Recent Review: They gave me an estimate, which I thought was a fair price ($2,080). Said they'd show up on the 22nd, but didn't make it until the 23rd. They got the job about 80% completed, said they'd be back the next day. It rained in the A.M. so they wrote the entire day off, even thought the afternoon was nice (there were no thunderstorms in the area). It was Memorial Day weekend, so they weren't coming back until Tuesday. It rained Tuesday. Again, they wrote the entire day off, and again there were no thunderstorms in the area. Wednesday morning.....rain again. I called "Chuck" and told him he'd better have someone there that afternoon to finish the job. I'd hold an umbrella over them, whatever it took to get the job done. They did show up and finished the job. I had some special requests (a larger gate, and an extension of the fence about another 10' back. That came to an extra $250 on top the quoted $2080. They did very nice work, but you have to keep on them to get the job done. If they're only going to work in nice weather in western New York, they're going to starve to death. I can understand if thunderstorms are in the forecast, but that wasn't the case, just light rain. They did do a great job though, so an overall B rating (I'm being generous, I know). I would recommend them, but again, you might have to put your foot down to get things done if it's raining. I'd like to add that they hire only Veterans (the guys that did the job were back from the middle east), so I give them a loot of credit for that.
