Recent Review: Overall, the work was done well, and the price was fair. Guiseppe - their tile guy - did a fantastic job on the tiling, Steven was awesome with the electrical, and Michael Bedard was excellent with the walls. However, clear communication and transparency were lacking. We would suggest this company to someone who is more experienced with renovations or wants a hands off experience. With that in mind, one should not be afraid to ask questions and advocate for themselves to ensure the work is done to your satisfaction. Communication: This was our first major home renovation, and we had no experience with the specifics of a bathroom remodel at the start. However, we are both detail oriented, and wanted to know what was being done and how things were "supposed" to look at different stages. Asking specific questions was not always appreciated by the lead contractor, although the workers were very friendly and helpful. Specifically, we found three small errors during the project - a hole in adjoining wall, a minor hole in the grout, and an incredibly slow leak from a valve. These were not problematic, and they were all fixed before the project was completed at no cost to us. However, when we asked about these during the project, we were either not believed initially or received an annoyed response. Again, this was simply a lack of communication and professionalism, not a problem with the work or the price. Also related to communication, there were many instances where details needed to be repeated although they were already in writing or had been agreed upon in advance. Transparency: Throughout the project we had many instances of not knowing what the plan was or whether there was one. As mentioned, we did not know when work would start/end each day (specialists started early, but others often didn't start until 11 AM). An itemized quote was provided and adhered to, but not until about 1/2 way through the project because materials had not been obtained (this did not hold the project up, simply delayed the quote). Again, the project was completed well and at a fair price. I don't want to discourage people from using Plumb Perfect for simple jobs for a good price, especially if you are having a hard time getting the larger companies to talk to you, which we know from experience happens. Just be prepared to deal with what we feel is lower than average customer service and some quirks that are part of that package.

Recent Review: Zeb Snow's company, Snowscapes, has done extensive work on our home in Colchester, VT. He and his team did an amazing job completely remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. The house was truly transformed after Zeb and his team were done. Zeb provided an accurate quote and exact timeframe for the project which was so helpful! This was our first home renovation project so we appreciated Zeb's insight and professional expertise. When we put our home on the market a couple years later, it quickly sold for our desired price largely due to the high quality remodel which was commented upon by real estate agents and the home buyer. In addition to the remodeling jobs, Zeb also helped us with substantial structural fixes. He is our go-to contractor!

Recent Review: I was referred to Morel Construction by JR's Plumbing, who I had hired to do the work plumbing work. After a few scheduling hiccups things got going. What I thought was going to be just an upgrade in tub, sink, and toilet turned into a full remodeling job. And I'm glad it did. Between Armand, his wife, and his crew and the plumber they gave great ideas to improve what I had. I wound up with a larger bathroom with a more practical layout and I moved my washer/dryer in as well. Armand and his wife even came in on a few weekends to get the job done. The demo went pretty quick and the rebuild was a juggle between plumber, electrician, and construction . I found Armand and his crew easy to work with and they answered all of the many questions I had.  I had Armand build me a door that I wanted to look rustic. He had some rough wood at his shop and he built a door with old handmade nails that he clinched and found on old gate latch to use. I was very pleased with what he did. Armand came in on the price he quoted me in his original estimate even tho the work lasted longer than he had anticipated. I found the quality of his work to be very high and would recommend him to anyone. I am completely happy with the end results that I have in my new, warmer, more attractive bathroom. If I had any more work to be done i would hire him again without reservation.

Mark was immediately responsive to my inquiry of services. He came out and estimated my job within a few hours of calling him. I wanted to remove part of a closet in my kitchen (so I could move the refrigerator location), move the attic access that was inside the closet, and then move the door to the closet. While he was there I asked him about remodeling the bathroom. My wife and I wanted to completely change our bathroom, including removing a wall, and changing the location of both toilet and tub. Mark and his team were on time and they worked fast and well. I was very pleased with the results and I thought the pricing was very fair. We got everything that we had wanted and it was on budget, and more importantly, at the price Mark quoted. Would definitely recommend and use Tongue and Groove for future jobs we may have.

FTrillium Remodel
Worst experience of my life. Remodelers is NOT a liscensed plumber or electrician!! 1. Niche positioned incorrectly in shower. Did not consult us or use the Curtis Lumber designer info. 2. Two niches in main bathroom instead of one. Same as 1 3. Mosaic tile in master bath placed incorrectly. Same as 1 4. Sconce light over master bath medicine cabinet not centered. I had to fix 5. Handheld sprayer in master bath has rusty water because an iron nipple was used instead of brass. Having liscensed plumber fix? 6. Had water coming out of shower, handheld sprayer, tub spout all at the same time. Plumbed incorrectly. Had to go in through dining room wall to fix. Which meant I then had to repaint dining room. 7. Tub drain was not tested and thus leaked into basement upon giving my disabled son a bath. Again a liscensed plumber fixed. Contractor said he couldn't come back to fix for a week!!! Had a client flying in from Florida to which he had to devote his time to! 8. Vanity sink also leaked because no thread tape was used. 9. They broke the PVC plumbing in the basement which they did repair 2 days later. 10. If you question charges contractor replies "talk to my lawyer. 11. Contractor Still has our master bath sink. Supposedly Building one for us. But if it is like the rest of his work it will be a POS. I would like to see this remodeler out of business. We were totally screwed.

ATrillium Remodel
John and the Trillium team did an awesome job transforming our house and bringing our vision to life. They removed two walls and moved a beam into the ceiling to open our kitchen to the living/dining area. They did a full gut job on the kitchen installing new drywall, flooring, cabinets, appliances, a backsplash, and electrical. The result is beautiful and we love it. In addition to the kitchen, the guys also replaced our front door, all of the interior doors, gave a half bath a facelift, tiled a fireplace, and built and installed built-ins in our living room. We lived in the house through the entire renovation and the team (Nate, Josh, and Woody) could not have been more courteous and neat. Everything from the tile work to custom fitting each interior door and building shelves was done beautifully. As with any renovation, make sure to budget extra time and money. I highly recommend Trillium.
