Business Description: Give your kitchen, bar or bathroom a modern and unique upgrade. Concrete countertops are economical and environmentally friendly. Quality of concrete countertops is greater than or equal to granite, but will cost you thousands of dollars less! Myths: Concrete countertops are hard to maintain. - This is not true. Concrete countertops require same maintenance as any other stone (Granite, Marble, Slate...). Sealing and waxing of natural stone, just like concrete countertops, is required to prevent staining and to maintain its natural look. Seal/wax once a year, or less, to maintain countertop. If you feel concrete is the perfect material for you, contact Al! Licensed engineer with years of concrete experience. Honest and quality work, always.

Recent Review: We hired Moran Construction to gut and remodel the bathroom off of the master bedroom. In addition to the remodel we expanded the size of the bathroom moving a wall about four feet and also moved the toilet which required plumbing work. Also we replaced the octagon window in the bathroom so basically the whole thing was gutted and redone. For the floor we chose tile and the single stall shower was converted to a full bath. Moran Construction did all of this work with a high level of professionalism and they were a pleasure to work with. Once the job began they stayed on it until completion, cleaned up after themselves well and worked at a solid pace until the job was done. I highly recommend them.

Brad and his company did a fantastic job on the bathroom, he came when he said he would and finished it in the time frame specified. He was open to suggestions as we went along and I would certainly use his services again. He provided me with a detailed punch list of what was to be done in the order of work performed with cost breakdown on each item. A great contractor, I plan on using him to do my roof this summer!.

The plumber and his assistant were talented, smart workers. They worked efficiently and did a terrific bathroom re-do. Toilet, sink, great shower, electrical, flooring. I would re-hire them in a minute.

We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel. The workers were very profession and friendly. The work was done in the time allotted. They never left a mess at the end of the day. We highly recommend NY Sash!

Mike did a great job helping me with my plan for the bathroom, he was able to look a few steps ahead and point out possible future concerns and offer alternative suggestions. He made everything simple, I literally only needed to pick out what I wanted, and he took care of the rest (ordering, delivering, etc.). He and his crew arrived and finished exactly when Mike said they would, and cleaned up after. His eye for detail was especially appreciated, making sure everything worked perfectly, and even fixing a couple other small things for me while he was here. I will definitely use him again!!

Eddie & his crew did a great job. He was very patient w/us as a bathroom remodel grew into a complete condo make-over. The “trashed” condo that we purchased is now a beautiful home.

My wife and I stopped at their both at the MV home show. We described our projects and said we were interested in a quote. They refused to set up an appointment unless both of us agreed to be at the meeting. I asked why I needed to be there and was told it was my home and I was a decision maker. I responded that I had complete confidence in my wife making decisions and if that was a problem we would take our business elsewhere. They would not budge so we left.

Any remodeling project big or small can be an intimidating, apprehensive, and stress filled experience for most of us. I had undertaken doing this complete job myself in July 1990. What I thought would be a two week remodel, dragged on for three months; as anything that could go wrong with my lack of experience,  untimely, or undelivered parts and accessories, compounded with the usual major remodeling project snafus, guaranteed for me that I would never tackle anything like this again on my own, in my lifetime. Twenty four years later enters Jeff Clavin (Design Consultant for New York Sash). We set up an appointment at their home office at 349 Oriskany Blvd. in Whitesboro. Jeff arrived on time at the appointed time. We felt comfortable with him almost immediately and within the next several hours he detailed for us exactly all that would be done and established a concrete price that was confirmed for us with a clear and comprehensive contract/document that left no doubts in our mind as to what we were getting for the significant amount of money we were about to spend. He stayed with us until we were completely satisfied with the answers we got related to project scheduling, completion and payment. It was a daunting process that he made easy for us to get through, with the complete confidence that we made a good choice on who we wanted to do this work for us. We signed the original contract on May 2, 2014. With forty bathroom projects scheduled ahead of us, and custom made items (e.g. walls, tub, trim, etc.) to be ordered, manufactured and delivered, we had sufficient time ahead of us to order the extras we needed at Lowe's, Home Depot and other brick and mortar stores, to give this project our personal touch. Fast forward to Monday, July 28th and Mike Grant pulls up at the appointed time (8:30 am) in our driveway with New York Sash's "Ace Hardware Store" on wheels, to begin our bathroom remodeling project. Once again, the rapport and likeability factor with Mike was established instantly. It was easy to confirm in the first five minutes that Mike was someone who knows the home construction business inside and out. This was additionally confirmed by his pithy and very impressive resume and work experience that's available for all to see on New York Sash's great web-site. Mike stayed with us for the next five days (Monday through Friday) from 8:30 am to 5 pm, until the final screw, trim piece and accessory was exactly where it needed to be. It was amazing to watch this man work! When something went wrong (e.g. a corroded water pipe bursting water inside the wall, or incorrectly sized sink top that was the store's ordering error) he calmly and confidently made things right, as if it was nothing out of the ordinary. He managed in every instance to keep us informed and completely satisfied in everything he was doing. The proof of his professional lifelong home building and remodeling skills became apparent at the end of the fifth day. Words could never do justice to the bathroom remodeling project he completed for us. I just wish I could show you, or attach photos here of the before and after results. They say "a picture is worth a thousand words" and it would certainly save you have having to read too many more of my own here. Regardless, we just want to convey to New York Sash, Jeff and Mike how completely satisfied and happy we are with all of the work you have done for us. Mike, Thank you for your patience and understanding with us over those five hard working days for you. The results of your labor speaks volumes for your work ethic, seemingly unlimited skills and integrity. We learned a lot and enjoyed those five days immensely. Have a great year! :-)   Joe & Joan
