occupancy and had to hire a different inspector. This inspector found multiple problems that needed to be corrected in order to get our C of O. Joe would not respond to us so I had to have my lawyer draw up a letter and send it to him to get him to come back and fix things. He ran the electric in my garage like a little kid would. Nothing in straight lines it was so bad the contractors (who we had hired to build the garage) who subbed him out to run the electric in it paid to put insulation up to cover up the mess. He also never hooked up the wire for my A/C in my thermostat as the house was built in the winter. I had to hire another electrician to come back to fix that. He drilled 2 holes out of my house through the siding in wrong places. One of which went under my concrete front porch that 12 years later came back to haunt me because mice were getting in. This man is a hack and is rude. He was overheard at the job site by another contractor saying these young rich kids don't deserve a home like this. He was very rude to my wife where she called me crying because he wouldn't do something she had asked him to do. Which was not put the 6x6 wood panel where the meter box was right out the front door of the house. Please do not hire this man to do anything for you.
