Recent Review: Joe was great to work with, very fair and honest when it came to pricing. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and did a great job. He removed our old Carrier AC system and replaced it with top-rated Amana 16 Seer unit, new A-Coil, an AprilAire automatic hole house humidifier, a programmable thermostat, and straightened out some old wiring and duct work issues from the last contractor of 20 years ago. Nothing was an effort for him and we are very pleased. He was prompt, very professional and would not leave the job until everything was 100%. As a contractor myself I know what to look for in another contractor and without question, Joe is tops! Did everything by the book. We would certainly hire him again should we have the need for his services.

Recent Review: Installed heater.  Left cap off water heater and left it so carbon monoxide could come in house.  Installer corrected problem. sees33333a33sss 3s3aaaaaaaaaaaaaaas.  Put pipes on outside of house so when wind blew the right way would blow fumes into house.  Furnace installation started being installed on the 15th of October and the pipes were finished on the 21st of October.  I would never have anything to do with Bob Ryan again.  Be warned .  Paul w allace is a peace maker and honest man to work with.  Have all the respect in buying from him.

Pete diagnosed both problems in a methodical manner and was able to repair the furnace on the spot. Humidifier had a bad solenoid and since it was at least 20 years old, we decided to replace it. Mike came a couple of days later and installed the new humidifier, control unit, and saddle valve. Was very particular in going the extra distance to clean the cold air return and all parts he came in contact with. Was happy with their promptness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Mixed emotions on this company. They showed up late for their first appointment even after the owner promised me they would be here by 8:15 a.m. Normally it wouldn't have been as big a deal except for I had explained at the estimate that I had to be at a meeting at work that day so they had to be here on time so I had time to go over everything and make it to work before my meeting. I was assured they would be here by 8:15. They didn't show up until 8:40. Then when they arrived they informed me that they were not doing all of the work they were scheduled to do. It was winter, it was cold. I get that it was too cold that day to run the new gas lines for me but they never bothered to discuss the change with me. I found out when the two guys showed up and told me. When I called I was told they lost my number and couldn't call me. I was also told they would come back another time to complete the work that I hired them for (gas lines). Needless to say, here we are 6 months later and they never came back to do the rest of the work so the gas lines were never done. The installation of the humidifier went okay as far as I knew but there were some issues with it not actually putting humidity into the house. A 2nd guy came to take a look and said it was because of my radiant floors. He seemed to know what he was talking about but he spoke to me like I was an idiot and kept telling me the same thing over and over again like I was incapable of comprehending what he was saying to me. It was pretty insulting. The humidity still didn't improve after the 2nd visit. I will say, he did call and leave me a message to check on the levels but when I returned his call and left a message he never called again until I followed up again a week or two later. He came again and hooked the system up differently and I never heard from them again. Unfortunately what he did the last time compromised other things in my house that I now have to address and I was told the unit installed may not have been the right one for a house this size. So, there were pro's and con's to their service. It's a shame because I do have a lot of HVAC work I want or need to have done in this house (it's a new house to me) so it's very disappointing that they left me with such a bad taste in my mouth and never completed the full scope of work I was promised. It could have worked out to be a lot of work for them in the long run.

I was very satisfied with his work. Was not real impressed with price I paid for humidifier. I looked the unit up on Amazon and I think the install price was a little high. Partly because i was on the fence about getting a humidifier. He did some duct work to improve furnace performance and and that was a+. Used things I had available and didn't try to sell me a lot of stuff I didn't need. If there is one area to improve it would be on the rebate. It would have been nice if it was part of the process instead of me having to go to the website and figure it all out. Don't like dealing with that stuff.
