ASANTELLI LUMBER CO
The shell went up in a day, They were very efficient and quality of work was excellent. Their communication with the electrician that we used could of been better in how they were finishing the interior walls. I would recommend anyone to use them.

AMinnehan Construction Inc
Mike and his crew did a great job building my heated shop/garage in Brighton. Modern materials and construction methods. Has great architect. Knows how to deal with municipalities (I never spoke to them) on permits and inspections. I ended up with a great shop featuring a heated slab that costs pennies to keep warm in the coldest conditions. Lots of electric. Lots of concrete. Lots of insulation. It came out better than I'd hoped. Mike was easy to work with and communicated regularly with me over a period of months while the project was in work from 2018-2019. Mike brought great contractors to my job. I liked them all. Highly recommended.

AFinger Lakes Construction
So far everything is going great. The pricing is good and so far the service has been great, the work has yet to be completed, but look forward to having them finish the job and I will update my review once they finish the work.

AWood-Tex Products
Overall the key factor here was cost. Quotes from other local building firms to demolish the old 2 car garage, pour a new slab, and build a new single car garage with car-port, were in the range $24-30k. Going the pre-fab route, we were able to demolish and get the slab done for about $5k (did this independently, not via wood-tex), then $6700 for the new construction, so less than half the price all-told.

FALLISON HOMES INC
We were told that he could build our home in 180 days, it took 11 months. We encountered problem after problem during the process. We were delivered a home with very shoddy workmanship. At the final walk through there were 3 pages of items to be fixed or repaired, to this day we have been left with scratched windows, none of the entry way doors have been set, hot and cold reversed on the whirlpool tub, carpet that has huge ripples as it wasn't installed properly, painting that looks horrible, ( the painter was painting in the house when it was 38 degrees out with no heat in the house ) the area over the plant shelf in the master bath wasn't finished being framed, so it was never dry walled, told JR that you could see the trusses and insulation for the roof. His reply was that since you couldn't see it why finish it. This was a major source of heat loss, and this is suppose to be an energy star home. Upon receiving the final invoice from Allison homes we noticed that the interest for the construction loan was $27,477.33 when we were quoted that it would be $12,000.00. We told him that this was a deal breaker and we would let the courts handle the issue. The amount went back to $12,000.00. There are items that we never received that were in our contract as smoke detector in garage, 2 fire extinguishers, splashes for the gutter down spouts. There are wooden platforms at all the entryways on the porch as the porch was poured too low, looks real nice for the price we paid for this house. A 12 month walk through was requested ... well Donna said that the paper work would be mailed to us, hmm we never received it. We reported him to the BBB and he told them that we expect above and beyond the normal. We had repairs done on the ceramic tile in the bathrooms, the guy replaced the wrong tiles and broke tiles that were left as is and even removed them never to be replaced and when he left said that he wouldn't be back. Phone calls were either never returned or it took forever to hear back from him. There are several issues that are too lengthy to go into. Our poor Realtor was never compensated for all the work he did. I would not recommend this guy to anyone.

AG K Construction
He was very conscientious and did high quality work. I am not and was not at that time in the construction business, but I did work in that business when much younger. I have done a lot of my own remodeling and construction over the years including building my current house that he was working on. You can bet I am particular and I wanted everything done right. That said to show I know quality work and good construction technique. This guy is the best of the best. What was at one time known as a craftsman and hard to find today. Once we agreed on what was to be done he did not take shortcuts. He did go above and beyond the call of duty and do extra things simply because he saw they were needed and at NO additional cost. I would have no problem recommending G K Construction to family and friends and have.

AWHITNEY EAST INC
Our infill parcel was a landfill. In 1957, the State of New York began filling a 60 foot deep ravine with debris from the Eastern Expressway (I-490) construction. The now-level parcel was filled with concrete, asphalt, trees and organic material and abuts more ravine and woodland. Four months were required for engineering, town review and plan revisions. We had to install 48 helical pilings drilled into virgin soil topped with grade beams and hundreds of yards of concrete and stone. Joe Condidorio, the owner of Whitney East, was super on this project. He's a detail guy and highly skilled at all forms of construction. He understands how difficult the process is for his clients and stays calm with a and quot;we can do thisand quot; approach. We've done many houses and are good at making decisions; but Joe's presence was critical to success. Everything was custom and Joe let us bring in our own material and several of our trusted craftspeople and then coordinated everything with not a bit of push-back. On top of that, his son Zack served as project supervisor and was a dynamo! Here early, worked non stop, handled every kind of challenge. Everything he touched came out great. Since we had sold our townhouse, we needed to be in by a specific date and Joe made that date in just a little over four months. There was not a single day (except Sundays) when work was not being done and everyone on the project was top rate. Nice people, friendly, accommodating and outstanding craftspersons! The final punch list was just two or three small items and we came in on budget for the Whitney East part.

AFEOR CONSTRUCTION INC
We interviewed 6 contractors before deciding on Feor Construction for our project. Although the estimate wasn't the cheapest, his references and repeat business spoke volumes. The addition came out beautiful, especially in that it doesn't look like an addition. The exterior flows perfectly with the existing home, matching the siding and roofing shingles. While we contracted to do some of the finishing work ourselves, Kevin quickly stepped in to keep us on track when a non-related injury prevented us from continuing. Additionally his guidance and product suggestions were very much appreciated. We have, and will continue to refer Feor Construction without hesitation.

ASTONEWALL CONSTRUCTION
Val and Dan and crew are fantastic! We would highly recommend them for building a new home, remodeling an existing home, or building an addition. This was our first remodel and everything went very well. They are prompt, reliable, work quickly and efficiently. I felt comfortable having them and their sub-contractors work in our home at all times--all are very respectful. If you are planning a major remodel, I would stay away from general contractors that "do it all." Stonewall has a core crew to do the framing and major building, but will sub contract out work that warrants expertise (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, trim work, etc.) which is essential for the remodel to go smoothly. When unanticipated issues arise--and you will have some come up--they are able to resolve them quickly and have long standing relationships with suppliers/crew to call on if necessary. Their workmanship is high quality and their price is very good. Though this was a big remodel, they also do everything from straightforward additions to new homes. We were extremely happy with the project results and would not hesitate to recommend Stonewall Construction! Please feel free to contact me for pictures of the remodel or if you have any specific questions.
