Recent Review: The service was okay. The install took a little time. I felt that what was advertised, and what I received wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I think I should’ve been given the choice if I wanted that product, or if I wanted something different. They workers were professional, and they worked as long as they could to finish the job. I would recommend them to others
Recent Review: I was searching for a cheaper alternative to home security monitoring. My family and I are on a tight budget, and we could not afford the steep charges from Suddenlink and other local home security providers for their systems. The two things causing the services to be so expensive were: (a) the cost of the monthly phone service we would need, since we don't have home phone service, and (b) the cost of the monitoring itself. We would had to pay about $80 a month, or more with these traditional companies! Thankfully I found NextAlarm after some careful googling. They are a fraction of the price of any of their competitors. Their system appeals to me, because it uses the internet rather than a phone line, saving lots of money. Their monitoring itself (done in the traditional way, with real people in a dispatch office) is also substantially cheaper on top of that. I paid $250 for the home security kit and now I only pay $13.50 per month for the monitoring! Its so cheap that the costs are literally offset entirely by the savings to my homeowner's insurance premium. The support staff at NextAlarm are great. They are so patient, and they will help you with anything related to your system. I have called them numerous times with little questions about this or that, and they are always super nice and knowledgable. They even walk you through how to make changes to your security system, step-by-step, when you want to change delay or change the programs. Please make note of the fact that they do not have a local installer to do the installation. The third-party vendor who offers an and quot;Instal cardand quot; will not be able to install your service in East Texas (they will refund your money once they see where you need the installation). Point being, you will need to hire a local handyman to install the home security system for you. As I already mentioned, I used Stephan du Toit -- (www.facebook.com/professionalhandymanservices). He charged my $60. Besides that little hiccup, NextAlarm is amazing. In summary, I love my service. I hope more people in my area sign up with them. It is such a great deal and they're so great!
Recent Review: Everything went great. I got the system a few days later and started to install it. All the devices were easy to put up all told it took about 45 minutes to get up and running. During the install I set the alarm off and Getsafe called me right away. I like the way it looks in my home and by that I mean I hardly notice it is there. I like being able to control the system from my phone and being able to check on my house with the camera when I am away.
Recent Review: It started with the name Pinnacle. It started going downhill maybe when somebody else bought it. My husband picked them. He had a cold call and then he went with it. I think we had another system at that time.
Reviews in South Fallsburg for Security Camera Installation
We installed Frontpoint's wireless security system ourselves a couple years ago and love it! Sensors were very easy to install. Any time we've had questions or issues, we have always gotten fast and friendly customer service. Their central station monitoring is always great with any smoke alarms or security alarms we've had questions on. Have no complaints what-so-ever.

ALifeShield Home Security
I reviewed the LifeShield website and determined what equipment was needed to meet my security needs. I called LifeShield and spoke with a sales associate (Jason) who was very helpful and not at all pushy to purchase his system. After a second call the next day I placed an order for a security system. The system arrived in 3-4 days and was easy to install following their Setup Guide. The setup took about 3 "unhurried" hours. There was one window/door sensor that was not working and was replaced in a few days. I ordered a Cellular Gateway Backup unit to provide cellular backup to the broadband primary communication. There was an issue with the cellular backup losing and restoring the cellular signal. There tech support has been very helpful and patient while working through this issue. They are sending out a replacement Cellular Gateway Backup unit but in the mean time I relocated the unit to another electrical outlet and at the same time they downloaded a system update for the cellular backup. The bottom line, all is working well. The LifeShield system has a base (connected to the broadband) and console located in another room which provides additional protection. If the console is damaged the base will still send the signal to the monitoring company. Also, with the cellular backup you are almost always assured to have communication with the monitoring company under any situation. I am extremely happy with the LifeShield Security equipment and there level of support. If you are in need of a home security system I strongly suggest that you take a good look at LifeShield.

You install the alarm yourself. It was excellent. It went very well. I've got both motion alarms and door opening alarms. It's a cellular based station so you don't need a phone line. They do a good job. I was working up on the roof once and I had sat on one of the alarms and hit the emergency button and it took about 5 minutes for the cops to show up. So it works really well. I get text messages and e-mail from them all the time saying the power went out and the power is back on. They just did an upgrade on it. You can use your cellphone to arm and disarm it remotely. I can check all my alarms online.

System order, setup and delivery went fine. Security One was prompt to follow up via email and phone to let me know that the product had shipped and when to expect delivery. Once the product was delivered I called them to clarify installation. I was a minor matter of how to align the widow sensors. They were prompt and helpful. When I was done with the install they walked me through the activation process to ensure that all the sensors were working. The Security One customer service rep then walked me through all the features of the system and how it worked. A few days after the activation I had a question on arming the system. I called the customer service rep and got a quick response to my question. I am very pleased with the results thus far.

DVan Epps Construction
The job was started some time in late September or early October 2011 after I had returned home for the season.During the time Van Epps was working on the house we spoke by phone several times, he told me he had encountered some rotten wood around some of the windows and some of the wiring had been chewed and needed to be replaced. He said he had taken pictures with his digital camera and would send me a memory stick with the pictures of the damage. He told me how much the additional material would cost, and I arranger a funds transfer to his account. Ispoke with him in late October or early nNovember and he told me the weather had gotten cold and he was unable to cut and replace the vinyl siding he had removed to replace the windows.During a period of nice weather in early Janurauy 2012 I drove the 300 miles up to the house to check on the work. To my shock and horror I found he had removed all the paneling from the two rooms where the windows had been replaced or just sheetrocked over it. The carpet had been pulled up and the walls had only a basic coat spackel on the joints and screws. The heat was set on 70 degrees. All the furnishings and other items had been crammed into the kitchen, and or placed on the two beds in the house making it impossable to stay in the house. I drove the 5 hours back home after taking some photos of the house.I called Van Epps the next day and He told me he was working in North Carolina as it was to cold to work at home. I ask why he had left the house at 70 degres if he wasnot even in the state. He said the spackel had to be kepa warm so it didnot crack as it dried. When I tried to call on several occasions he did not awnser his phone. In April I booked a hotel and went to check on the house, no work had been done since I was there in Janurary. I have had to hire someone else to do the job. I have spoken to an Attourny and I will be pursing legal action.
